Went in with high expectations & left completely disappointed. All I asked for was a simple French tip design & nail tech kept telling me she couldn’t not fix the polish. I ended up telling the tech to take the polish off & because she obviously couldn’t do a French tip. Left with no designs, literally just acrylics & she still tried to charge me $50. Never coming back lol

Come here with my girlfriend. I got a pedicure, she got her nails redone. This place was such a waste of time and money. My pedicure lasted a total of 15 minutes and I was done before my girlfriend even got her nails filed down. Never coming back here, we usually get done at the same time if not 10 minutes before so to be done in 15 minutes was a literal scam 0/10

Us girls got pedis while my husband and dad had the Men’s Package. We all had a great experience across the board. The staff is super friendly and skilled, while the salon is very clean with a great ambience.

My favorite place to go for a total spa day, they are a full service salon and spa, everything from manicures, pedicures, facials, hair, waxing, eyelash extensions and even massage therapy 💛💯 and its super clean, modern and the staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel totally pampered

First time appt for mani (dip) & mani with foot massage. Image Nail & Spa (Tallahassee) did a fantastic job. Its been well over a decade since Ive had anyone do my nails since results were always so disappointing and shortlived (too thick, fake looking and chipping within 24 hrs). Ashley and (cant remember any other names) the staff were amazing, professional and gracious; well worth the cost of this treat.The only detractor to this experience was the old, blonde cow who loudly complained about her experience and basically announced that it was going to be her ...last time. Im not gonna fight it anymore. They should be so lucky to get rid of that Heifer. The staff scrambled trying to re-assign themselves, at the expense of other clients, to accommodate whatever her complaints were. Her nails looked fantastic, BTW. I dont know know what crawled up her rear end.

Denise was friendly and accommodating, and did a great job on my nails! The dip on my fingers did not quite match the gel on my toes, but both look fantastic and that’s more on the polish manufacturer anyway. I will return

Made an appt on a whim and enjoyed it a lot! I do not remember the name of who I saw, but she was a very personable blonde lady. She went over what she was going to do to my hair before she did it in order to make sure I was happy. Price was great too (there was a promotion)

I had a lovely experience getting a pedicure here! The pedicure area was large, the seats were comfortable (loved the massage options), the music was perfect, it was very clean, they had free snacks and sodas, the mint mask they used on my legs was amazing, my nails turned out gorgeous, and I really loved having Josaphine as my pedicure person! Ill definitely be back!

Ok so I went to Image nail and salon and got the mankini wax . I was a little nervous because the last time i got the mankini done at another spa they didnt make me feel like I was apart of the family . the place was clean, and ashley took the time to talk me through each step and told me I was beautiful and brave for being so tuff and strong. I would leave a picture for proof but just take my word its sleek and smooth .
