I had my eyebrows waxed and they turned out ok ...hence the two stars. The pedicure was rushed, my feet were no better than before. I will be going back to Hollywood nails for great service.

The worst customer service. I came from Virginia so this was the first nail place I came to. The Young lady did not acknowledge me and spent the whole time texting on her phone and had a terrible attitude. My nails were shaped crooked, then she started doing her own nails before mine were even dry. Piss poor service. Will never go back.

If I Could Rate This Place A 0, I Would. Absolutely Horrible. Asked For Gel Nails, And Literally Had To Come Back The Next Day Because Two Of The Nails Broke In Half While Trying To Close My Car Door. They “Fixed” My Nails. The Acrylic Was Lumpy And Uneven. Call And Asked For My Money Back And I Was Told They Would Fix It, When Explaining To The Owner That I Didn’t Have Time For That, She Refuse A Refund Because They Could “Fix” It. Horrible. Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money. Im Writing This A Week After Getting My Nails “Done”, And I Literally Have No Nails On.

Went here for an eyebrow wax on a whim. DONT GO HERE! Michelle, who did the wax, burned my eyelid. When I told her it burned, she rushed me out of the salon. The next day I had a large scar from her ripping the skin off my eyelid. When I went back and asked for a pedicure for redemption, she started talking cold. To make a long story short, I got my money back. That part.

Perfection Nails used to be a business that provided quality service for pedicures. Sadly, this has changed. After a week I needed another pedicure. The polish was poor quality, attention was not given to the service. The pedicurist is friendly but quality of the service is substandard.

Michelle was very rude! I went in for an eyebrow wax and should have known that service was horrible because there wasn’t one customer in there on an everywhere else busy Saturday. She ripped the wax off and burned my skin!! Then after irritating my skin she placed an alcohol based product on my skin which burned it even further!! She was very rude about my eyebrow condition however she was the reason for it. Please avoid this place at all cost!! Horrible customer service.

Previously I gave this place 5 stars but today it deserves none. Rude, short staffed and just cut short upon walking in. Today it was by appointment ONLY. For as long as I been coming here Ive never made an appointment. Rules and business practices changes at will. So, you may want to call this place first if youre pressed for time or you may get treated nasty when you step in. Needless, to say I wont be back. Sad.
