Kim was very gentle, helped me choose a color I showed based off of a pic I showed her. Even though they didn’t have a color comparison she help me find something I liked. Great shape and by far one of my best sets received in awhile from other salons. I’m definitely coming back for Kim.

Great experience for the first 2 visits. Even tho they work beyond too quickly and things here and there aren’t right (minor issues). At the end of the day. A paying customer is a paying customer. A paying customer who tips well is also a customer who pays for a service. My 3rd visit was today and they guy and gal that usually work on me went to lunch so they passed me off to an older gal with glasses. (No judgment, just giving a reference to who this person is) not only did she completely screw up the entire set of nails, which look poorly done...(I can do acrylics at home with much better result for a person who hasn’t gone to school for it.) But she was so in a rush to get to her lunch break that she didn’t file or lay acrylic properly. And continued to correct her own mistakes. Or tried to at least. While also trying to skip steps I am fully aware of when acrylics are being maintained. Every nail is so janky and far from looking alike. I’d say out of all 10 nails. Only 2 of them were passable for proper coffin acrylics. Yet I still left a good tip because that is who I am. She even messed up laying down a basic line of diamonds. Finding the center if the nail is so easy. It just takes a second or two to actually think about it versus being in a rush to take your own lunch break. But never again will I allow her to work on me ever again. Only allow the gentleman to work on you.

Awful place. If you trust the pictures only you going to regret it. Unsanitary conditions of the instruments, all dirty and dusty, they using the same instrument on all people and they not even wiping it. They suppose to disinfect it in soapy water with electricity. They not asking but begging you to give them a tip which. Last time they told me I must put a tip of $20. And yes, its not worth it. They saying the equipment is too expensive and charge you extra money. If you coming for the manicure or etc., dont even look at the pricing board. They will charge you in double and start to do additional service you did not asked for, like massage your shoulders or hands, they will not ask you if its ok to touch you. I visited exactly every salon at the Tacoma and Lakewood area and this one needs to be under the attention because they begging people for money to tip, double pricing. All the time I had to do my nails there they cut my fingers, cuticulas and even burned my skin. My nails was always bleeding because they literally ripping of the acrylic from your nails.Awful, just awful service. Needs to have an inspection for couple days. If you still think that you should pay $45 for just cutting of the gel layer from already short nails and ect., go ahead and visit. People will say they used to this place and filling fine about it, but if they ok to being threated like that. I refused to give a tip and they yelled at me and cursed as much as they could. If you want to give it a try, look around you and see how clean those drills, manicure scissors and pushers, how dusty those litter boxes with drills are.

I felt that my pedicure was short of my expectations. Also missed one toenail with nail polish. Did not notice until I had left. Would not return. Too many good places.

They walked out to the vehicle where my husband was waiting for me to harass him for a tip!! That is highly unprofessional. I been going to this salon for over a year and this was completely wrong. I will NEVER go back to this place ever again.

I wow was this place expensive!!!!! I had a fill n color change on my toe nails and it was $55.00. Way to expensive. I usually go to Soho Nails n they charge me 35 dollars n my toe nails get cut!! I just thought I try something different. Way toooooo expensive!!!

I love this place, always professional and the quality of their work is amazing. I live out in Spanaway but I drive all the way into Tacoma for them to do my nails. Located in a great shopping and eating area also.

Had the best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in years if not ever. Very attentive although I did upgrade to the deluxe pedicure, with shellac I spent $100 but well worth it. My manicure ended with a light shoulder/neck massage. Thank you for starting my weekend off perfect!!

I was at other salon for many years. they started to get sloppy with my nails So I decided to try this salon. I will only have Kim to do my nails otherwise they are shaped different. I like them a certain way and she will do it the way you like it.

