Best Pedicure ever, my legs feel so relaxed and my feet feel like a babys bottom! The shop is well put together, the nail techs are very nice, and the I left satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I went in 08/21/21 and wanted to get a pedicure they said it would be an hour so I decided just to wait and come back today 08/22/21 and they then said they aren’t taking anymore pedicures for the day and people where actually just starting to get pedicures when I walked in I think that’s really rude if you want business don’t tell people to leave because you don’t feel like doing pedicures anymore! I would not recommend this place not good with customer service at all!

Before I can even decide on a color that I’m being rushed to pick out they are deciding for me. I watch so many peope get extravagant things done to their nails and they take time to do it, meanwhile my simple 2 request is a bother. I’m good. I will not return

I had pedicure and full set done. They did a rush job on my hands and on my feet. When I got outside I noticed acrylics around my nails. I tried to filed them down myself but to no avail. Ive went here before and got great work. But this time it was two young people. I never had nails and done so quickly before. I wish I can show them to you. The guy went around my cuticles just and that was it. I thought it was strange, but I figured he could see my hands better than me. 😠😠😠

Went here on a limb just wanted to get out of the house and boy did i regret it. When i came in i was seated and asked if they had a charger and she told me it would be an extra $5 to use it, my phone was dead so i was like fine whatever. she began glueing the tips on my nails and prepping for the acrylic. after she was done she just got up and walked away ..about 5 min later a guy came to finish. his work was VERY sloppy and they wouldn’t give me a price until i was done.. ended up paying $50 for bs. wouldn’t recommend GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! my nails are bulky and misshaped.

They told me it was going to be one price but then when they got done they told me a whole other price! And they kept arguing with me pretty much calling me a liar terrible service and they change their prices every time they feel like it!

These ppl are something else. I normally pay 55.00 for a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Today because I took my own polish off my nails its 65.00. I have my bank statement to prove that that what I always pay now these mf have a brain fart. They come to this country and get bold. Watch what they charge. They charge extra when the want.

I called ahead and asked the price of the gel manicure, but when I got there, they gave me a higher price. I finally decided to just have my gel polish changed without a manicure since I was in a hurry. They removed my old polish with an electric file/buffer, even though I have natural nails, and I could see that the surface of my nails was being sanded down. I couldnt tell them anything because there was no one who spoke English. After the polish was applied, and everything was finished, I went outside. I started noticing variations in the thickness of the polish, and there was even a bubble on one of my nails. I am very disappointed in the quality of the service I received.

I should have read the reviews. I needed to go somewhere close for a quick gel polish (paid for a gel manicure and didn’t get any form of a manicure at all). I went in and had dip on my nails, sat there for 45 minutes for a soak off as the guy assigned to me when I walked in left me to do an entire pedicure and nobody said anything to me about it. Finally I got seated in a different chair after choking on those fumes from the acetone for almost an hour (I’m pregnant). The guy asked if my “nail shape was ok” the nail shape from my nails growing out under the dip. My nails are always thin and never get that long, he didn’t ask if I wanted them cut down and when he went to “file” them, he only used the jagged side of the file resulting on my nails (barely touched them-just enough to make them actually being jagged on the tip of the ones he touched). Then, proceeded to rush the paint job saying he wanted it “perfect” and it ended up much less than that. I tipped him not realizing how bad the paint job was or how rough my nails were until I got outside... I shouldn’t have. Terrible experience!!!

Went here for the first time. They did an amazing job. I read the reviews but found they are under new people. They even spoke english and took there time with my nails. Deff will be going back.

My nails was uneven all different length, I got a overlay all my nails different length she didn’t even ask did I want mines the same length even though they were my nails . She drilled my nails underneath and not my thumb nail is broken so even if i wanted to go to someone else to fix it I would have to put a fake nail on it . Nails puffy really thick . And they charge 15 dollars to take off 15 crazy right and 23 for a overlay I usually go to villa in the Tallahassee mall plaza . They are wonderful I just went to Hawaiian nails since they was close by

I’ve been going to this nail shop since last August. I recently had to stop going because it seemed like every time I went I was charged more and more money. The last time I went was the end of March. The workers were arguing which, is very unprofessional. Also this is the only shop I have been to in Tallahassee might I add. I seem to have a fungus on my left thumb. Unclean nails tools wow. I pay too much money to be treated carelessly. Up charged for dirty nail tool. I can’t do anything but laugh it off. Please never go to “Hawaiian Nails” or should I say “Nasty Nails”

The place is old and needs a good cleaning. The staff is a bit loud and rude. They did a great job on nails though. Have lasted 3 wks and paint still looks good.

Brian is the best. Ive been able to keep his nails on got 4 weeks without a fill. Brian does the best he can to accommodate all customers with exactly what they want. Hawaiian Nails rates are very reasonable. The shop is clean, well lit and nicely decorated.

