Poor quality and overcharged. Was a regular customer, but will not be returning. The previous set of nails I got only lasted a week before 4/10 nails cracked in half. Came in today for a either a whole new set or repair of the cracked nails. Nail tech repaired the broken nails and then suggested I get fill in. The fill in for gel is usually $45. A new set of gel nails are usually priced at $50. For some reason I was charged $65. After asking why, I was told it was because I received a different color of gel on each finger. I don’t understand how getting different colors is $15 extra. Or how I was charged so much when I could have just gotten a whole new gel set for less, according to their prices. I previously went in a few months ago and got a similar design with a different gel color on each nail of a new set, and was only charged $55. So the prices will be inconsistent.

Had an appointment at 4:30, came in and no one spoke to me until 30 minutes later. After 50 minutes with no update on how much longer it would take (and even though I was next in line), the nail tech took someone else to do their nails instead of me from the pedicure area. I understand it is a busy time but I dont understand because this happens every time I make an appointment here. Also, the inside is just not very clean. Sorry to say I wont be returning even though Ive been coming for years. Wish Blush the best and hope they take these critiques well and fix a few things as a way to keep customers coming. Good customer services goes a long way, and if someone had been kinder I honestly would have stayed.I see the owner has responded saying I called 30 minutes before. this is false. I had called the week prior. Sad when a business has to lie to make it look better online.

Got the full set with dip powder and French tips which they did in gel. Good work, but I paid $60 before tip (even though it says $47 on their Facebook page) and dont think that I got my moneys worth considering how expensive it was. Would be better work if I had only been charged the $47 or even $50.

I am not from Florida, but I went into this nail salon to have a dipped manicure done. The outside definitely needs some work, but I still gave it a chance. The inside was very dirty. When I sat down the station had someone elses clipped nails on the counter and they were just pushed to the side. It looked like the counter hadn’t been wiped down all day long. The lady who done my nails talked to me one time and asked how I was. Not another word was said until I checked out. She used the dipped powder containers for my hand placement. My nails were done very messy and the top layer is already peeling off and I have had my nails done for three days. Also, the whole time the lady was checking her phone. I understand if there is an emergency and you need to be in contact with someone, but the whole time but she was on social media. I would go back but I felt dirty after leaving this establishment and was treated poorly. If you are thinking about having your nails done here I would go somewhere else.

Ive been seeing the nail tech there for years and she does impeccable work! She is always very friendly and accommodating. She pays attention to detail and everyone is always happy when they leave. She is the only one who can get my shape right and her work is very professional. Ive never had a problem with my nails or had to second guess them. The house the salon is in is very cute, open, and comfortable feeling. You dont feel like a random person in line. The place is very clean and cute and there is a good gel color selection. Very happy to be part of their clientele.

Very poor hygiene and poor quality. Have been to quite a few nail salons and this was the worst so far. Uneven bulky nails. Did even ask me to wash my hands that my nails had dots among a couple of them.

I came the week before last had an issue and it was fixed beautifully with professionalism. This is the best place hands down. The best nail salon in Tallahassee!!! My problem was fixed through a simple call. ❤️❤️❤️

I first came when my mom just passed away 6 years ago. I was down and they made me feel like family. I have never been anywhere else since.They pick my colors and do my design. One design I got, it turned into a tattoo for breast cancer.They make me feel so comfortable that I can talk about anything. Blush gang is my family.

The ladies there are awesome! Their conversations are inclusive and extremely funny. They make you feel like you are hanging out with some friends.. getting your nails done. It feels like the tv show Cheers.. A place where everyone knows your name! They really know their stuff and can educate you on it if you ask.

Asked for powder mani. I asked for just a file not a lot of my nail off. She filed so many times i have no nails left, the hardened powder under my nails was built up afterwards, bowed in nails from uneven filing. And the rounded tops of my nails some are round most are flat wifh bulging sides. All for 50$ no nail soke before hand, no lotion massage, didnt even push my cuticles back. Dont go there find somewhere else.Replying: dont wory I will.

Received a gel manicure and regular pedicure today! Loved, loved the manicure. Super thorough, and when the initial color I picked didn’t look right, she swapped it out for something different, no hesitation. Little things like that make me love the service even more. This is maybe my 3rd time coming, but I will definitely make it a habit. Did not get the name of my manicure tech, but if you read this thank you so much!! Would recommend this salon, and will be returning.

I rarely leave reviews but I just had the worst pedicure of my life. The girl who did my feet rushed through the entire thing. It was truly awful. Do not recommend.

