My go to nail spot. They are always fair with pricing and very kind. One time I had to bring my 3 young kids with me and they tried helping me out with them. ❤❤ I love them for that. And I will always come back to Hannah Nails and spa. For their over the top staff and experience they provide.

Will never come back here for mani and pedi. The older man was having an attitude the ladies were rushing and the old man put the wax on my feet peeled it off and their were wax on my feet and the lady kept telling me to sit for my mani and she clearly saw me cleaning the wax off my feet and she continued to rush me to sit by the table. Left gel all over the tip of my fingers and I told the lady to clean and she filed smh.

The pedicure was good, however, manicure was AWFUL! The women who provided my service was irritated and most likely pressed by the male owner to hurry and finish because their was another patron waiting. She was aggressive while doing my nails, at one point I thought ‘why is she so mad’...not a good thought when some is trimming your skin with a sharp object.I did tip her, probably should’t have (for some many reasons I won’t go into here.) Anyways, save your money go across the street or any place but there! And it’s dirty...yuck!

Went in for gel pedicure. Lady doing my pedicure literally just scrubbed my legs and feet with scrub, rinsed, dried, and painted my toes. Once done I asked her to clean the edges they were really messy and on my skin. The lady tried to use an electric file to fix. Edges still looked terrible and clumpy. She said they look fine. I told her to just stop. I paid and she still had the nerve to ask how much I was going to tip her. I told her no tip since she did a horrible job and will never be coming back.

Went in for a $15 fill was charged $40,polish is clumpy, no shape. Just all around not pleased

Took my daughter for a treat ourselves to something nice day! They have a Spa Pedicure banner that was advised for $15. Since we had never been there we decided to check it out...It was a nice place, clean and comfortable massaging chairs with Seahawks themed embroidery in the headrest.I was very impressed!!! (Initially)Until I was checking out and got the shock of my life from the man ringing us up...We both asked for Gel polish and assumed that it would be an additional $5-$8 like any place else.However the man said our bill came to $60 instead of the assumed $40-46!!!!I asked him why the bill was so high and he said that we both got the gel polish and spa pedicure. He stated that the Spa Pedicure is $15 just like the sign says outside on the banner & the Gel is an additional $15 each.I explained that I was not informed that the Gel cost was so much and if I had been told that, I surely would not have asked for it.The man said the lady talked to my daughter before I came inside. But my daughter who was standing next to me told him that she was talking to the lady about the colors but she didnt say anything about how much it was going to cost.The man said Anyway, it doesnt matter that the jobs were both done and now you pay. I slid my card across the counter to him and told him that I would be disputing the charges.He asked if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. He ran my card for an additional .50¢ and placed the receipt on the counter with a pen and asked me to sign.I picked up the receipt and told him again that I am not signing anything because I will be disputing the charges with my bank and we left the store.This place is a rip off!!!I called a few days later to ask about pricing and the man said a full set of nails is 25-40 depending on the long nails and gel. Regular nail polish and medium length is $25. But Gel is $10 more... Pedicure is $15 that is usually $20 and Gel is $15 more...So basically they are giving a discount unless you choose to get the gel because the gel is an extra $5 when you get it on your feet!!!This place is a Scam & if you go here you should be very clear about the cost before you sit down and think you are getting a deal!!!I will never return and will strongly caution anyone else about going to this place!!!

One of the best nail salons Ive ever been to and Ive lived all over the country. The only place I will go!!

I went here for a mani/pedi and left bleeding and now possibly an infection in my toe from the horrific digging they did into my nail beds. They don’t seem to practice appropriate health code cleaning (from what I could see) and their marketed “spa” pedicure was less then ten minutes and most of that was painfully digging into both sides of my big toe that didn’t need any reshaping in the first place.

The nail techs here are great! The entire staff are all friendly and funny. Ive been coming here for about 2 years now with my best friend and we absolutely love it.

I watched the nail techs use the same equipment for 2 customers without cleaning them. Unfortunately, I was already in the middle of my manicure and had already been cut. If I caught a bloodborne illness, I will be suing this place. Additionally, I am reporting them to the appropriate authorities. Go here at your own risk.

