I sent Seattle Drone my DJI Phantom 4 Pro that had suffered crash damage. They corrected the damage and returned the drone to me. After about 4 minutes of low level test flying, the drone dropped out of the air. I contacted Seattle Drone and they were very responsive, asking that I return it to them. The Drone had tested fine on their bench and mine, with no error codes. I returned the Drone to them and they performed additional diagnostics and flew the drone, finding a bad motor. They replaced the defective motor, and replaced the camera gimbal motor that was damaged during the test flights at no cost to me and returned the drone. I appreciate their efforts, as my Drone now flies perfect. I could not ask anymore from a repair service. I would recommend them to anyone that needs drone repair! My drone had a couple rough landings and one up close and personal meeting with a tree. I found Seattle Drone Repair on the internet and after checking their reviews decided to give them a try. I sent my drone to Seattle from Idaho in December-as in Christmas season. The repair was complete and the drone returned in about a week. I was impressed! The repair is well done, my drone flies like new. Customer service was great when we communicated via email the return messages were timely and my concerns were addressed in a professional way. Great company.

Very professional and thorough. Dropping the stones was easy and the attendant was friendly and efficient. Response time was adequate and they fixed the drone in a jiffy. Even when their shop was burglarized, they were extremely professional and took responsibility for the drone and will replace it.

Great location, knowledgeable repair tech. Was able to rebuild a DJI quad that was crashed and it is a factory authorized repair location.

EDIT: It appears the lack of communication was coming from the email vendor commissioned by this company to inform clients of the status of their tickets. I received an email detailing what happened and why they could not repair my drone, I appreciate the professionalism shown at this occasion.I tried to get a ticket open with this shop to repair a drone. They declined to work on it and that is fine. But they did not even tell me about it. That is not very professional and very customer friendly. I guess business is so good they dont need customers.

These guys are great! I crashed my drone last week and it wouldnt take off. I found these guys and dropped it off with them the next day and withing 24 hours they had it fixed and back in my possession. Their responses were quick, their explanation of what needed to be done was thorough, cost was lower than I expected, and the quality of work is phenomenal. I was up and flying again just days after my crash. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I sent my drone out from Canada to get repaired due to my amazing flying skills flying straight backwards into a tree. Kayle was very responsive to all my messeges and was able to get the repair done in a timely manner at an amazing price. They will be my first and only choice for drone repairs in the future.

Guys were very friendly and accommodating. I was traveling through and they did some parts replacements on my mavic pro 2 and only took them a few hours. Little on the pricey side but the quality of work was very good and they got me out in the same day.

I sent my 2 drones down from Alaska, they repaired them quickly and for a fair price, and shipped them back up. Very happy for the service. I had bought the second drone to replace a broken one a couple of years ago because I expected the repair process to be too cumbersome and expensive without even mentioning the price to ship. Now, after having wrecked the second one, I have both up and flying. They made the process easy. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this shop. They were able to get my sensor calibration issue resolved quickly, and work with my unusual schedule. Reasonable prices, fast service and very knowledgeable. Although I hope I don’t need to - I’ll be back the next time there is an issue with my drone.

This place is awesome. They had my Inspire 2 in and out with Main board replaced within a day after receiving it. They were able to diagnose the issue with the drones main board, replaced it and had me back up in the air in less than a week after receiving it, ordering parts and getting it fixed and back to me. They definitely know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to any drone owner with the confidence that it will be fixed.

I would definitely highly recommend Seattle Drone Repair for any service or repair needs for your drone. I have a Mavic 2, and I live in Alaska. I sent an email in inquiring about getting a repair done, and I had a response by the time I got home. I sent A few pictures, and Kale responded very timely with some ideas about what had gone wrong, and I sent it to him. I was very impressed with the continual updates about the progress that was going on. I believe from the time Kale received the drone it was only four days that he had diagnosed the problem gotten the parts, fixed the drone, and had it back in the mail headed back to Alaska. Being from Alaska you are always at the mercy of getting different equipment repaired out of state. It is usually a guessing game and you never know what type of service you will get. This was an excellent experience and quite the exception to the rule. If I ever have any more issues with my drone I will not hesitate to send it to Kale.

Really great experience with SDR. Nice to know a non-DJI repair center exists and has a million times better customer service. For those not located in Seattle: I am not either, and shipped my drone to them. The process was still smooth and fast, with almost zero days of processing time. When they got the drone, they fixed it, and shipped it back.

Kale is very helpful and knowledgeable. Brought in my Mavic pro due to gimbal issue after a crash. He fixed one of the broken cable ($150) within two days and now my mavic is good to go. Recommend if you own drone in Seattle, in case you crash some.***Update in Nov. 2018Gimbal malfunctioned after a few months of repair with only a few flights. No crash or what so ever. Was trying to bring it to Kale but didnt get responses. Sent it to DJI and had the whole gimbal unit replaced for $124. Got it back within a week and a half.Not saying Kale is not doing a good job but you may just want to send your DJI products back to DJI for a lower price. If time is an issue, Kale is still one of the options.
