Absolutely awful!!! charge for the nail not design rude staff my kids had same design same everything and was $25 difference because one had a longer nail won’t speak English in front of you says they have no owner absolutely disgusting place do NOT GO!!!!!!!

Ive been coming here religiously since I moved back to Tacoma and they literally do everything i ask of them. Im surprised to see so many bad reviews and experiences since I leave here absolutely pleased and in love with my nails.

I removed my gel nails. They did not remove them properly and some of my nails are damaged. :( Never going back.

Shop prefers cash, did a good job, kinda felt a little bit rushed overall decent.

Ok place if youre in a fix

So I went to this salon a week and half ago and I would say after I got it done my nails keep breaking off on both hands everyday a new nail breaks. I know by the picture I need my nails done but now I have to get a full new set. So now Im trying to take them off and its usually easy for me but the nail so thin on top its hard for me. Sorry but I would not be going back.

Ive been here a few times but never again. I was hurt not once but twice. After second time I was not going to allow a third. If you go, go with caution.

Very clean and warm environment. Owner is very good at nails and the prices are very reasonable. However her assistants/co worker are just rubbish at their job. Had nails snapping off in less then 20 hours with large clumps of polish chipping off. Lovely lady but wont be returning.

Prices do not match the quality of service. Do not let the man do your nails, you’ll regret it. He is sloppy and doesn’t do a good job. If it’s busy the wait will be 30+ minutes and several people who got here after you will be served first, they clearly don’t know how to go in order. I got a full set and two days later the polish started to chip. Of all the times I’ve gotten my nails done never had it ever chipped so quickly. I also noticed my fingers were dry and white near the cuticles after coming here. This place is trash. The girls are fairly nice but wow. I suggest Dary’s Nail Spot, the service is fantastic and they’re very very talented. I hate trying new nail spots but Dary will get you right.

This place is close to me and i needed a fill but didn’t want to drive too far for it. I went in and right away they sat me and gave me the colors to choose from I sat there and decided on my color. Ladies I was never asked “are you ready?”,”you choose one?”or “can you hurr?”. That was a yay for me. I actually had time to look at all the colors and choose. Also Kevin did my nails he’s great! I’m very very picky with my nails!! He DID NOT give me an attitude and that’s perfect for me cause I’m paying for it and I want to leave happy! I’ve gotten eye rolls and “ugh” at other places! I did kinda notice the other girls working there kinda being annoyed but not my nail tech! I would definitely go back:)

Horrible service. They start you while doing another customer and bounce back and forth, then have someone else finish the job. The guy who did my nails did a horrible job. The nails aren’t straight at all, they are actually smaller than my actual nail so just look so odd. the polish isn’t covering the entire nail, the clear top has bubbles. 30$ later and my nails look horrible. Asked to fix something and the guy got annoyed and told me “5 more dollars” and I questioned it and he got rude and walked away. Then I mentioned the bubbles in the clear coat and they said it was because dryer machine was too hot so added another coat and turned machine down. Bubbles were still there but they wouldn’t fix. So annoyed with the service and won’t ever be returning. I was paying with card and he had nerve to ask “do you have cash for tip”. Shouldn’t ask for tip or expect it. 24 hours later and I have to go elsewhere to have done again.

Wouldn’t recommend. Lady cut my toe nails super short and all the nails were uneven. Communication was difficult since I felt like she didn’t understand what I was saying.

My daughter and I went there and the lady doing her nails glued the tip to her actual thumb. She then proceeded to pry it off and ripped her skin open. When I confronted her about it she tried to say it was my daughters fault and she didnt do it. She even tried to glue her cut together with nail glue. I am beside myself with anger. I also watched the lady take the clippers that were used on my feet during my pedicure and use them in a ladies nails without any cleaning or sanitation. Would give negative stars if allowed. DO NOT GO THERE!

This place SUCKED!!!! they rushed my entire visit but I waited 30 plus minutes for them to paint and shape my nails. Finally got up and left without polish. Then they had the nerve to charge me $30.00 for my nail fill. Mind you they did not shape them at all. Had to go to another salon and have my nails finished. This place is awful and if I could rate them with negative stars I would have!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!!!! FLAT OUT RUDE...RUDE...RUDE!!!!!!

Went and got my feet done since Im recovering from knee surgery. I had the wax dip and she burned my feet and didnt let the wax set all the way before removing it.

They are open at great hours and clean friendly people highly recommend them

Sweet and Sour...While the lady was nice, the pedicure utensils were unsanitary and had been used on someone else. My acrylic nails tips came out all wonky. Wider at the ends than at the nail beds. Not sure Im satisfied for the amount of money I paid..

Don’t go here. They’re rude, and way too over priced. The guy who did my nails cut them down to the skin, and then when getting a “full set” he cut the fake nail so short (without even asking) I might as well have gotten a damn manicure. For $40, definitely wasn’t worth it. My real nails will be longer than these fake ones in about a week. I wasted my money. Then when I get home I look closer and there’s a chunk of nail polish not even on my nail, so much for gel right? I will never go back, I suggest you don’t either because I called to complain and they said “we can change the color for you” I just wanted cute nails for my baby shower and I’m definitely not satisfied. Screw this place

Have been going to Sonnys for 10 years. Tried other nail salons but keep going back. They are friendly and do the best job ever on my nails....fingers and toes.

My favorite place to get nails done. They are so sweet to me and I always feel pampered and relaxed when I leave

Great and strong nails but can get pricy if youre not careful

Unsanitary nail tools, reuse nail files, the men do not know what theyre doing. The pedicures are so basic and really not all that. They do not communicate with you with what you need done with your nails. Wait time is so long and if you refuse a service, then they get rude with you. Theyre no longer interested in doing the job right. They allow children to run around in the shop, picking up the nail tools. Pathetic nail shop but what can you expect from this area?

If I could give no stars this place would get it, took my daughter and myself, the workers were beyond terrible and the work they did was sadly even worse, on top of that Ive never been charged so much for two sets of nails $200 and they werent even gel!?!? DONT EVER GO HERE!!!

I went for a full set. The nails were uneven. My ring nail was so crooked. They barely cleaned their brushes and the guy made my fingers bleed on my left ring finger, right pointer and my right ring finger. I will never come back. I’m so disappointed
