He did an amazing job on my nails and she got my eyebrows on point

Went and got my nails done... the next day I noticed that one of my nails was lifting up. I went back here to get that one fixed to prevent moisture being trapped under the nail which would create a fungus. Was told by the lady that did my nails that I would have to wait for her to complete a full set before she can fix this 1 error. Why would I have to sit and wait a hour for you to fix your error and it’s hasn’t even been 24 hours since my nails were done. Never again will I come here or recommend this this. Of course I had to go somewhere else to have their error corrected.

You really have to be out of your mind to want to get your nails done here

Waxing is done here and eyelashes . The customers seem to be impatient. With the one person cuts your nails, then you get up and move. Then one person puts the acrylic on your nails. Then you get up and move to the person that applies the polish on your nails. Overall the lady that applied acrylic and shaped the acrylic nails took her time and my nails came out better than i imagined. It was a different guy that applied the gel polish . Color of my toe nail polish is called Island Green. My pinky fingernail is Queen of Grape . The color on the rest of nails is called Greenwich CN.

Will never go back he rushed on my nails some short some long nail polish was done poorly had to go tge next day to someone else to do better never will i go back again

I have seen the worst service the lady rushed my nail didnt even completely do my nails correctly. I felt like the worst.like a cheapdate.I just left.then had the nerves to ask me do I like the service..NOOOOOO STAY AWAY! The health inspector needs to check THEM OUT FAST!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Disgustingly dirty. Rude employees. Offer services they don’t even know how to do. Has no clue how to do eyelashes. She tried to do them and they looked like trash 2 times! Use the cheapest products I’ve ever seen. Have you looked at the hot wax holder? Good luck! This place has hundreds of health code violations. Left without service ultimately!

I had the worst service done here. It was already my birthday and they rushed the entire process. I got a full set my nails where THICK and two of them where crooked. They where hands down the worst service Ive ever had.

If I could give 0 definitely would! I called to see if they had a wait I was told no! Come! I got there waited 2 hours on top of waiting I told her my nails were long she said 13 and up I explained again I didn’t want to pay over 30 for a fill in she said come after waiting two hrs she told me 38 dollars FOR A FILL IN and she wasn’t doing them until I paid. Everyone else paid AFTER the service was done! I will never go back and of course she didn’t do my nails! I was eaten by ants the entire two hrs I waited and the same lady who “started” on my nails decided to do everybody brows and lashes before me. Worst nail service I’ve ever had in 10 years! Stay away!!!

She did ok on my pedicure. Wasnt worth 22.00

I usually go to Hollywood nails, but didnt have time so I went here to get a fill-in and they messed my nails up...I mean some were lopsided after filing my tips...some where longer than the other and the guy didnt even cover my nails completely with polish. I had to polish my own nails with their polish. Then the guy had the nerve to have an attitude...I will not be going back here.

I went to crystal nails yesterday to get my eyelashes done and I was dissatisfied with the services. The customer representative did not care that I was not pleased and told me to do my eyelashes myself. Poor customer service I will not go back.

They are not very sanitary at all. Towels were dirty, pedicure tubs were dirty ..the lady doing my toes clipped my toe nails cleaned the dead skin off my foot and then cleaned my foot on top of the dead skin she left on the towel. Stations were dirty

While the people are generally nice my nails are not...they did a rush job and my nails look like I did them at home in the dark and they did not listen to how I wanted my nails done and they over priced and charged for things that I have never been charged for before at any other nail salon and they are overly busy and under staffed...i waited almost two hours before I was seen

WORST SERVICE EVER !! They harassed me and over charged me even when the prices are clear on the wall they recorded me and were very rude !! I had to call the police because they wouldn’t give me my debit card back !! NEVER AGAIN I do not recommend this place !! first and LAST TIME
