Always great service...I trust her with my nails ...she doesn’t disappoint 💅🏾

Stephanie or whatever her name is is very unprofessional. Not considerate of her clients time nor does she seem passionate about her work. I had an appointment drove two hours for two nail repairs text her an hour or two in advance that I’ll be late due to being stuck in traffic. She claimed she understood only to reschedule the next day only to stand me up. The establishment is nice but her costumer service skills need major work. Thanks for my first and last full set hun hope you can grow and take this as a learning experience I will never return.

I booked an appointment and she cancelled my appointment literally while I was on my way to her saying she’s out of town though I booked with her weeks in advance and even consulted with her about the nails I wanted. Once I wanted to get a refund then she said she could do my nails on Sunday though initially she said she could do my nails Tuesday and basically nothing sooner. Once I asked about the time I should come she hasn’t responded since. Took my deposit and hasn’t said anything. Obviously she’s done this way too many times before 🤧

Stephanie has been my nail tech for the past two years, she loves what shes doing and it shows in her work. I love her new shop, and I am so happy for. Shes definitely a go to for quality and timely nail services. Im going to miss her.
