Good experience. Im happy with my nails. Although, I asked for longer nails. The clear acrylic coat ended up being uneven.

I always come to this salon, and I’m VERY picky! All the women do a wonderful job but two stick out most to me, My and Anita! Those ladies KNOW what they’re doing!!!! 10/10 would recommend! It’s hard to find someone who doesn’t rush and actually cares what the outcome looks like! I love this place! I’m a forever customer!

$35 + $tip for shellac manicure that lifted and chipped off the next day. I wasn’t super happy with how it looked in the first place because there was shellac all over my hands and in my cuticles. I was also not offered a third coat to make sure the color was thick enough. I’m not sure if the girl who was doing my manicure was new or not, but she kept sighing at me for talking with my friends sitting next to me and didnt do a great job. Sounds like this is the place for powder dip based on reviews. Won’t come back for shellac.

They were incredibly supportive to us even with a constant flow of people coming and going.These folks are artists, the detail used, the care expressed shines through in the work they do.Will definitely come back!

Ive been here 3 times now. The staff is friendly, super clean, and thorough. I love their color selection and treatments. Their pedicures last weeks and they actually massage your feet! This is a great spot.

Went here with my sister for 2 full sets. I asked for coffin shape, she gave me square. she was filing my nail and filed my skin and made it burn and then bleed. I asked if she wanted me to wash my hands when I get there (most places do and also cause covid) and made the acrylic powder clumpy. when my sister got there, she had one lady working on her nails and she was very rude. and straight to the point. my lady gave me nowhere near the colors I asked for either even when I gave her a reference photo.

I used to love Asia nails Tracy was fun and Bethany is really nice. The last two times I went I haven’t been satisfied. When I went the second to last time I got a full set with dip powder. At first Van was doing my nails and then another nail tech started to do my nails. Once it was time to pay I signed up for their reward system and gave the nail tech my $60. Then I left satisfied. Maybe 15 minutes later Van calls me and tells me that the nail tech told him I didn’t pay her. So of course I’m upset because I didn’t and Van is essentially arguing with me on the phone saying I didn’t pay. Then we hang up he said he will figure it out. I call two hours later to see what’s going on, Van left and the other employees told me he said sorry and that it was a misunderstanding. He also text me and said the next time I come in it’s on them. So I just brushed it off. Maybe a month later I come in. I text van before hand to ask to set an appointment he told me to go online and I asked if the other nail techs were aware of the agreement we had, he did not respond. Once I got there I asked Bethany if she was aware she said she had to call Van. After that she comes back to me and tells me that Van didn’t tell me that he would give me a free fill he told me he would take $6 off my next visit. So of course I’m a little upset but it’s fine. So I got a fill $30, one replaced nail $10, and $40 pedicure. Tracy rang me up for $79.00, therefore not adding any discount. This place is literally a SCAM. I don’t like feeling cheated and that’s all they do at that shop. Bethany is great though.

Got a Mani-Pedi and was definitely satisfied with the services. Other guys were there also so I knew it had to be good. They pay attention to detail and even got a hand and foot massage and they did my nails while sitting in a massage chair the entire time. Very relaxing treat after a long hard work week. The owners are a married couple, they make sure youre well taken care.of. Treat yourself, youll love it.

This is by far my best set I’ve EVER had!! I’ve been going to the same place for years but after today.... Charlie is my new nail tech! They have the most colors,gels,powders I’ve ever seen! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and Charlie did 10 Times better than the pic. So happy I found Asia Nails! 😍😍

Holy does an outstanding job Everytime- and Im quite picky. I usually have the powder dip, but yesterday had acrylic set in metallic deep red, theyre beautiful! All the staff are polite and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else

This was my first time there. I must say this is the best place to come in Tacoma for powder dipping by far. Very extensive collection of colors and styles...loved that!!! My nail tech, My was sweet and kind. She took her time on my nails and did an excellent job. Her customer service was superb. The only reason why I didn’t give Asia Nails a 5 is because My switched out with another girl who was quite rough once she took over and I felt like she rushed through my nails a bit. Thank God they switched back and My finished my nails. All in all, I observed them give great customer service to their customers and I will definitely be back.

