I got nail tips with dip powder and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet and I’ve snapped 3 nails doing normal tasks. I paid $65 and they are poor quality. The guy who did my nails used a mechanical drill to sand down my dip polish to make it smooth instead of buffing it out with a regular nail file, thus making them extremely weak and prone to breaking. I’ve gotten one fixed but they still charged me for it and I was able to save my index finger, now another I have to get fixed. I will NOT be going back.

They were great! I got a regular pedicure and gel acrylics which came out fantastic! Very gentle and fast and paid attention to detail! Highly recommend

Please stay away from this salon!!!! The manager should be ashamed of his behavior and service. I was in the salon and the power went out. I allowed him to proceed with my nails because he had a light that did not require electricity. Today I noticed the flaws in my nails. I ventured back to ask for him to correct my nails. He refused and told me I had a “Entitlement Attitude.” This is because I asked him to correct his error. STAY AWAY from this salon and go where your money is appreciated and you are respected as a human being!!

Nail City will need to improve starting with the manager’s attitude. My daughter did not receive the service of nails that she requested and he (do not know his title but he claims it’s his nail salon)was very rude and his true inner racial insensitivity came out. The lady was very nice and wanted to compromise so we all will be happy but the gentlemen’s remark was “YOU PEOPLE”. What business starts off with sentences like that and then tells you “TO GET THE HELL OUT MY SHOP”. All of that because they did not do what we asked for.

Staff is always friendly and Ive never waited long if at all even during busy times. They always do a great job on my toes and hands!!

I am a double amputee that came to get my nails done. I waited one hour and a half while people that came after me was service. Before I left I asked the gentlemen at the front desk when will I be serviced he said a soon. I just left. I have had better service at other nail salons. Sometimes did come to me and asked me what I was getting done, she said she doesnt do that and went to the next person in line.

The entire staff is very professional, and provide the best quality nails any area could provide. I am tough on my hands and nails in my work field in these withhold anything I put them through.

Dirty facility. Even during Covid use same dirty blue towel on everyone instead of changing per customer. Cheap on acrylic also. Nails too thin cracked 3 days later. Additionally, dont social distance. I went to #5. Very lnpersonable. Hard to find service and good work anymore.

I was the rude person who came in a half hour before closing today, and these guys treated me just as well as if I’d come in first thing. Henry did a beautiful job, took his time on every single detail and it looks perfect. Thank you guys for being willing to squeeze me in and STILL giving me the best manicure in town. This place is going down!! My mother first told me about here a few months ago. So when I went I loved the service, I remembered an older guy that did excellent pedicures (he’s not there anymore)... and they would be very welcoming. Luckily the salon is near my job so I started stopping in on lunch.All fine until about a month ago... I could go on & on about small issues that led to my review (because I came back twice hoping to get the service I used to get but #nope)The finallY straw is when 3 of my nails broke off within 2 days of my visit, while I was out of town!!!I called as soon as I got back to see if they would try to meet me halfway #nopeThe manager said I’d just have to pay for the repairs.I honestly think they do longer nails thinner & place them at the top to keep you coming back for repairs.It’s on you to go here but I wouldn’t suggest it AT ALL!!!!!!!!!Poor service in a nice building

Will not be returning. Received a so call manicure with gel and got just a polish change and no manicure smh. Then the lady did not even cut my natural nails to the length I wanted. Worst experience ever do not recommend to anyone.

Since management has changed the quality of service has changed. the nail techcian was rough and doesnt listen to the customers especially if you are person of color. They roll out the customer to anyone of a lighter hue. Ive been a customer over 18 months,but no more. i mentioned my displeasure with manager/owner Titus. His responsei will address it with her, $40.00. i ask him to inspected her work and he declined and said $40.00 please. However, someone complain about another nail tech and he made adjustments to her charge..Guess what skin she was in. I inquired why not apply the same courtesy to me? he said nothing but $40.00 please. Horrible service.

I have gone here faithfully for the past year every 3 weeks or sooner if a nail breaks. I normally go to Tidus, who is amazing. I always get my nails soaked off and a fresh dip powder or acrylic set. Today I went in like usual with a broken nail (Tidus was not there) and they told me they would not fix it and to come back another day. After an entire year I will never go back to them.

I referred my mother .She got her nails done on Wednesday and today it looks like she needs a refill already today .I went and spoke with the manager and showed him how my mothers nails looked ..And he kinda brushed it off and was like they looked good to him .Very poor service ..
