This place is absolutely amazing! I will never go to any other salon. They pamper you to their fullest extent & will fix whatever you dont like.

Horrible!!!!! I’ve never had a worse manicure. My gel polish is chipping because it’s too thick and lumpy. The fill is COMPLETELY uneven and lumpy. Cut my cuticles on both my toes for pedicure started bleeding. Gave me a massage in the chair while she did my toes....THEN RUBBED a huge part of my skin...OFF!!!!! And burned every single toe with the nail file. It got too hot. I told her 6 times she was burning me. I should have left.

Me and my daughter were out and saw this mail place. On their sign it said full sets were $22 each. We go inside and three people ended up working on us. They made both of us bleed, drilled through one of my nails, the acrylic was uneven, our cuticles were cut and bleeding. When it was time to leave they charged us $100 for two full sets with gel because the length, when the length was only a quarter of a inch past the tip of the mail. When we went to get a fill we went to nail pro next to TJ max and target. It took her around an hour and a half to fix them . 3 of my nails had popped off within the first three days of getting them. We got our nails done two months ago and we still have dents in our nails from the drill. They were giving very obvious fake complements. They also continuously asked if we were going to leave a tip. NEVER AGAIN. DO not go to this salon, if you want amazing quality and beautiful nails done go to nail pro by tj max and target.

I have been going to this nail salon exclusively for well over a year. In the past, I’ve been extremely satisfied. Something has changed in the last couple of months, and the quality of work has gone down significantly. Today they actually broke my nails, so I am sacrificing a lot of length due to their mistake. My nails are uneven. The cuticles are not handled well. Plus they injured one of my toes, and that with no regard for my repeated ouches. I’ve never been so close to walking out of a salon. There was no discount or even concern when I expressed my disappointment. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will return. Looks like I’ll need to check out reviews of other salons, as I’m sure this mani will have to be redone within the week.

I have never had an issue with them. I have been going to them before this shop was open. I have been getting my nails done with them since they opened the one by Starbucks on the conner. Very family oriented. I will not go away elsewhere. I plan to go today.

Hannah is fantastic with designs the rest of the people there can not do the services well my pedi was maybe 10mins? Luxury it is not. Quick maintained nails it is. I Will go else where with my money.

This is the only place I go to they are professional and they cut my nails like no other place I usually get ingrown toe nails and they always!!!!!! Help me with fixing them they are truly the best

I have been going to this salon for many years and I absolutely love them. I am an in home care nurse and I work hard long shifts and Im on my feet a lot. They always pamper me and go the extra mile. If your not happy with something tell them and they will change it. Thank you for pampering me and for a great experience each time I walk through your doors.

Never again! The woman who did my nails this week had a horrific attitude and when she was done with one finger she kind of flicked it away hastily and grabbed the next finger -- she heeds to go back to nail school and learn how to be respectful of clients. THEN she proceeds to almost cut my cuticles 12 times (almost drawing blood, thankfully didnt though) with that round nail smoother thing they use to file (*PLEASE do not use that thing people unless you have perfect 2020 vision or are wearing corrective eyeglasses - nobody wants Hep-C from a nail salon OMG!) This lady needs to go. I will never go back there again and I highly suggest you steer clear. My nails do look good though I must say - But this woman was atrociuos.

Oh my gosh this place was truly amazing! They were fast and did a wonderful job! I went next door first and grabbed a frappuccino then brought it over, then had them do my mani pedi. As she was doing my hands she took my drink and set it on the back of the pedi chair. I then asked her if she can hand me my drink. She literally handed it to me and then had me sip off the straw. I literally have never been catered to like that and I was trying not to laugh because Ive never had that happen, however my mind was like girl take advantage take advantage nobody does that LOL so I was like yeah, I cant do that,notthat type of person!!🙃😁

They are always nice, but always rushing. They have cut at least one finger at the cuticle every time and made them bleed. They just continued using all the tools even with blood on my hands. I had to stop and wash my hands. They burned one finger with the grinding tool. My fingernails were bumpy after the fill and the gel polish isnt even. They didnt bother to clean off the extra polish that got on my fingers. I just wanted out of there as fast as possible. I wont be returning.

