Love coming here! The price is always reasonable, very friendly. If you dont like something she encourages you to tell her so she can fix it immediately.

Really had a great experience here. Pricing was low and service was quick and efficient! Youre required to wear a mask to be served. They do have available sanitizer and sink for washing hands for hygiene purposes which I appreciated.

She always has new fun designs to try. Cats eye. Chrome etc. My gel nails always last until theyve grown out. Pedicures are so well done Ive had them still look good 2 months later. Ive also gotten brow and lip wax done. Great all around services cleanliness & products offered.

Its an overall good place, I had a bad experience with a new person doing pedicures. My feet look horrible even after going back a second time...I will definitely not let her touch them again...I will seek them out to redeem my feet on theyre dime..With the seasoned ones. Or I want a refund. Customer satisfaction is always first especially if you want a tip👍...

Clean, nice people, very accommodating. Good prices too!! Also great job with my nails. I tried the ombré and he did great job even though I had to rush him to get to work! Doesn’t look fancy on the outside but you won’t be disappointed once you step in!

Absolutely love this place. Ive been going here since 2005ish. I moved away for several years but was delighted it was still open when I returned to the area. They have very unique nail designs and are very skilled at their craft.

Went here today to get a wax. The women who did my wax was super nice and did a wonderful job. The best part of my experience here today was how wonderful they were to my 5 year old daughter. She got her nails painted while I got my wax and they were so good with her! Other places i have been seem irritated that I had a child with me but the staff here talked to her and made her day with little flowers on her hot pink sparkle nails! Will be returning!

I’m making the review on behalf of my mom, she’s always had a good experience here but the last time she went to get a pedicure done they left her toes looking very uneven & bulky. She went back to ask if they could fix it but instead they told her they could fix her toes but she’d have to pay more, which isn’t fair & instead of helping the continued to ignore her. Very unprofessional & rude.

They did a great job on my nails! Very nice people work here as well! I absolutely recommend going there for your nail care.

I just went back to having my nails done after a 2 year break. I have tried a few places and found this to be the best.I will be visiting Jullys from now on, its the attention to detail that I appreciate the most.

I live right around the corner but I never went.. until today and Im shocked. This place seems small but its actually decent inside and the lady was super nice. I went to get my eyebrows waxed since its been a while. They were open on a sunday which was convenient. $7 to get my eyebrows done. Everywhere else its $10.

Just went here for threw first time for a fill and a pedicure. They did an EXCELLENT job. Exactly what I asked for and at an amazing price!! Will be going back here without a doubt. The lady that did my nails was so incredibly sweet, very gentle and took her time.

Absolutely love Miss. Jully and her staff. They are awesome and they make sure u get what u want or better and they also make sure u are comfortable and relaxed and they offer u refreshments as well and her prices are on the low side as well for the amount of work they put into the making of u having beautiful nails. Have been going to this shop for years! The women who work there are so nice. They do wonderful work! They have been doing my daughters nails and is the only place the nails last on an active teenager! Recommend you stop in and try their shop!

I have had my nails done here twice, and I can’t why the job they did was really good but both times they told me I could come in at a certain time for my appointment the first time I had to wait 20 minutes the second time they had me waiting 20 minutes then put me in a pedicure chair with my feet soaking in water for another 25 minutes before they even started my pedicure. And then today I went in for my 12 o’clock appointment they were completely full and they told me will be a 20 minute wait ( but still scheduled me over the phone for an appointment). I don’t understand why these nail salons make appointments and then take other clients right before you get there for your scheduled appointment. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and it’s a shame because they really do good nails.

I have continued to come back here for years with friends and family. The ladies here are so sweet and do a fabulous job. They remember me and my family even after many months of not seeing us. They do get busy so Ive learned to ALWAYS call ahead of time to make sure they have availability or schedule an appointment.

But the place I think it was a husband and wife that took care of me at the same time very nice people and if you get a fill a pedicure is only $10! ️ ☺️

I have been going here for about 2 years. All the staff is great. Jully is amazing. Great service with me and my daughter. I recommend this place to everyone. She just opened another one in Parkland. This new place has hot stones as well, very nice and relaxing, a must in todays busy life.

I was helped right away. Received acrylic nails that were done very much to my liking and with concideration to be gentle on my nails while filing even. Very impressed with her ability to take care in her work and her obvious care in them outcome to be what I wanted. Thank you very much

Went here couple of days ago and never again coming back here. Rude people working here. I walked in and one other lady was there getting her nails done so I sat a waited. After 20 minutes of waiting found out that the employees where doing each other nails. I got up and left. Never be back. Not okay when you have a paying customer waiting. Would give 0 stars if I could

This nail salon is the worst. 5hey dont know how to do good nails. They rush through your pedicures and do horrible nail designs. I tried to be patient thinking it was a error in communication but no they just have horrible customer service skills

First time visited. Friendly and really care of nails. I had a broken nail he took care of it really well. So gentle. Some other places Ive been women does it my nails job but really hard and tough sometimes cut off skin deeply and painful but not this place. I am highly recommend this nail salon.