First time at Hanna Nails with Justin and honestly the best gel nails I have ever had. The time, attention and care he took was beyond what I expected and I no sooner left the salon then had 2 compliments on my nails. Will definitely be back.

I had eyelashes put on and within a week my eye was infected and I had to go to the doctor. They refused to refund a credit back onto my credit card and wanted to give me a gift certificate.they are rude unprofessional and I doubt that many of them have that much experience. Im currently now having to go through the court system to sue them for my expenses with my doctor and a refund on my money. I would never recommend anybody to go there and I would recommend reading the rest of the reviews.

If I could give No stats I would! My nails didnt last 2 days 3 nails broke within 1 week! Cut all my cuticles... bad experience overall 😔☹

Our usual nail salon was busy so we made an appointment with Hannah nails for 3 pedicures.One of the water soaking basins wasnt cleaned out ( it had the used towel from the pedicure before hanging from it).The 2 ladies that worked on us completely rushed. No attention was paid to the sole of our feet .I guess you get what you pay for - this was more a color change with a foot bath than a pedicure.We will definitely not be back and stick with our usual salon.

I stopped here on my way home from work today and there was no one in the shop. I should have known better and left then. But I sat down and both women working each grabbed a hand and started working on my manicure. They cut too deep and are too rough. Every single one of my fingers hurt and on one of my fingers she clipped it open. It stings to do anything now. I’m glad I opted out of the pedicure they tried to force upon me. One of the woman’s husband and child then come into the shop, which is fine. BUT the husband sat behind me in a pedicure chair and ate his food while SMACKING it the entire time and sucking his teeth the entire time. Unprofessional. I will never be back because I enjoy a calm and relaxing manicure that doesn’t leave all of my fingers cut up and sore for the next few days.

The lady did a good job on my feet I actually liked my toe nails for my pedicure, but I will say they were unprofessional as hell. The guy kept offering his different powder services and I told him we will see, but I really don’t think he knows how to talk to people because a lady came in after me saying she didn’t like the powder he offered. I won’t come back here but I will say they should work on better service instead of going back and forth, plus they don’t wash their hands when working on feet and hands!

They’re money hungry... they charged me an extra 10$ for asking for white nails polish first to make my neon nail polish appear more vibrant since there nail polishes are cheap... wasn’t told until i paid that there would be an extra 10$ charge, ended paying 30+ For there 15$ “special” pedi. Bad experience for a quick sloppy pedicure. It was also very hard to communicate with them, the lady working on me didn’t understand when I tried to communicate the shape I wanted my nails. Just overall bad experience.

Had a manicure and a pedicure it looks fine. I think I saw the ladies sharing nail equipment without cleaning it in between customers ...that was concerning.

I could have easily given this nail spa a three-star if it hadnt been for the gentleman going in and out washing the windows. He came in before I even settled my feet in the water demanding I pick a color for my feet. This is my one time out of the month to relax, never again. The lady that did my Pedi was very nice. They definitely should not have the word Spa in the name of this place. The whole Pedi took 12min. Ridiculous!

Hannahs Nails I recently went there like on August 3rd 2017 and I have never in my whole entire life at 55 years old been so humiliated and felt like I was a piece of cattle I had two people working on my lashes when one was working on my nails I was the only person in there got there like at 10:30 my nails was nothing like I wanted my lashes I asked for long thick lashes they were Hardly even on ther burnt my eyes I cannot even open them for at least an hour with walk out into the lobby without knowing that I have white stuff on my left side of my cheek that I take pride Im a beautiful African American woman I take pride in what I look like when I leave the house and when I come home and from need to be brought out in public in their facility there nail shop & Spa with all these other women and men with all the stuff on my face glue all around my eyes glue all around my nails I just never ever in my whole entire life been so humiliated and Im going to make reviews for all you African-American women that are out there that has went to Hannahs Nails and spa please stand up with me because we need to be treated as the others are treated black lives matter lets stand together on this lady and guys come on lets rally help me stand up and lets make reviews