I really should have known better!I went it to get my nails filled and well long story short I went in NOT 1, NOT 2, NOT 3, BUT 4 DAYS IN A ROW! DUE TO EACH NAIL BREAKING. I WENT IN A TOTAL OF 7 TIMES IN 4 DAYS TO HAVE MY NAILS FIXED AND BE TREATED HORRIBLY. NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS PLACE. Mind you 3 years ago they use to be great. I guess products and people change. Keep in mind my nails are gel so then shouldnt be breaking after the first day nor the forth. Im so disappointed in there sorry excuse for gel tips. Please learn how to do your job better.

The ladies here are like angels from heaven, sent to give you the best pedicure of your life. Ive been to other pedicure places, but this place is by far the best. Ive been coming here for at least 10 years. I highly recommend the hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment, it is well worth it.

First time here. I was having SNS nails taken off and normal polish put on. She was very detailed oriented and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely go again when I am in town even though its way out of the way of my usual place.

Been going here for a while I get 45 pedicure and a fill every 2 weeks. My nails are always done good but they are not consistent with the pedicure sometimes it is amazing and I will tip 10 to 20 but lately its like they rush it the massage sucks and that is the only reason I get it I can paint my own toes but I suffer from severe pain daily and a good foot massage helps. Think I will be looking for a new place if I am going to pay 45 dollars I want my moneys worth

The ladies here are always so sweet and welcoming. I always get a gel manicure and it lasts a little over 2 weeks and I work in a place where Im constantly washing my hands(which can really shorten the wear time) . I would definitely recommend this place.

I used to go there a lot and they always done an amazing job but recently I went to get my nails removed and they weren’t soaked she just used another nail to pull them off and it hurt a lot. Then I went yesterday for a gel fill and today my gel chipped that’s not normal! I’m very unhappy

I used to love coming here but lately it seems to have fallen a bit I got a gel fill that says 20$ my 3 year old got her nails painted says 7$ yet I got charged 45$..... these prices don’t add up it’s been that way for a while ohhh this was 3 days ago and my nail broke then got charged 5$ for a fix last night..... they do a good job but as of late are just money hungry

I have been going to this salon for at least 10 years and am planning to take my 5 year old daughter for her first pedi today. I have always had excellent service. The ladies (and one man) speak limited English, which may be why some people think they are being rude with limited interaction. I actually love it because I go in to have my toes done and read. I’m not looking for conversation. This place is often packed, so I find the way they accommodate all people who walk in the door very well-organized and, yes, sometimes you have to wait. If they told me to come back tomorrow, I would be thankful knowing they were looking out for my best interest in not having to sit and wait for a long period...or they are just aware that they can not accommodate me that day. This is a very hard working and honest group of people. I have never felt pressured to tip and never once been treated rudely.

This is my 3rd time in. I am very impressed with the beautiful job theyve done on my nails. The shape is perfect and the gel polish is also perfectly applied.

I believe they talk disparagingly about their customers believing we dont know. I am so disappointed because I thought Id found a place that was convenient. I went back after two bad experiences and this third one did it for me. I wont go back. The young girl was the same one on two occasions and this time i could tell she was talking about me brushing my fingers together (like sprinkling salt) to remove the excess dust. She over-exaggerates brushing her hands together to the nail tech next to her, she looks over to me and they both laugh. I asked was she ok and was the dust getting in her face and she acts like nothing is wrong, of course. So she puts my nails under the dryer and says 10 minutes and leaves. Well there is still nail dust around all my fingers and on the back of both of my hands. I have to get up 20 minutes later and ask her if shes done and then when I told the person taking my payment she says your NAILS ARE JUST DRY! I had to laugh in her face. Then she said you needed to go wash your hands. I tried to explain that I know the process but when I showed the nail tech my dusty nails she said I was done and never said go wash your hands. And forty dollars for a simple nail dip, yea that was my last time for sure.

Came in with my to get my nails and feet done guy did my nails lopsided. Woman didnt do my moms feet very well. They started on someone else halfway​ through me getting my nails and feet done. The man who did my nails left before fixing them. I had an appointment to go to so I was late after waiting over an hour to get my feet done. I had to leave without getting my feet done and my nails fixed. Came back to wait another hour to get my feet done and still have yet to repair my nails. First time ever coming will not come back and surely will never recommend.

