The service here was awesome! I made an appointment, but ran late and they still helped me as soon as I arrived. The pedicure was so relaxing and I just live my gel polish.

I was very impressed with Luxe Nail Spa. I have been wanting to try them out and I finally have the opportunity to do so today. Im a little particular about where I get my nails done because I too am a cosmetologist and I finally found my new home for nails. They are very clean and cheerful people. Very reasonable prices and are very detailed oriented. I left very happy with my services and pampered. I will be coming back very soon! Highly recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say. The atmosphere is great, its clean, comfortable (i.e. the chairs have built-in props to hold your leg/ankle up while having your foot scrubbed... its the little things!), and the technicians are skilled. They also take appointments and Ive never had to wait long.

Andy is phenomenal at what he does. He is very sweet, and does what you ask. I am a massage therapist, and I need extremely short overlays. Normally, other places I have been give me a hard time telling me that its too difficult, but he didnt. Also the manager at the front desk is always so sweet, and fabulous. :)

I am new to town and did some extensive research on reviews on a few nail spots. Luxe had one of the best reviews and best looking ambiance.My first visit was awesome, I got a regular pedicure - perfect, and dip powder- it was good. The girl that did my dip did not take all of the previous dip off but she did such an amazing job along with the design I wanted I was totally impressed.Let’s fast forward to 5 months, I’ve officially moved to town and my mom and sister wanted a nail spa day so I thought to take them to the perfect place. I waited about 30 minutes before I had a nail tech come and do my nails, my mom and sis were almost done their sets. Now we were walk ins but it was not busy at all, I waited patiently. The gentleman that did my nails was I guess the only other person who new how to do powder nails bc I had TWO, 2, people attend to taking off the powder from my nails. So the gentleman “finished” my nails when he was free. I don’t know what type of polish they are using for their powder, I saw 1 OPI bottle he used, I usually get SNS, however OPI is a good brand. The next day 1 nail broke and another chipped.I went back 4 days later bc 2 other chipped- that’s 4 nails total. Told the girl the situation, she sat me right away and fixed them- charged me $6 for a tip bc the one that broke was shorter than the rest and I gave her an extra tip.. the next day 2 other nails dissolved from wearing latex gloves! I have NEVER EVER experienced that, I’ve worked for an entire year using gloves and my nails have NEVER done that. The polish they use must be Old or mixed with something or have old techniques on doing polish. I immediately took the powder off, and again I had 3 other nails break. I spent over $60 on a regular like powder no design at all! It’s $40 for powder.My sister returned back to our home town and went to get her next fill and her gel polish was awful.Luxe has great customer service and their staff is super friendly. Their business is clean and very pretty and has a spa like ambiance, nevertheless I don’t know if that makes up for the quality of the service they provide with their manicures gel or powder. I don’t think I will be coming back to this facility again. People pay great money for quality service and I would have been a repeat customer.

I just go for my feet. Its nice!

TODAY WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND THE EXPERIENCE STARTED OFF GOOD BUT IT DID NOT END WELL. I CAME IN TO GET A POLISH CHANGE ON MY FEET, SOAK OFF, AND A FULL SET. THEY STARTED WAITING ON ME RIGHT AWAY. THE YOUNG MAN WRAPPED MY NAILS UP AND MY FEET WERE DONE FAST. MY NAILS NEEDED TO SOAK OFF LONGER. BUT I WAS FORGOTTEN ABOUT! I WAITED FOR A LONG TIME FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND CHECK ON ME... I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING TO THE STAFF. WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY DID COME TO GET THE ACRYLIC OFF MY NAILS SHE HURT MY FINGER NAIL WITH THE DRILL! AND NOT TO MENTION I STILL HAVE ACRYLIC ON MY NAILS! I WILL NOT RETURN! Money saved!

I love the cleaning of the spa. The staff were wonderful, and they do good work. I am well pleased.

I had an amazing experience! They gave me exactly what I was looking for, and even went so far as to better match the nude color I wanted with my skin tone! My nails are so beautiful and sturdy(which is a must when it comes to my job). I was super impressed. The interior was gorgeous, staff friendly, prices were great, and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. I HIGHLY recommend!

