Probably the worst dip I’ve ever had. I got these done last Wednesday (it’s Monday) and they’re already cracking. They’re completely uneven and so embarrassing.

I usually enjoy coming here but this has been a pretty awful experience. To the point I didn’t even want the gentleman to paint my toes. I first arrived and asked for two services. Once seated and started on one I was told the other couldn’t be done because of next appointment. I wish I would’ve been told they initially and I would have went somewhere else. Then the gentleman assumes pedicure I want, acts aggravated when I ask to see the price list, then I choose the deluxe pedicure and he proceeds to do a normal one. He was rude the entire time and was not gentle with my feet at all. This is a poor reflection on the business and I will never return here.

Jenny is absolutely good at what she does. Truly consistent work. Every eyebrow wax is a hit, she does not miss. I’ve been with her for 10 years through 3 location changes and never had an issue. Genuinely kind customer service. Extremely clean facility. The best in Tallahassee, there is no comparison.

This was my second time coming here but this was the first time. I got my nails done here I’m so happy I came CHRIS did my nails and did a wonderful job. And on Monday and Wednesday they have discounts I was ver pleased. And is you can’t find a color and want something class try color GEL 337 I’m so in love with it he use it 3x

Im very disappointed I got these done Saturday and was pleased but then my nail broke the very next day while folding clothes. These are dip nails and were done very thinly. I came back the following morning (Monday morning) to get it repaired seeing as how my birthday is tomorrow (Tuesday) and they were short staffed and asked that I come back the next day. That wont work for my schedule so I asked for some kind of reimbursement to offset the costs at a different nail salon and they refused. Super disappointing.

A little pricey but as is all beauty salons. I love the work they did on my acrylics —I wanted something completely different so I went with a Stiletto chrome it was gel and I loved the outcome. Check it out for yourself!Will b coming back.

Had an appointment at 1230 for a full set, eyebrows, and a pedicure. After getting my nails completed I was ready for a pedicure, however I was told I had to wait 20 mins because a mother and daughter had come in for a pedicure NO appointment and apparently were being serviced before me with NO appointment. I decided not to wait for the pedicure because clearly the receptionist didn’t honor my appointment and should’ve made them wait. They are overpriced I ended up spending $55 for eyebrows and short medium length square nails with clear no gel polish. I will never patronize this business ever again. Allure Nails certainly offers better customer service.

I recently discovered this place and got my eyebrows done for the first time here a few weeks ago, and she has changed my life and my eyebrows! I’m not going anywhere else. I’m super excited to try out their manis/pedis😊

I have received adequate enough service here before to want to return and bring my significant other. I called to schedule an appointment for two pedicures and the receptionist asked, “Is this appointment for two ladies?”I was offended and perplexed that she would inquire about the gender of clients looking to receive pedicures.She then explained that they currently do not employ nail technicians who work on men’s feet. Although she delivered this message politely, for this reason I will not be returning.Gender is not clearly defined for everyone, and the only time a spa is entitled to ask someone to reveal their biological sex is if they are scheduling a genital wax.My partner and I will be boycotting this establishment.

Overpriced. They “mistakenly” charged me $83 for a simple mani, pedi without gel. Then when I questioned the price she said she thought I had my eyebrows done as well but when I told her I didn’t she only took off $10. However, the last time I went I paid $15 for eyebrows. So I believe they change prices according to how much money they want to make that day since the rest of the salon was empty. Not going back.

Jenny had a very negative attitude with me. I came in politely, and waited my turn for an eyebrow wax. Once I got to the chair she let me know that you have to pay for your own tools for her to do your brows, so the total cost would be $22. That seemed ridiculous to me but I agreed regardless. Then she gives me an attitude when I tell her how I would like my eyebrows to look and says that I can’t tell her how to do her job. No other nail salon has had an issue with me telling them how I would like for my eyebrows to look if I’m PAYING for the service. And because she was upset she then refused to do my eyebrows. Never going back again. 0 stars for me.

Absolutely loved the brow services I received last week and decided to come back today for a luxurious pedicure... My experience was like none I’ve ever received in Tallahassee.. The pedicure was so relaxing and soothing that I fell asleep twice. The atmosphere is very clean and inviting and the staff were all very polite and welcoming.. Jenny’s brows has gained a regular client.

I have never posted a Google review, but I was so impressed with my pedicure at Jenny’s that I found it to be review worthy. First, their atmosphere and environment is not only clean it is also truly relaxing. My nail technician went above and beyond to accommodate me and gave me an excellent pedicure, my nails look amazing. I will be back!

Jenny does great things with brows. Up until now, everywhere I’ve been for a wax didn’t care about my eye brows on-going and it’s left me with some bald spots. Jenny is actively working on getting my normal shape back and I am loving it! Just went for nails for the first time and it was another success!

While she was doing my eye brows, she was informing me on how to maintain my eye brows and I loved how she would let me know what she was doing during the process. Jenny’s Brows was recommended by a friend and I fell in love! I had a deluxe pedicure and my eye brows waxed. All of the tools were sterile and the bowls were lined in plastic. It was a relaxing atmosphere and a personable experience! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

They advertised being organic I saw nothing organic. I asked that they not use the Dremel because my nails are very thin. The nail tech insisted on using the Dremel.

I have been with this family since 2005 ish getting my nails and eyebrows done with them. I have followed them to three different places and this new place is fabulous. They make you feel so relaxed and the customer service is awesome!

I got a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure from here and it was GREAT. Very attentive and offered me water and bundt cakes from next store. Clean and professional. So happy to find this place!

Came in and asked for the guy who normally does my nails and lady gave me another guy. Guy jacked up my feet and nails with gel polish. Upset becausei just had this done yesterday and have to pay someone else to fix it. Money gone down the drain. Never again.
