Both ladies that did services to me where extremely sweet, and made sure they were clear on what I wanted. You are greeted with a nice hello when you enter, and a heartfelt goodbye when you leave. I loved my nail art she performed. She actually took the time to look at the picture and even kept my phone for reference. I will definitely keep going to this place. I have yet to be disappointed.

Look, theyre not absolutely awful. But just not good. I could do better.The polish was streaky, and didnt cover my whole nail. She made my hands drier than what I came in with. I also had some rough and damaged spots which she was really rough with, making me bleed. I also noticed that she didnt wear gloves, and I didnt see her sanitize her tools between clients.Overall, 3/10 not good, but it works I guess.

We told them this was my moms first manicure & they ended up cut my mom’s cuticle too deep & it wouldn’t stop bleeding, she had to ask for a band aid. They also hurt my nails twice with the drill file & it hurt so I pulled back my hand. They switched me with another lady after that & she hurt my nail the same way. My moms finger didn’t heal till 2 days after, this was about a week ago. We both felt like the process was very rushed. Paid $65 for sore and cut fingernails & the appearance of our nails after unfortunately didn’t make up for the pain, as my acrylics came out crooked

WORST acrylic set Ive ever gotten. Could of done a better job myself while blindfolded. They have no attention to detail. 7 out of 10 nails are severely crooked. They also had one of there 15 year old daughters try and paint my nails... Like seriously. Absolutely terrible. Please avoid this place at all costs. They also do not sanitize any of their tools.

If you enjoy getting scammed go here! After they started the serivce they informed my wife that the price would be double the advertised price. They pretended to not understand her after that. They then proceeded to rush the service. This is scummy beyond belief. I would reccomend this place only if you like getting scammed by liars.

I had a GREAT experience at Q Nail Spa today!As soon as I walked in I was greeted! Some nail salon technicians in other places dont even look up when you enter the door. I wanted a design on my nails so I found one I liked on Google. I showed the picture to Tin the man doing my nails, he painted the design exactly as it was pictured! He did an amazing job!!!

This is my regular nail salon. The do a great job and I love the little hand massage with my fill, I havent found another place that does this. I have never paid the same amount so pricing isnt set. The nail techs do spend most of their time chatting amongst themselves and dont socialize with customers much, but this tends to happen at most nail salons. Their pedicures are nice and reasonably proced.

Way over priced! Spent $40 on a gel pedicure. Left with below average customer service and rough feet AFTER an hour and a half. My heels were not soft and nice like they normally are leaving a nail salon. I will stick with Lynn Nails on 6th ave. Same thing would of costed $20 there, better service, smooth feet, and nicely painted. Never going back.

Always friendly and happy to provide their best possible service. I have rarely had problems of any kind and the few times I have they where more then happy to remedy it and make sure I left happy. Clean and comfortable space. I would highly recommend.

This place is always my go to. Have not been disappointed once. The staff is super nice and great at what they do. If u have a concern, dont quite like the shape or want them to fix something its easy to ask they are more than happy help.

Very pleasant! I popped in because I urgently needed a pre-wedding mani-pedi and Q Nail Spa is close to some other errands—lucky for me this place was terrific.I wandered in around 3:30 and barely had to wait. The two ladies who attended to my feet and hands were friendly and welcoming and quick. I get antsy when I get my nails done because I’m always afraid it’ll take forever but they were SWIFT. Not that I felt rushed; it was a relaxing experience. But I never had that anxiety-provoking experience where the nail wizard disappears while my nails are drying and I don’t know how long I’ll be left to my own devices.Plus I ran into an acquaintance who said she comes here all the time even after moving across the bridge, and I think that’s a profoundly persuasive endorsement.(I paid $35 + tip for a basic manicure and pedicure.)

I have been going to this salon for years and I love it! Normally, Tin does my nails, but he was gone for the day so I sat down with Cherry instead. She was very sweet! I was needing a fill and she got to me right away. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit while she was doing my nails. She explained to me that they have a new check-in a points system which I think is great because I get my nails done regularly. They got brand new Gel UV lights which were so much nicer than the old ones! She was quick but thorough, which I appreciate!I also want to point out- they are NOT affiliated with the Q Nail Spa on Pacific Ave and 72nd! DO NOT GO THERE! They did a HORRIBLE job on my nails and I ended up driving all the way out to the location on 19th to have them fixed. Same name, same builder, different owners!