This place was so sweet, the people were ready to help me and helped me to feel welcome. As a man i feel shy sometimes and out of place coming into a nail shop, but the people here made me feel right at home. The options for pedicures ranged from basic to super royal treatment, I went with the volcano pedicure and boy was it nice. Aside from the general sprucing up of my toes and heels, i also got a really relaxing massage that seemed to last a while. Almost fell asleep in the massage pedicure chair. Lol.Overall great experience, and well worth the trip. Will be returning for sure.

Never a bad experience at Asia Nails! If you want a pedicure you receive a menu of different pedicures available to choose from; it makes it very easy with a bit of a language barrier. Dip manicures is what I prefer; you receive a shoulder massage with manicures which feels simply amazing after a long week of work! They also have a reward program for earning points and $$ off your next visit!!!

Friendly atmosphere and phenomenal job!

The customer service was great. The ladies were talkative and friendly. The quality of the manicure and pedicures however was a whole other story. The DAY after I got them done, the gel polish on TWO of my toes had completely fallen off in one piece. By day 5, the gel on al of my toes except the big ones had fallen off. Also, the acrylic and gel I got on my nails was very thick and some fell off after just a week.

I paid 70$ for plain matt coffin acrylics, before even hitting one week, they are all lifting. Just terrible. I font do crazy work i do paper work at my job and this is just a juge waste of money, never again.

I have been looking for a decent nail salon for a couple months now. When I come in I usually do a pedicure, full set always gel for both and a eye brow wax. So spending good money twice a month. I came in at the end of June and was actually Impressed it was my first time visiting Asia nails. What drew me to them was there excellent reviews online. Well the first time I went in my pedicure was long lasting they took their time it was awesome I then got a fill and I loved my nails. When it was time to pay I paid $90.00 and gave a $12.00 tip. So total was $102. Well I came back today me and my boyfriend decided to get pedicures and I got my nails taken off because they were feeling loose. So the lady did my nails and my toes at the same time which I was ok with to speed up time. The lady who was taking my nails off was being really aggressive and it was hurting I was tearing up I was trying to bite the pain. Even my boyfriend looked over wondering what was going on because he could tell I was in pain. So the girl doing my toes Spoke in another language to the lady doing my toes and she got up frustrated and then brought over a bowl for me to soak my hands. So after I soaked for a while she then was able to get my nails off without it being so painful it did take longer that way but nothing out of the ordinary. Then the lady doing my toes was getting ready to paint them and I asked if she was going to do the perafin wax she laughed and said oh I forgot when I am done painting I will do them. Mind you I didn’t get the cheap pedicure I got the $35.00 they start at $20.00 and go all the way up. There were 3 cheaper ones below the one that I got. I shook it off. She did the wax, but never did the lotion and oil on my legs I just didn’t bring it up. The lady finished my nails. Before taking my nails off she could clearly see they were filed to be oval shape. She asked same shape I said yes, she then for 5 min explained why square round was better.. clearly it just took less time. I was frustrated so I just said sure. It was then time to pay... and when I went to pay she said it was $185.00 I was like ?????? She then out if no where couldn’t speak English when the whole time was speaking English. I have her $200 waiting for my change she never gave me back change and said thank you nice day. I was like???? I walked out with a puzzled look and my boyfriend asked what was wrong. I explained. He then went in there and asked for a break down. She said last time we forgot to charge for her pedicure. Making my pedicure today $50.00 last time $50.00 his $35.00 and my nails $50.00. He said so a month later you are going to charge your customer because of your mistake? He said why didn’t you give change back she said because we require tip. So you basically decide for your customer what they tip? ? It was a train wreck. I never was told I was going to be charged $20.00 for them to soak my nails off or I would have taken them off my self. Second I am always charged $10.00 for gel and now I’m being charged $15.00 for gel? They have no price sheets anywhere listed in there. If you want to know prices you have to ask for a book that they have hidden in another room I never leave reviews because I understand mistakes are mistakes ! But today was out of line .there salon is nice and the first time I went I was treated like gold the second time coming back was a nightmare I don’t see myself returning because of the things that took place. Unacceptable. It bums me out because I really did think I found a decent nail salon to keep coming to religiously. But I was wrong

Very thorough. Trim your cuticles and shape your nails better than anywhere else in Tacoma. Lots of specialty pedicures, but the $25 hot stone classic is well worth it. Friendly staff and very comfortable experience.