What a fun surprise! Jully did my pedicure, which was needed badly, and gave me A+ service and attention in a small and very busy location. She managed to give awesome service to her other clients as well. I will be returning soon!

They always do a great job. They gave me 3 different nail designs and they did a phenomenal job on my nails.

Its a Sunday I called around to see where I could get in for a fill. I had tried this place once before and they did decent work they werent necessary with the friendliest but that was OK ... she told me to be there in 15 minutes I let her know I was coming from University Place and I could not be there in 15 minutes... she asked if I could come now I told her yes and when I arrived I was told very rude and abruptly, they didnt have time... that will teach me to drive all the way out to Spanaway to get my nails done when there are two very good places in North Tacoma if Im going to drive a distance ... and their customer service is impeccable!

I will never go here again. Went to get shellac nails which is clearly posted at $15 on their price board, but yet got charged $25. When I asked why the price was different, the two ladies discussed in another language to eachother & then decided to tell me it was an extra $10 because she cut my cuticles. I never once asked her to do that, & every other place Ive ever been to includes that free of charge. I stated this to the ladies & asked if I had to pay for something I never asked for & they said yes. This place is a joke. Dont waste your money. On top of it all, my nails dont even look good at all. They are filed all crooked & the polish looks like I let my 5 year old do them. Had to pay someone else to re-do them. $25 down the toilet.

The worst customer service I’ve dealt with hands down. Just because I look like a child doesn’t mean I should be treated like one when I’m the one paying for my nails. She cut them way too short and when I asked if there was a way to make them longer or even take them off and I’d pay for a full set she gave me attitude and kept making snarky comments. She filed my nails so hard and intentionally was HURTING me. I finally confronted her and told her I’d leave if she didn’t stop and she continued to talk rudely to me.

I always loved having a little bit of me time at this small business the staff is amazing and they always hook me up with beautiful work of art my nails look amazing and I am so thankful I will be back in 2 weeks

Had my first mani pedi with my wife here. They were super friendly. My wife really likes it and says its probably the best place to go for such cheap prices and great service.

Well rices, good quality, and they have all kinds of gel polishes to choose from - color changing, glitters, cat eye colors, etc etc etc. Jill is very nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I walk in and they ask if I can come back In 30, I go back, and when I walk in Jilly gives me a nasty look and doesnt even tell. Me to have a seat. Wait an extra 35 minutes after being told I was going to be helped when . I come back . I finally had some nail tech start on nails, I tell Her I need a fill, she swam eve. File the old nail under the acrylic down. She doesnt ask if I need them shortened just does whatever. My nails are done and they look like they were painted by my 2 year old. Jully went around offering everyone Water but me. . This place is ajoke . Rude service, and they expect a tip.

I went in with my daughter to get manicures and theu were horrible! My started to chip off the same day and my daughters was smudged. It was also hotter than heck in there and they kept the door closed during the summer. I wont be going back.

Went there for the first time last night! The nail place that I had been going to for 10 plus years was more concerned with new customers then retaining customers and would pass me off to a differant technician everytime even with a appointment! I loved how Jully and the other technicians were very friendly and listened to what myself and the other ladies wanted! The prices were the same as anywhere else if not on the low side! I will definitely recommend going there as well as I found a nail salon that I will be returning to !

Jullys is an awsome place to go to get your pretty on. They are warm and welcoming.

They slapped on my paint. they kept switching who was working on my hands and feet. The ne lady said she would design my nails, who I asked for, but it wasnt her. The Lully owner of the shop ended up designing my nails and I showed her what design I wanted, but she insisted on doing something else that I did not want. I also told her I had a broken pinky and she hurt me several times. I thought it was a great place until this bad experience. Dont go there. I ended up paying 75 dollars to get a crappy manicure and pedicure. The only thing that should have cost more was the gel nails and design.

I was watching the lady put acrylic on my nails in horror. They were completely uneven, lumpy and hanging over the side of my nails. I had hope that when she went to shape them, it would get better; it got worse. Not one nail was shaped the same and not one nail even looked remotely like it should have. After she shaped one hand I made and excuse to get out of there. She said it would be $25, I asked,even if you have not finished and no paint? She said, yes. I paid and left with one hand filed terribly and the other one extremely jagged and rough. Terrible customer service and terrible quality! If you are in the area of this salon go to Vana Nails on 112th! She was able to save my nails and was extremely friendly!
