My 8 year old daughter and I went and had Girls Day here today and it was first time this salon. Very friendly, got us in fast and let us sit next to each other (not the case in all salons), great work! I do feel like $45 was a bit steep for how simple my nails were (photos included) but my daughters were priced very fairly at $7.

My pedicure water had someone elses HAIR and DEAD SKIN in it. I kindly asked them have my water changed and I was treated with terrible customer service. While I was waiting a lady came in saying that her popped off and that should of let me know to leave. Go at your own risk.

I will never return back to this nail shop. I went to get my eyebrows done, which are naturally thick and ended up leaving with extremely thin eyebrows. Even after I explained the issue, they wouldn’t return my money. I am so disappointed and disturbed by their service.

Nice little place! They offer you an option of wine, sodas or water. My nails came out so wonderful! They are a little pricey as I wouldve had to pay $70 for what I wanted but itd all good Im not too picky! Great customer service as well

Wonderful Nail Salon. I go to Stephen, but all of the staff are great. He does a great job on my nails and always seems to fit me in when I call. Also the Salon is beautiful.

This shop is pretty close to my place but Ive never been here. Well, they had a lot of negative feedback, but last week I was in a rush to have my nail done and I am happy that I gave it a try.My own experiences were really great. I try their new Herbal Pedicure and it was so good. The lady who helped me was very friendly and dedicated,She let me know that they have just resurrected the shop, updated new equipment, added new service since the last manager left. I dont know how they did in the past but personally I am impress with their current service.One of the best nail salon in Tallahassee !!!

I will never ever patronize these people again. Went there with a relative from New Jersey and they thought because she was from New Jersey she was going Toleave without paying based on the fact that she made a comment in the state of New Jersey the service would cost $15.If Zero stars were available that’s what they deserve!

Nice shop. They give excellent pedicures, which includes a hot stone massage. I also got a manicure, which was just average and the polish started chipping two days later. I may try something different next time.

New management at Diamond Nails makes all the difference! Buus pink and white gels are THE BEST! The staff is friendly and good at what they do. The salon can still get me in without an appointment, but probably not for long, as the word gets out about the quality of their work. I wont trust anyone else with my nails.

So awful. I guess I had always lucked out with the same person at this salon the couple times I had been before. A man did my nails this time and took OVER TWO HOURS. I went in to get a regular polish mani before lunch with out of town friends.. He cut me several times while doing my cuticles and damaged them. looked gross for a while after. Then the polish was so bad, I thought it was a joke. Like there must have been cameras somewhere. I mean, I thought I was bad at applying polish. He went out to smoke, but I didnt think he was done, there was no clear coat or anything. He was taking forever to come back, so asked another tech what was up and showed her my nails. She had just started on other customer but said she would fix mine after. Finally, the man came back, and I asked him to fix my nails. He was all offended, he fought me, saying they are fine, too bad I already paid (I dont like to mess up my nails when I get regular polish). He finally fixed some, when he realized what a scene he made and that I wasnt getting out of his chair. He made them WORSE. I told him to at least take the (disgusting, think) polish off then and he BLEW UP. The sweet lady came and saved me, and redid them and did an OK job. I felt really bad for her because the guy was yelling at her in another language and she was in a difficult spot. Everyone was silent in the salon. All said and done, I missed my lunch for a manicure that 1000% wasnt worth it.

Friendly staff, always clean. And having a glass of wine while being pampered... what could be better?!

Terrible place for regular manicure and pedicure, he did a horrible job painting my nails, did not clean up the nail polish, he was constantly making funny of people who walk in (of course he was speaking their language but they did not know I understood what they were saying) very unpleasant. I will never go back here!

I would give this place negative stars if possible. I had a full set of acrylic nails done and the technician left the old nail polish on my nails. He cut me 3 times two of which were done with his own nails. The next morning the nails were already lifting. He didnt fill the acrylic all the way either. I went back and the owner said some technicians dont do good work. Like that is supposed to make it all better... DONT GO HERE!!!

They have had a new boss for a year. Now theyre working friendly and good services. Of course, every worker is doing their jobs really good. You should come here once.Sometimes, I felt bad for them because few customer came here and got their nail done but for some unreasonable excuses, they just want to get nails for FREE. Excuse me! Im working at waitress, thats why I can understand how they feel. When you are a hard worker, you do everything best for a customer, and get back by rude things from them. Is was not ridiculous?I came to the nail salon this morning and saw a young lady stepped out the door and messed up her nails. She came back and they said to fix it for her. But the lady gave a stupid excuse of humidity weather, which made her colors melted down. She wanted to get refund 10$ to go to another nail salon. OMG!. It was just 10$ for changing your nails, girl. If you dont have money, please dont go to beauty salon. Ok?I hope other nail salons dont have that stupid lady

Went here to get a medi pedi. acrylic nails. French manicures. with a friend. the guy tech was in a rush. while we were having our Pedis done he rushed over and started our nails. he was clearly rushing. he ended up spilling super glue on me ! all over my phone !! it ruined my screen protector i had to take it off. I was so mad. then after he leaves to set the table to finish the nails. I get up my leg. yes leg was super glued to the chair ! i didnt say anything again. just rly wanted to leave im 7 months pregnant. so he finishes my friends nails. she notices he didnt gel the sides of her nails. she asked him nicely to fix it he had the nerve to blame her ! claiming she had to mess them up it wasnt his fault. I was so livid. we were just in a rush to leave. we paid 120$ we noticed they over charged us. over all a horrible experience. no complaints on the pedi though. the ladies were very sweet and professional. the man however. was RIDICULOUS!

Went to diamond nails today (not the first time I have been). Just got a regular pedicure and manicure ($40). The tech who worked on me (Ai Linh) spent a nice long time on my pedicure. It had been a while since I had been to Diamond Nails and I feel the pedicure was more detailed than I remember (still same lotion/massage as other places, but they added this thing with a warm rock). She also did a great job on my manicure - working quickly but carefully, and cleaning up any nail polish on my skin after she was done. She also asked me if I wanted anything to drink (I declined) and did a good job of asking me how short I wanted my nails cut. Overall, good experience.I will say I have only been here for regular mani/pedis,and once an eyebrow wax I think, so I cant speak to how well they do other things. In the past, depending who I got or how busy they were some work may not have been done as carefully (a pedicure I got once for example), but I live only a block down the street so its pretty convenient (esp. because its next to Publix). I also like that there is usually no wait - so I can just walk-in.

My $35 gel manicure lasted 5 days. There was polish all over my cuticles and sides of my nails which peeled up. The nail tech (and maybe the manager) acted like my business was a hassle and kept getting up to go do other things. NEVER going back.