I used to love coming here, until today. The nail tech today was very rough, and extremely hostile. When I complained to the manager he said she was going to be let go of, because multiple people have complained about her hostile conduct. And that nail tech refused to listen to him when he asked her to apologize. It’s disappointing because Tracy one of the owners was the reason I kept coming back.

Clean, nice ladies, but the hot Stone pedicure was not worth the money, the nail technician obviously was not trained how to do it properly. Put the Rocks straight on my skin and left it there, she was supposed to put a towel between Mexican and The Rock if she was going to leave it there for more than a second or two, and she hit my ankle bone about four times with The Rock. Very disappointing experience especially being certified and hot stone massages and knowing exactly how theyre supposed to be done.

Highly disappointed with the pedi I received. What seemed like a young boy had no idea what he was doing. I didnt even get lotion massaged on my legs, nothing. Toe nails are not shaped and keep getting caught on things. Polish was horrible, all over my skin. Was hoping for a good experience but that was a waste of 35$

I love the dip manicure! So much better for your nails and there isnt a smell. And, they did an awesome job!

The tech filed the polish off my nails instead of soaking a scraping the gel off like normal and it destroyed my nails. I already have thin nails and this caused them to break even with the gel on. It also took almost an hour to remove my old polish. She did a very careful paint job but destroying my nails kinda ruined it for me.

Always do quality work. Wish they actually talked to you though.

I was yelled at by the owner for getting regular nail polish instead of gel polish on my acrylics...she then presumed to yell at me and embarrass me that I’m “wasting her time” by not getting gel and wanted an answer from me as to why I chose this. It’s my choice and I’m paying them to paint my nails, who cares! They also overcharged me 15 dollars for my fill. When I called in they told me one price, and when I was there they changed the price and couldn’t tell me why. They have different prices did everyone. Would not recommend.

Vincent and Vanna were amazing!! We scheduled a bridal party mani/ pedi for 12 ladies and they were very accommodating and very knowledgeable about their colors and product! We had a great time and they kept it speedy and efficient!! We will definitely come here again!

Got charged $23 for a fill with basic acrylic and regular purple color thats very OVERPRICED ! and it wasnt even GEL Tacoma is getting worse and Asians are becoming more greedy !! im going to to school and learn to do my own nails.. P.S. waited 25 mins because they were so busy kept getting told they be right with me.. never going back.

The owner will not let you out the door with rushed or ugly nails. She will correct and do it herself if she doesnt think its good. I recommend this place!

Came here twice. It apears clean and staff is friendly but i specified i do dip powder and the lady did gel i tried to atop and remind her twice i do dip nd ahe kept saying she knows she does it after? I didnt want to keep repeating myself because i felt rude like maybe she wasnt hearing me right. She also cut and burned my thumb pretty bad....its still hurting. I dont care for gel and love and need powder because i braid my kids hair and the products ruin thw polish unless i get dip powder....im also going to Vegas next week and last year when i went the gel turned brown and looked super nasty. Im really praying it doesnt happen this time. Im not even sure if i will go back when i need them redone because i hate repeating myself and would have felt rude if i walked out or argued. Im dissapointed...i thought i finally found the place i would keep going to but i wont be back thwy also charged me the price for dipping powder when she did gel so i disnt get what i wanted and gor charged 10 dollars extra.

My nails were bomb as usual but as for the 45 dollar eyelashes they were hard af like broomstick bristles. Also she burned my eye and when I asked to get them taken off she said no she couldn’t because she didn’t have the proper equipment to take them off. I wouldn’t recommend these lashes to anyone.