I did not have a good experience today. My pedicure was nice but my nails were rushed. My nails are uneven, they are bubbly on the top and my pointer finger nail is way longer than the rest. I wouldnt reccomend if youre wanting to get pampered and expecting great results.

This place was horrible . I️ asked for coffin shaped nails and literally all my nails were close to different shapes . I️ told the lady who was doing my nails to make all of them more even and the same and you could tell she got frustrated . In the end I️ still wasn’t satisfied and by the way she gossips about her customers and employees which is very unprofessional. I️ WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME !

The fact that most of the reviews explains how AWFUL the customer service is shows EXACTLY what kind of service is displayed often in that place. Like most, I’ve given them a few chances and each time was a disappointment. Rude is a understatement.... disrespectful at its best. They way they treat hard working people is distasteful. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!!

When I first started going there the service and quality of the work was good, so I didnt mind paying the $70.00 plus tip price. I usually get a pedicure, fills with gel powder, and gel polish. NOW the service is TERRIBLE. The older man they call Uncle, used the sanding block on my toes too hard. I told them about it and they didnt seem to care. Tina talks you to death and talks bad about other customers if they dont leave her a good tip. She has gotten very sloppy with her work and when I ask her to get all the polish off before she lays the new gel powder she seems upset that I asked her to do her job. Same thing when I ask her to correct the shape and thickness of the nail. The staff will stop assisting one client to do waxing on another person, when that person should wait their turn. They are doing sloppy work so they can get more money in and out the door. I will not be going there for nail sevices again and nor should you.

$45 for dip powder on natural nails that didnt last 3 days before chipping. Ive never had dip powder chip at any salon before 2 weeks. Overpriced with subpar services.

My nail tech did a not so nice job on my nails. They looked decent inside the Salon, but in the sunlight my nails were dull and rough. I returned so that he could try and fix them to no avail and It was on My Birthday.

I thought the reviews were wrong since my coworker goes there... But no.Went twice. She talks entirely too much, told me which race were the worst customers, and she did a poor job on my nails. BOTH times. She also loudly discussed my missing toenails... Theyre really small. Well gee, thanks! Never again. Ill pay more to avoid that.

I felt like I was overcharged for basic white tips. I paid 40 when I could of according to their sheet pay 5$ more for pink and white. The lady also made me bleed on more than one finger from answering her phone while trying to finish my nails. I usually go to this place but I felt they got over price wise and my nails don’t look great at all. I won’t be back.

Edited review - Originally gave them a much lower review but I went back to have them fix my nails and they did it without hassle or charging me. My original set of acrylics contained multiple bumps, very uneven application of the acrylic, and jagged edges. It felt like they nail tech forgot how to do acrylics and rushed them. But, at the end of the day, they fixed it so I have to give them credit for that. However, when I went back to have my nails fixed, there were 2 other customers in there complaining about their nails. The ladies there were nice, but I think there could be a quality issue at this place, depending on the nail tech you get.

This place is not somewhere you want to spend your money at all! I got a fill my nails look really bad (prob the worst I’ve ever seen) and not only a day and my pinky nail is lifting up badly. I can barley use my right hand because it hurts so bad when it lifts up. Do not recommend this place at all!!

These people are so disrespectful I went here for the 1st time and they were super unprofessional I was given 1 price over the phone and a different price when they started on my nails when I said something about it she got loud and so did the other workers and 1 of the short ladies told me to go away because of their mess up and then the price they had posted on their board was different they just got some messy people especially the 2 elderly ladies the act soooo childish. Do not waste your time going to this nail place. The owner/manager is extremely rude and they dont care about the satisfaction or well being of their customers. Ive given them about 3 chances and have never walked out happy. One time they used a drill to take the shellac off of my nails and caused unnecessary damage to my nail bed. Another time I got a manicure that literally only lasted a day before the polish started to chip. The final straw was when I got a manicure and the man took off so much skin around my nails and cuticles that it felt raw for days. I will never go back again.

I literally cried when I left there yesterday(bleeding fingers). An old man hurt me with the machine (gel removal only) and then my nails are so ugly and filled with too much gel polish and very messy. All the other technicians left and it was just the old man, old woman and me inside. They didnt apologize, it was closing time, and I have learned my lesson in you pay for what you get. Dont go there if you want quality service.