My favorite nail salon in Tallahassee. They are one of the few places in town that will actually put on dip nails with a brush rather than having everyones dirty fingers dipping constantly in the same powder. Much more sanitary and a much faster process, plus the dip is much thinner when applied this way. Excellent service and my #1 recommendation.

My sisters house is right across the street. Was just looking for a nail salon nearby. I enjoyed finding this hidden treasure. Cozy spot with beautiful art work and very friendly staff. I bought 3 gift certificates for my sisters so we can all come together. Needless to say I will definitely be coming back.

Such a lovely place! My nail tech was super sweet and quick. They also don’t dip your fingers into the powder if you get dip, so it’s more sanitary than most other places in town.

This was my first time going because I wanted to try a new nail spot and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!! I had Camille (hopefully I spelled that correctly) do my nails and she was so sweet and patient. She really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect and that I received what I wanted! I will definitely be back!!

The nails I got looked really good for the first few days but then they started to all lift and break off at the same part. The nails were only a week and a half old so there’s no reason for this. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this was my first time here and I’ve never had nails all popping off. For the price, it’s not worth it at all.

Sue is fabulous. She takes her time and listens to what you want and, just as importantly, what you DON’T want. At my first appointment, she took into consideration my lifestyle, line of work, and the poor condition of my nails. I have a bad nail biting habit. She made me feel comfortable right away. Sue spent an hour and a half rehabbing and transforming my nails. She pays attention to every detail and double checks her work before her clients walk out the door. I can’t say enough good things about Blush. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. You won’t be disappointed.

Always the best experience ever! Not crowded at all and very intimate for a girls day, or even a day for yourself! My nails always come out great and I couldnt ask for anything more. Ive nail salon hopped in Tallahassee for 4+ years until I found this little gem. Its perfect for my needs especially since she emphasizes appointments so she can take her time in giving you the best full set and pedicure possible! Her shop is immaculately clean and unlike other shops where Ive always ended up getting a nail fungus I have yet to have that happen in my 2 years of going here. She also consistently has the widest and best variety of nail colors and is usual on trend with new nail techniques like ombre or marble nails.

Love this place. She is so sweet and does an amazing job. I really missed my salon up north, but now when I’m in town this will be the place. My daughter just moved here and she will also be a regular.

Today was my first time visiting Blush nail salon & to say I loved the experience would be an understatement . Very nice and attentive. Good conversation. Not sure if there was some kind of misunderstanding as to what I wanted or if they just don’t do it—I asked for dip nails and I got acrylic with colored powder. Not a super uncommon mistake but not what I asked for either. In all fairness they came out looking great. They said something about moving locations and that they don’t have their full service range rn, so that might be part of it. I’ll probably go back. Be more inclined if it was a bit cheaper.

Sue has been doing my nails for over 5 years now, she is amazing and is very nice. She is very professional and does a great job .

After going to her for 10 months, this was the LAST TIME. I always get my nails done a certain way by THAO, and this time I was getting a refill. I had asked for them to be a short, coffin style, and she said it couldnt be done because it was too short. I asked if she wanted to see a picture of how SHE did it before because it was this very length and coffin style, and she said no. I said I want them how I always have been doing it for 10 months now and she said what if I go somewhere else and they cant do it? and she started being rude and speaking in Vietnamese to Sue and It felt very offensive. She seems to always go into talking in Vietnamese whenever I would ask her to change the nail set or fix a crooked nail. It shouldnt be a problem to do what your customers want without complaining. I calmly still said, well no, if I was going somewhere else I would show a picture or be more specific, but to the person I have been going to all year I didnt think I needed to. Depending on who is doing my nails I would either be overly specific with pictures and details, or I wouldnt have to because just saying I want a refill and short how I had it the last time I came in should suffice when my nails are still in coffin shape. And she goes off to say ARE YOU GOING TO CRY IF YOUR NAILS ARENT COFFIN?..... really? How unprofessional.The funny part was that she still was able to do coffin by shaving a little off each side of the nail. All it wouldve taken was her simply doing her job instead of all the hate I received from her end.No, Im not going to cry, hun, Im simply never coming here again.The whole time after it was terribly awkward and she kept grabbing my hands all roughly, as well as the equipment, and then even overcharged me for a refill when it was supposed to be $37 like she said before we even began.She is very inconsistent with her pricing. Sue even said, while I was getting my nails done, that if she likes you, she wont charge you for a fixed broken nail. It just seems unfair to me. Especially when I always tip her well and recommend her business. Even after I was mistreated I STILL left a tip. I work as a waitress, so I know customer service, and I felt highly mistreated by someone I always was loyal to.Anyways, I used to like this place but after this experience Im never coming back. Thao is rude and disrespectful. Lost my business and all my friends as well.
