Never coming here again. last time i went was a few years ago and i was highly disappointed then, tried again after all that time had past and they were extremely dismissive and seemed inconvenienced that i was even there. they don’t sterilize their equipment and seem more concerned with getting it done and over with rather than actually trying to make sure the customer is satisfied. on top of the poor service, the lady took an entire chunk out of my cuticle because she just seemed too distracted and rushed through it.

I was there last night and I should have left but I didnt. Highly disappointed with the service. The staff did not wash the pedicure baths after each use. So hopefully I wont get a nail infection. Also they didnt finish my manicure. Wont be going back.It was a waste of 2 hours of my time.

They do a great job with design and shaping the nails. One of the best Ive been to for that. I wouldve gave 5 stars however they are only open certain days and there are only 2 nail artists so there is usually a wait so go when you have some time to burn. The results are worth the wait. :D

I had my nails done for only the 2nd time in my life I usually just like my nails short clean and healthy natural, but my daughter wanted to go get her nails done so we went together and I guess I had the owner on my nails I think she did a good job I dont know I will show pictures but my daughter asked for almond shape she even told her I can show you a picture but the person doing her nails said no and gave her A ballerina style instead I even had to get up from my my nails being done and tell this person three times to make them shorter!

I think every woman has that one nail salon that they prefer to go to over any other salon. Lovely Nails is that place for me. They always do such a great job. The owner always has a smile on her face. And I noticed today that every customer who left, dawned over there nails before leaving. They were all so happy with their nails. I didnt get any design done. My look for Christmas is a bit modest, however, I couldnt be happier with the color and overall quality.

I am amazed by the customer service, the lady who helped me was SO SO GENTLE!! It was the first time I had zero pain at all times. The only outcome was pretty good too. Im not going anywhere else!!

It didn’t let post a picture of my nails But I will never come here or recommend this place ! Never in my life .I’m sure if they don’t know to do something they should let people know. But my nails Came out horrible.If you trying to get new styles don’t come here !

They did a wonderful job on mine and my daughters nails!

They are an ok salon, the first time I went they were busy but were turning so many people away on a saturday. I went back again because my gel polish lasted more than a couple weeks which is hard to find with how much I use my hands!! But today when I went they had to remove that old polish and she didnt even let them soak in the foil with the polish remover. Which in turn left the bed of my nails super red and painful. She kept going over and over trying to scrape them off. But if she would of left foil and polish remover on for 5 mins like usual it would of came off alot easier. Hurt a good amount how she did it. It was alot slower this time when I went in so it wasnt like time was a issue.

The owner is so rude. Poor service .I wish I never wasted my 💰. Never going back. Never recommending anyone to go there.

I really liked this place . . . I was curious to check out the new spot so close to home. They did the pedicure was very thorough and did a great job. Every time I leave, I leave highly satisfied. Always keep a good relationship with this salon.

I love this nail salon and travel all the way from Portland just to come get my nails done. Ive known the owner for ten years and Ill never go anywhere else.

I went with someone to get pedicures done, had to wait almost an hour after the appointment time before they were able to get to us. My friends water was extremely hot and the girl scrubbed the top of the foot with a brush very hard that it turned painful. The girl cut my foot and most of the time the 2 girls were talking to each other in their own language and one girl even got on her cellphone to talk during the procedure. Ill never go back there again and will never recommend that place.

Not very nice customer service . The owner phone was on the entire time ! Didnt do my nails at all like I asked bc she couldnt understand my picture through her mask, screen and phone call she was on . When I tried to explain, she got frustrated so I just settled with what she decided to do .

This used to be a place that did great nail work. The owner is good, but the employees do sloppy work. I went in for a fill and pedi twice. Each time my nails from a distant looked good. But on closer view..My heels were still dry and in need of work. The toe polish was thin, which ran into the corners of the nails. Polish was on my skin and cuticles. The fill....she consistently pressed too hard on the nail bed, ouch! The nails on one hand were more rounded than the other hand. My cuticles were peeling and choppy. I also noticed the next day that it looked like I needed a fill. I dont know if this is done on purpose, so that I come back sooner. Aint nobody got time for that after $50!! 😒

Theyre good at getting customers in and out yet take their time in providing great service. Very friendly and patient and my nails always look perfect. The prices are average and theres not really a language barrier. By far my favorite nail salon!

Usually have a good experience here, but my most recent visit was slow and disappointing. Compared to the many times Ive gotten great pedicures though I would still recommend it.

I have been here a few times over the past couple years, and every time it is a good experience. They do beautiful work, they are fast too. I got a full set of long coffin nails for $25. Best prices, best work, always love coming here.

New CatEye colorThe bright spots move about on nail. Love them. Toes done also - yes pamper nana day. They have the best pedicures, waxing, hot rock massages feet and lower legs - used a added product fresh cucumber scent wonderful!I go the first of month for my nana day, whether I need it or not. But yaall know I need! 🤣🤣

My nails came out extremely crooked. They told me they had the loose glitter to put on your nail instead of polish the same day I came in. When I came in they told me to pick my polish so I did. And I asked again for the glitter and they told me they didnt have loose glitter. She was rough with my hands and didnt clip my nails before she put the acrylics on. Some nails were extremely thick and crooked and some were very dainty. 10/10 will not go back. Theres probably a reason their services are so cheap.

Friendly. Very skilled with different nail sets: acrylic, gel, natural, French tip, etc. Reasonably priced and CLEAN! To get long-lasting results, bring your own nail polish.

It was okay. The lady working on my feet ripped my cuticle off in a very painful way and I had tenderness and swelling for 2wks. I dont think Ill be returning.

I am baffled by the arrogance of the women that works there my nails came out shaped beautifully but they made them so thin that for nails broke within the first 4 days I am not rough on my hands this should never happen when I went back into her she told me that she had a 24-hour policy for a nail breaking absolutely not!!!! They use cheap acrylic and later it so thin that they will break folding laundry would never go back!!

I got a manicure yesterday nail Polish already chipping. I have never had that happen you dry your nails by fan not the light prob why. My friend got a full set and was put in front of heat and now has bubbles on the polish.

Great prices, always friendly, does a wonderful job.

Poor customer service. I waited over 35 minutes and another lady came in. I went to use the restroom, when I came back, the lady (who came in 5 minutes ago) was being helped and they asked me to wait another 30minutes. I started to wait but then just got up and left.