So Im currently in this place n the lady that was doing my nails has no customer service skills. As she is doing a fill in n using the drill I tell her that the nail was getting hot....Not once but twice... She then tells me to relax but how..... so long story short she tells me to sit in another chair and wait for a male nail tech n helps the next customer really????? If 3 of my nails didnt have the polish removed n my boyfriend getting a pedi I would leave... this place sucks

I loved going this shop and did not mind some of the other rude customers. I always tipped. But I wont be returning after the fella that did my toes butchered my feet. He cut my pig toe and it bled, then scraped my feet bottoms so hard they scabbed in 4 places. Also the skin removal cream stung my feet. Had to wear sandals to work for a few days because my feet hurt. :-(

Today was my first time ever even knowing about this shop as I am usually not on this side of town... I definitely read the reviews FIRST, but thought how bad could it be? Im only going in for a chin wax not my nails. Boyyy, was I WRONG! How in the world you mess up a chin wax, Ill never know!!Because I have been pressed for time due to my busy life, I thought to myself why not stop in and get a chin wax--- I always go to Brazils, but appointments have been going so quick lately... Anyway, I walk in & ask for a chin wax & the price and was quoted $8... then moments later it was Oh no just walk to the back and ask the older lady..she knows... Get to the waxing room and Im still asking for the price and the older lady says sit down, sit down let me look then proceeds to tell me its $15 SMH. At this point, Im like well Im already here I might as well-- THAT WAS A MISTAKE! This lady was so ROUGH! Literally slapping hot wax all my face and ripping the strip off! No holding the chin to stop the pain or anything! Then she proceeds to huff & puff like shes mad she had to tweeze the hairs that didnt pull. After all of that, there was still hair left on my chin! She then takes ALCOHOL and puts all her strength in rubbing my chin down! Yes, she put alcohol on my face..SMH! I had to run to Walmart and get facial hair remover cream and tweezers to clean up my chin.First time here. Last time here. If my waxing experience was bad, I can only imagine how they do nails.

My nails where strong with a slight bit of acrylic on them. She use the sawdust tool and sawdust my whole nail off to the meat of my finger. I feel that it was done intentionally to cause me to get acrylic to charge more money. Once they admitted to messing up. They rudely insisted on allowing another person to do my nails and charge me the exact price of 28.00. ⚠️THIS IS A WARNING ⚠️ unless you want to be forced into getting an acrylic after solely asking for a manicure do not get your nails done at this establishment.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! My best friend and I went to get our nails down. The lady said she could do my nails and for some reason told me she couldnt after I sat down. She never explained why. Then she did my friends nails and they started cracking and chipping after 3 days. They have horrible customer service skills. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

OK, I will admit that I showed up at 3:45 PM on a Sunday, when they close at 5. But I didnt know that, I only went because my regular shop closes on Sundays now. The guy & the lady argued, loudly, about which service to give me first, which was unprofessional. I was happy that she had my eyebrows done in about 5 minutes, but she got wax in my hair & my face was still sticky after. That still left a full hour for a pedicure; the only other 2 people were there getting fills. She had me done in about 15-20 minutes, and my feet werent much better than when I got there. 1st & last time going.

Make sure you don’t go there in the evening when they are all tired cause I just had a horrible experience with the guy not wanting to repair my nail after getting them done yesterday. After taking of the polish, he proceeded to put the polish back on without repairing my nail, I asked him “you aren’t going to fix my broken nail before putting the polish right back on?” He said “I don’t want to put the polish on your nail cause it’s your real nail.” That doesn’t even make sense! Then I asked for him to just take the tip of the nail off then put on a fake tip and proceed with the polish, he then proceeds to tell me that he doesn’t want to do that cause it my real nail. Smh. Then the other employee proceeded to say that he’s tired just sit somewhere else and some else will take care of you. That’s ridiculous that I couldn’t get serviced because he was tird

First time back in a few years, hadnt been spending the extra money, so I get to splurge, I was so excited to have something nice done for myself. Well it didnt work out that way, and I was very specific and clear, DO NOT use the callus remover chemical, I have a contact allergy to it after years of use, also I had a new tattoo on my leg that I told her not to touch and no lotion, first alarm was when she put the chemical on my foot, and I HAD TO WASH IT OFF, second was at the end she tried to put lotion on my leg!!! Once again, I had to grab for a towel and rinse myself off!!!!!If you cannot speak or understand English well enough to understand those requests, while you work in a country that predominately speaks English, you should have an interpreter.Then it was off to Tina, she up sold me to dip nails, based on the gentleness of the procedure on my thin nails. She did a horrible job, I had to have her reshape my nails at least 3 times, every time she got more hands-y and short tempered, the nails had dips and waves, she put 3 layers of nail polish on the tips, but only 1 on the nail bed..uh hello?, so I went back on her next day of work, and she was again short with me, told me she did that to make them stronger because I type a lot, she said she dipped them extra, but it was only extra gel polish. She said she would re paint my nails for me, very curt and apologetically, and the nails are still junk, one broke the next day due to lifting of the glued-on tip, and the rest have peeling or flaking polish. She rushed through the UV drying time...so now I need to have them taken off and redone, this time somewhere better. Between the 2 services and a generous tip for services rendered poorly, I have learned my lesson about Hawiian Nails...such a shame, it was a nice small, good place to go for a while.

Small lobby area, porportion of space and service stations are impossibly tiny. Nail technicians have a rude approach to customers and very unprofessional setting. Toes had polish left off the sides. Bad experience overall.