He did a horrible job on my nails for no reason one of them is already ready to fall off and it’s embarrassing I just got them done last Friday can’t even show them or anything. It kinda felt like he was mad at me it was awkward. They always did such a great job on my pedicures I was hella excited to experience getting a set from them. Just foul he didn’t show my hands any care. Wish I had went somewhere else kinda but damn

This place is a true jem! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. My nail tech was able to recommend/offer their new product.... I love the new nail technique of having my nails dipped instead of doing the gel! Cant wait to come back in a few weeks!Gerri (at least that is how I think her name is spelled) did a fantastic job with my nails and I am extremely hard to please as I am VERY picky!Thank you!

Well normally I have great service but since the new management they try to overcharge.. They charged me for a fill on my nails and my toes with gel for $110... Mind you the price change numerous of times the original price went from 80 for both to 110... they dont have a set price it took three ladies to tell me three different prices three different times and still couldnt get the math right.... I paid it and will never go back again!!!!

I went in for a fill and had then apply shellac nail polish last Sunday. After only four days one of the nails broke right in the middle of my nail and the shellac started peeling off. And Im always gently with my hands and nails so the nail didnt break because I did something rough.

Very clean salon. The staff were very kind and helpful with my daughter and I. The spa pedicure was fabulous including a paraffin wax and hot stone treatment. We will be back again.

If there was a 2 Star option I would thats what this horrible place deserves. went in for the first time, a man sat me down and put on the tips, The index finger tip was placed crooked three times, each time I asked to have it removed and tp try again, by the third time I was over it asked him to remove the tips and while roughly removing them he ended up cutting me, I walked out with with a bloody pinky and no tip on the index, all the while all the other tips were glued on, I walked out and went to the best 5 STAR place in Tacoma Lotus Nails off Mildred.

Everytime i go here i enjoy my pedicure. Sadly today I went with a friend and the salon had 4 people already being helped by the 3 techs working. They got us set up for our pedicures butvmy friends feet hadnt been touched in 45 minutes and she had to leave for other commitments. I felt bad because I had suggested this place and spoken highlt of it.

I enjoy going here, especially that they take good care of you and when I leave I love the job they do on my nails 😊👍

I’ve been going here for 5 years and it’s a great value, clean, and nice salon.

This was my first experience here due to a friend recommending it. The nail tech who started my nails didnt finish them as different techs would change to do different things on my nails which was unprofessional and wierd but the finished product looked nice. The techs didnt interract with me at all and werent social other than speaking consistantly in their own language but Well have to see if the nails last.

First time here, I will never come back! The lady that did all the process of cleaning and massaging my feet was super but maybe because she didnt say a word 🤔. But the girl that came after to put the nail polish was a total B#$%*&. She got upset because I requested a second coat since I thought the color base was too palid. She then threw the nail polish to exhibit her bad customers service. No wonder why there is not people here. I always say that I will never use the vietnamese Spas because they dont have good customers knowledge but I ended up using their salons because there is not one else around. Maybe I should start my own spa salon where customers are treated as the one that are paying for the services instead of them telling you how you want your own freaking nails. They got ZERO!

Clean, relaxing, friendly, attention to detail. The ladies were very nice and picked up on the fact that I want my nails to look perfect. I did a shellac mani and a regular pedi. I love that they offer mini pedis as I dont always have time or want a full pedi. I also appreciate that its a few blocks from home, very convenient! Also, my shellac pedi has lasted. Im only going in just shy of 3 weeks for vacation or Id get the full 3 weeks out of my mani.

Guy didnt know what he was doing he started to manicure to I had to stop him tell him for the 3RD time I want full set. NOW 2 DAYS LATER THEY ARE FALLING OFF

I never get on and complain online about things i do love this nail salon been going here for years however since under new management i feel as if quality has changed. Got my nails and toenails done last Saturday and two have lifted and practically fell off by that next Thursday not even a full week, i also paid extra to have the gel pink and white they did not have color of sparkle acrylic i wanted to begin with they ran out which was ok with me things happen i also got a delux pedi was great love those there but paying 90 dollars after all said and done to have two pop off not even a week later im gonna have to pre warn look around before coming here i have to find somewhere new which sucks... Time to get looking.....