I took my significant other as 1 of his Christmas presents. He was so impressed he gave the tech an additional tip even though he knew I had already paid!Hed been to another salon before but said he really liked the ambiance, spacious seating, the nail tech friendliness, limited nail fumes and the fact that they take everyones temperature when they walk inside. He said hed be back again even without me.

I really like this nail salon. The staff are very respectful and nice which can sometimes be hard to find at nail salons. The location is beautiful and make me feel like I’m in a spa. Also, my gel nails always comes out great and neatly coated!!

I’ve been here three times, and the price (for the exact same acrylics with gel polish) got more expensive each time I went. First it was $35, then $42, and then $50. Quality also got worse each time. Experienced chipping of gel polish on multiple nails and nails breaking easily. Wait is also ridiculous even if you make an appointment.

This is the best nail shop I have ever gone to. They have always been super kind and I haven’t had to wait for long periods of time and I get the greatest nail job ever! The shop is super clean and I take pride in their work.

I had to change my opinion, my first 4 visits (I go every 2 weeks) were awesome, but this time was so rushed, the technician didnt ask what type of pedicure I wanted, rubbed my legs extremely hard for like 3 minutes, slapped some paint on (not the color I chose) and then sent me on my way. My whole pedicure took 12 minutes. I am so angry. I dont think Ill be back.

Beautiful spa, but I asked for a gel color change. This is what I got.

They will tell you one price and when u done the price is totally different. Each design I showed them that I wanted no one knew how to do them. So I had to go with a solid color.

Very rude, nails done bad and broke after having them done for only two days. Once told owner was very rude, talked over me. Then wanted me to pay for them to get fixed when they didn’t last in the first place. Payed too much to not get a set worth the money. They do toes really well though 10/10. But I will never be coming back there. Jenna did my nails she also was really rude once I told her she wasn’t doing my nails the way I liked them

This place is truly clean, friendly and professional! When I come in to this Nail Spa I am always greeted with a friendly smile and hello! They’re welcoming is so warm. Just ask anyone who has been there.

This is by far the best nail salon Ive been to in Tallahassee. Great customer service, doesnt smell terribly strong like toxic fumes and there prices are pretty fair. A huge selection of colors. I can never pick which one. Appointment and walk in friendly.

My nails are fantastic and I will go back! The only disappointing thing is was how the service was a bit rude. But overall good!

Jack was wonderful on my pedicure. He paid attention to detail and took his time. However, I went around 1pm so it got a little busy and when it came time for my manicure they switched me to the manager so they could get more customers in quickly. But she was obviously stressed which made me anxious and she rushed on my manicure. There was a random black mark in the middle of my nail and she didn’t fix it.

Went to get pedicures with my husband. The place was very clean and the services provided were excellent. Will be coming back soon!

First time here. Looks clean. Had pedicure and full set with gel polish. 67.00. Pedicure was not very good. Didnt really massage, just rubbed product on. Paint was good though. Full set was ok. Made my nailbeds looks wide. Probably wont be back.

The place is beautiful and the worker are very nice but their work was not matching up to the design of their building . By the looking of the place it look like they know what they doing but it’s not impressing . One I got a piece of lint on my nails that they put top coat over . Two the top coat not ALL over my nails . THREE he messed up my nails and tried to file on the top my nail and made scratches it on and didn’t try to fix it no more . I got my nails done Thursday and today is Monday and it already looks like I need a fill . Save your money . I just wanted to try this location because it’s new but NEVER again .

The atmosphere is relaxing and the technician in the front welcome you with a smile. However, the quality of services is not great. I received a service and I’m not satisfied. My nails looks horrible as if a 5th grader polished them. It took about 1 hour to do gel polish on natural nails . I will not return. If you are looking for a nice warm greetings it’s the place to go but the quality of service is not up to date. I will not upload a picture bc it will only makes things worst;

Wanted to try to place since its brand new. I wasnt too impressed. My pedicure felt rushed and I really cant tell the difference.

My pedicure took less then 15 minutes and my husband statednthat my nails look like press on nails and I must agree one more thing the priced skyrocketed from my first qouted.

Nice place but was disappointed with the service today never have I ever heard a place charging almost 20 dollars for a regular polish change. I think from now on Ill just stick to getting my nails done and going somewhere else for my feet
