I couldnt believe I paid $60 for this. Im sorry but what just happened?? The shape, the gel polish... ??? The lady who did my nails was super nice but yall can see my nails. I just wasted my money.

Nice people, but didnt give me what I asked for. I asked for pink and white (which is what I had when I came in) just needed a fill. The tech I had did not speak English, so someone else was talking to me for him. I continued to ask if he were doing pink and white, and I was assured that he was. He was not. He used regular powder over the entire nail, then painted on the pink and white. I figured Id just cut my losses and got up to pay. I was told $40. I was flabbergasted. I reminded him that I did not get what I asked for. That I type 8 hours a day, and that what he did would chip. He then changed the price to $30. I dont know if the guy doing my nails knew what I wanted, but at least 2 of the people in there did, and lied to me about what was being done. I will not step foot in that place again.

Excellent service, so professional. Always ask if I would like something to drink, provided pillows for my back. I recommend their services.

Been here several time. They do a mediocre job every time. Just get the sense they are going through the motions not too invested or really concerned about the quality of their work. I come out feeling like they did a just okay job. Probably wont be back.

I don’t have enough energy to type all the things that are disturbing about this business. Unclean tools, unfriendly service with the exception of my pedicure woman, the owner was rude and rushed to get more people in and picking out their colors while not tending to the clients that had a reservation. I would not recommend this place and will never go back. The man overcharged extremely at checkout to top the experience off. If I could leave zero stars I would. The nail job was just sad, rushed, and not enjoyable.

Took my 5 year old to get her first mani/pedi. The nail polish peeled off of her nails in one big piece while she was washing her hands 2 hours later. Obviously very old nail polish and no drying time between the layers. Tech was rushing. Glad I had a gift card and didnt actually pay for the service, although I did leave a large tip. Wont be back.

The only place I will go to now to have my nails done. I LOVE the staff - theyre always so kind to me, insanely accommodating even when I make a last minute appointment and do the highest quality work on my nails. The salon is always clean and professional.

I wouldnt recommend Pink Nail Bar for dip nails. A couple days after getting my nails done, the top coat began to peel off. It looked like plastic coming off. After two weeks, I went back to see what happened or if they could do anything, and they told me it was normal to get dip nails re-done every 2 weeks. They were not willing to reconcile the situation or explain the shoddy job that was done. Dip nail polish normally lasts at least 3-6 weeks for me -- I normally get them redone after about 4 weeks. Having it last for under 2 weeks is unacceptable, especially when the employees are unwilling to make any accommodations to make it better.

Quick service and great price. Can get you in quickly no matter how busy. The acrylic nails tend to be too thin for my liking and dont even last 2 weeks for me, but the gel is awesome.

I have been going here since high school but today, they used tools that had not been sanitized and had been used on other customers before. I do not believe it was the first time, but it was the first time someone pointed it out to me. They also kept trying to get me to put tips on my nails when I explicitly said I didn’t want tips or fake nails. It made me wildly uncomfortable. Was not impressed with the pedicure. My sister was massaged and pampered twice as long as I was. I will not be returning. I had such a bad experience that I’m writing a Google review. PLEASE make sure your nail techs use sterile equipment! So gross.

I have mixed feelings about this review, the lady that did my nails could not understand English, so there was a bit of confusion. She did a good job on my gel manicure, although she cut my nails too short. But I was very disappointed to see her pull the tools out of her drawer, stored in a dirty open clear plastic case. There was debris on the inside. I wanted to run, but didnt have time to go elsewhere and was in a hurry. I hope I dont get an infection.

Pink Nail Bar creates a wonderful experience from start to finish. I have had many pedicures in my life, and this was by far the best I’ve ever had. From the care and attention taken during prepping my toes to the long and wonderful foot and leg massage. If you are wanting to get your nails done in a pleasant, relaxing, professional, and relaxing environment this is your place!

This is the second nail joint I have enjoyed since being back in Tallahassee. While there are many salons to choose from, my friend recommended this salon and I am more than pleased. I chose the deluxe pedicure laced with refreshing minty rub, sugar scrub, hot stones, and sleep inducing leg and foot rubbing throughout the unleashing of all the aforementioned products. My nail tech, Kenji, should teach classes on foot and leg massage because he is a master of the craft.

I have had very good experiences with pink nail bar in the past but I just went and the person doing my nails did a horrible job. I asked for a French manicure and acrylic nails she did the whole thing backwards! My whole nail is white and less than a Centimeter was pink, some the nails are uneven and crooked, and she cut my finger. I love this place but I do not recommend getting a French manicure with acrylic nails.

The only place I go for a pedicure. I love their service, the massage chairs are relaxing. I also love bringing my god child here to get pampered in their kids section, which has hello kitty chairs!

Totally messed up painting my nails. Will never go back. The nail tech got mad they could not do the design. At the end she kept just saying goodbye... goodbye.. I never said anything wrong to her and did not even say anything bad about the poor job on my nails.

I think her name was Yoolin - so sweet, my nails look phenomenal & even massaged my shoulders as a part of the gel manicure. Would definitely go again.

Had a pedicure with foot massage and left with my feet feeling like a million bucks. They have a tremendous amount of nail color options and do really good work.

I have gone there a lot and they generally do a good job. However today I went it the had my nails wrapped in acetone for over an hour. I paitientally waited for a nail tech to come get me an they left me at the pedicure chair, I ended up having to take my own gel off as they proceeded to take back 3 other clients for fills... I couldnt believe it here I am a loyal customer who brings people with me every time I come! So disappointed! Also I want happy with my last gel set. I will not be going back. 😞

This place was awesome!! My mother and I and my 3 year old had pedicures. The staff did a excellent job taking care of my 3 year olds pedicure. They have a little area with hello kitty chairs. They did an amazing job on the pedicures!! We will definately be going back!! Found a gem!