Im not a new client. However, this particular time I noticed awkward behavior from both of the ladies. While this place is always busy, they only had two ladies doing the servise. Aventually, I had to wait about 40 minutes with my deep powder nails wrapped in acetone and foil. Ok, thats fine I thought. Next, she began to use a tool(with a round tip to remove the remainings from my nails), and I dont understand how she managed to cut me ( btw, not the first time).As my two fingers on the right hand were bleeding non stop, she still continued the process..I mentioned to her few times to sanitize my fingers, but she smiled and said later, ok? I had a French tips with a color on top. She started to polish my nails with a color, while my fingers were bleeding! Not to mention that when my nails dried, I told her that she forgot to file my nails ( since, I felt the sharp edges on all my nails)before applying polish on. She did, with the displeasure. After paying, I again remind her to add something on my fingers to stop the bleeding, she hesitated and finally applied alcohol. I was there about an hour and 45 minutes if not more. Finally, when I got home, I couldnt even wash my hands or take showers without feeling the pain, because of those cuts, it was burning like fire and getting red & swollen. And for six days straight.. I had to apply neosporin, pour alcohol and hydrogen peroxide and keept my fingers wrapped in bandages all day and night. I even had a thought of checking with a ER if this horror continues more than a week.Im not stepping a foot in that building ever again, not worth risking my health!11-08-20

Hi. I havent gotten my nails done in a year. needless to say, its been a while. The lady who worked on my nails was repeatedly hitting my hand similar to swatting a childs hand (probably because Im a noob on where the hands go lmao oh well) and I was genuinely confused. I will be back yes but I dont understand why she did that XD it was pretty funny looking back at it

I have been looking for a place close to home that does it all for a while now. So HAPPY I found this place!🙌😁 They are fairly priced as well;)

I went to take my little cousin to get her nails done for the first time and this was an awful experience. I usually go to Orchid Nails on bridgeport but I decided to try somewhere else just for fun. It was not fun. It took them a couple minutes to even acknowledge someone had walked in (we had appointments too). Then when we got sat down the lady doing my cousins nails was pestering me and telling me to get shellac/gel because it was better. I asked how much extra it was and she said $20 and I didnt have the money for that at the time so I said no thank you. She kept pressuring me and pressuring me until she finally took no for an answer. Then they used files on us that had obviously been used before, they cut our nails to the nub without asking, and they were so freaking uneven and its been bothering me. I think the only thing I didnt hate about this place was... oh wait, nothing. If youre looking to be greeted happily and treated nicely, do not go here. Orchid Nails is a million times better and when you ask for a new file and what not, they accommodate.

Friendly, prompt service. I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning and didn’t even have to wait to be seen. Got a gel manicure, and they included a nice bit of a massage to top it off. I’d definitely recommend.

I have been getting my nails done here for a while because it is convenient and close. I will not be going back.I went for a gel polish and picked a color, they pulled a bottle which was NOT the same color although it had the correct number marked on it. I pointed out the difference and the manicurist tried arguing with me telling me it was the same. I had picked out a pink/magenta and the color was a bright purple. Finally the owner came over and said that she had run out of the other one but had not bothered to change it on the color palette. They did not offer to change it or give me any sort of compensation.They are pushy and do not listen. On another occasion, after saying multiple times I did not want gel polish on my toes, the lady doing my pedicure went about putting on the top coat and brought over the UV light like she would for a gel manicure. I said, again, No, I dont want gel on my toes. She had already put the gel top coat on and responded, I do gel for you honey.Then charged me for a service I did not want.The final straw was the last time I went to have a gel manicure done. They bring over a bowl of polish remover to soak my nails to get the old gel polish off, when they were done, they pulled out a drawer next to the nail station and poured the polish remover out, into what I thought was the garbage. When I looked more closely, I noticed it was a large jug... The same one they used to pour the polish remover into the bowl. They are reusing the same polish remover they use to soak other clients nails in to remove their gel polish. I was disgusted.Their instruments are kept in a plastic box, I saw them take the instruments they used on my nails over to a client getting a pedicure and use the same tools on her toes! Im done. Not going back, ever.