Nail Pro is the cleanest nail salon around. My husband and I won’t go anywhere else. We’ve been going here for years.

Unprofessional. The woman sit and talk about people while providing services. Manicures and pedicures are mediocre to say the best. Also, my manicure and pedicure came to $55, I tipped in cash, but they charged my card $66. Do not recommend.

My mother and I went to go get our nails and eyelash extensions done. The lady used MASKING TAPE as a “cover” (which did no good) for my mother’s eyes when doing her eyelash extensions. Then the lady squirted the glue into my mom’s eyes, burning them in the process. The lady then proceeded to get angry at my mom saying she was “making this hard on her”. Needless to say we are reporting this to the better business burrow. It could have caused permanent eye damage, so please do yourself a favor by avoiding this dangerous facility.

Tonight was my first visit..I had gone somewhere else for 3 yrs before..the service was excellent . clean professional n polite customer service.. this will be my new place.

They take the time and care to ensure a relaxing experience by offering neck, arm, and shoulder massage while your nails dry (no extra charge!)...unbelievable.Basic mani-pedi around $36. I pay $50 including tip because its worth it, and they deserve it

They will run you down and beg, demand a tip! I work hard for my money! It takes three hours to be able to pamper myself and get my nails done. You receive $60 for 45 mins of service, and you expect more shame!! Im going to stop going if they ever do that again. The only man there never smiles and actually told me to come tomorrow how rude!!

Horrible service. Very unfriendly, they hardly spoke at all. I got a pedicure- VERY OVERPRICED. painful and not thorough. My nails are blochy, the sides arent fully painted and my massage was so poorly done. She didnt scrub my dead skin off my feet, and actually filed my skin. Again- poor attitude and bad vibe!! I will never come in here again!

Ive been going here for 2 years. Ive brought in pictures and they make my nails any way I want without issue. Their shillac lasts over a month on my nails (and Im rough on my hands) its never too thick, barely chips off after a few weeks. The only draw back is that they last so long i dont come into the salon very often.

Ana did a good job, but SO overpriced. Got a gel nail fill and they charged me $33... when sign shows gel nail fill $20+They said they charge $16 extra for gel.... No Thanks.Never coming back and false advertisement.

Thought Id try this place after a friend recommended it. I came in in the late afternoon without an appointment, but was kindly taken back for a mani pedi. I dont know if the employees were just super tired, but they looked so unhappy and barely talked to their customers. They mostly talked to each other so it wasnt what I was used to. However, I loved my mani. It turned out great with an additional hand and shoulder massage. So relaxing. The pedi was good too except one toe smudged shortly after I left and I was being extra careful. Bummer! It was a weird vibe my whole visit so Ill try other places to get a comparison.

I have TERRIBLE FEET!! When I say Bad I mean Baaaaad! Nail Pros has a Pedicure Specialist named DN that makes these feet feel like there walking on air literally. NO JOKE. She takes her time like she is in operation mode and goes to town. Ive had other Pedicure places do my feet and they would charge me extra because they were so bad. The owners and staff at THIS Nails Pro establishment are awesome and Specialize in calluse removal. I will recommend all my clients and friends to experience Quality work and Excellent service. DN will make your feet feel better than you have ever thought they could. But most of All... She is always smiling. Ask for DN when you go into the shop. I Guarantee her work. Thank You DN.

Actually, I rate this 100 stars to the NEGATIVE. When I asked several days prior what the cost of a pedicure was, I was told the amount. I then made an appointment. Although the technician who did the pedicure was very nice, when I went to pay for the procedure, I was charged a greater amount and the woman (clearly she must have been the owner/manager) was VERY RUDE, INSOLENT, NASTY, AND VERY UNHAPPY that I did not leave a bigger tip. I am a senior citizen, I am on a limited income, I had saved for MONTHS to get this. I paid the price plus $2.50 in tip.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are overpriced and the management is rude and surley.What should have been a very happy, cordial experience, turned into an ugly and very disappointing one.