Terrible customer service skills and no courtesy whatsoever. The man and woman who I assume are husband and wife kept cutting me off to speak in their language. I had to repeat myself literally over 5 times and all I wanted was simple white tips! Not to mention it was just me, my sister and one other person and they took over 30 minutes to get to my nails. She literally trimmed only ONE of my nails and then went to go work on the other persons pedicure. All I wanted was white tips. It also smells bad in the shop it was irritating me. Never coming here again and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I sat waiting with my feet in the water longer than the actual pedicure took. Never again. I was excited to try this place on a friend’s recommendation and booked for a fill and pedicure. They literally left me sitting in water waiting for half an hour, clipped my nails (painfully) and tried to wash my feet with the same file they had just used on another customer before painting my nails. Followed by a 30 second massage that was mostly this man punching my shins. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. I was excited for a relaxing experience and was willing to pay good money for it, instead I cancelled my fill, paid for the pedicure and walked out. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I won’t be back.

This place is the worst.... shared equipment but luckily it was just between my daughter and I.... was charged $75 for a full set and acrylic to my natural nail.... our nail polish was lumpy and my daughters nails were put on wonky and misshapen.... NEVER go here!!!

Would not recommend. My feet was soaked for 20 mins and had a pedi for less than 10 mins. Poorly done! Was trying to get a new full set and she wanted to charge me 50$!

First off, having three ladies work on you is stressful! I went there to relax and treat myself. They cut one of my fingers pretty deep, and thought they cleaned the blood off, I still have dried blood all over my thumb. They used the wrong color on my toes and when I asked them to use the correct color on my nails it came with quite a bit of resistance. The massage is pretty much just rubbing lotion on your legs. They do a scrub, but use so little product it does nothing at all. The heated towel they use to remove the lotion was way too hot. They are just not paying attention to the little details. The hand massage was putting a drop of lotion on my hands and rubbing it in a little. I still had purple lotion on my hand that wasnt even rubbed in all the way. They pounded on my back and neck for a minute at the end. And lastly, the big huge sign told me that it was $15 for a pedi. Not sure why I was charged $30, unless it was because I got Shellac, and most places only charge $10 extra, not $15. Moral of my story, go to the place you know and like, maybe dont try someplace new. I will never be back! My regular place is so much more relaxing and they do a much better job!

Love this place, they are reasonably priced, they provide excellent service and the place is beautiful except for the seahawk emblem on their pedicure chairs. I highly recommend this place to everyone. $15 pedicures, this is the spot to go, they do excellent work!

Went in with a friend to treat ourselves... walked in and they sat us down in the chair but we sat there for almost 30 minutes without anyone saying anything to us... finally a lady came and started my nails and the traded out with another lady and then that lady traded with another lady!!! Mine and my friends nails ended up not even lasting an hour after we got them done, went back to talk to them and they were rude and rough on our nails and my nails are still not what I asked for and I sat there for an hour waiting for them to dry. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone, I went to cosmetology school and I know how these nail salons should work!!!

The shop is beautiful... Its a typical nail shop where they still speak in their language in front of you (will ask you a question and after you give an answer theyll turn and speak and snicker to each other)... I still find that rude, Im not sure if Ill be back. I like my nail shop where they dont do that out of courtesy, nice shop though. I came here because my regular place was too busy.

Hannah nails always takes care of my daughters nails. They always look great, and the staff takes the time to make her happy with them. ☺

Waste of money. Complete pedicure took max 5-7min. Use same nail file on different people. Left all the sharp edges on nails. Worse pedicure ever.

This was the WORST pedicure I have ever had. Their sign says Spa Pedicure but there was no Spa to this pedicure. Everything they did was just poor service. The quality, the care and time they didnt take on my pedicure. The wife part of the team was very rude when I asked about the clean-up of my nails that she missed. They are way understaffed for the amount of people they say they can serve. While I was there another woman walked out as they left her sitting so long, waiting. I will never go back again and please trust the star rating for a salon when you are looking for a place to go.

First off Ill say this, I absolutely love my acrylic nails! BUT I did not enjoy my pedicure experience. The older woman that did my pedicure messed up my nails shape and cut my big toe. She made me uncomfortable most of service. Not sure if Ill go back.

The bathroom was disgusting. Flies everywhere, ants, spiders, etc. A very strong odor, it smelled like rotting food. Customer service was very poor. Nail technicians were very unsanitary. They went from customer to customer without washing their hands, absolutely disgusting. Never again will I come here