This place is terrible . We had 2 full sets and a mani/pedi . First off, my acrylics look horrific . I asked for coffin shape and they basically shaped each one of my nails different shapes . My mom also got coffin and says hers are completely different shapes as well and so thin that they are almost off after literally 5 hours of having them. My sister asked for shellac with just a plain beige color when they added on white and a small flower which she DID NOT ask for and they made her pay an extra 15. The service was awful the lady doing my nails told me to move and then I asked her to shape my nail better and she said, “haven’t you got acrylics before? I’m obviously not done” . It was also completely rushed and then we had to pay 115 for the whole thing. I wish I could do 0 stars because that’s what this place deserves . I recommend Tiny Nail Salon in Gig Harbor WA . They actually try and make your nails stunning .

I have been going here for 2 years but on this particular day I didnt have a lot to spend I wanted to get my acrylic nails removed and just a gel nail on my real nail. The woman that did my nails did not listen to me I told her I only wanted to spend $20 before I knew it she was already dipping my nails in acrylic and ask for $40. I stated thats all I have feeling guilty like I had to pay for it now I asked her if I could give her 35 with no tip. She was irritated. Ill never go back here again they just lost a customer of 2 years.

Not nice people unless you get all the extras. They were rude as soon as I told them I wanted regular nail polish. This place needs new management they should never treat people like that. They insist you get gel when you say no. They charge you 10$ extra to take off the finger nail polish you had on. But didn’t say anything before they do it. I’m sure I’m not the first one they have done this to so this should be looked in

I have a really hard time believing all of the negative reviews saying that they arent nice or whatever. I have been going to this salon since I was a freshman and high school and I am now finishing up my sophomore year of college. These girls are the absolute BEST!!! They know my mom and I by name and are always asking how we are, what is new etc. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in and dont rush you at all. Yes they maybe a little pushy, but nothing a firm no THANK YOU cant fix. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you and give you want you want done. They are the sweetest. I wont ever stop going to this salon!

The ladies that work here are great, I thought the customer service was excellent. When I went, I got the full spa service-so I basically tried all the services and they were excellent.

Terrible! I went here once, and will never go again. I made an appointment at 11:45, arrived at 11:35. They didnt start my nails until 12:07. Then the techs switched back and forth between me and everyone that came in after me. I spent more time waiting between all the switching than it actually took to do my nails. It took over 90 mins from arrival to departure for a single fill. If you have time to waste and nowhere to go, go here. They take forever, and do a mediocre job at best. Their prices are cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

Horrible ! They hustle customers for services. Wait time terrible because there are 2 women who can do the work and only one does a good job (Hannah). If you have to come back the next day because product is lifting they charge you. If you say anything during the procedure you get a slap on hand.

They do very good pedicures....very relaxing.

Horrible. Every single time. They rush you barely give you time to pick a color. After that they try and force you into buying other things VERY PUSHY women. They dont give you what you ask for either. I asked for shelac and they just dont do it even though they say they are. They hurt you and are very careless i have had a wound on my hand for 5 days now from her cutting me. While getting your nails doke they do not engage with you they sit and talk crap in Vietnamese about everyone in the salon ESPECIALLY ones who talk to them or of they think you arent pretty. They dont know who goes in there and knows their language. NEVER EVER get your eyebrows done here they do a fast horrible job and have ruined mine more than once. They lady was even eating a sandwhich in one hand while trying to do mine once. Also during a full body massage thry basically forced upon me it was painful and they had the door to the room wide open even tho i had my shirt and bra off workers coming in the whole time all talking non stop while im supposed to be having a relaxing massage i couldnt hear the music they were talking so much. Also prices are always different almost like they charge u what they want. Very poor service and very unprofessional. Would not recommend. Go see for yourself.
