Will not be returning. Nails were beautiful the day I got them but not even 2 days later, Ive lost 2 nails. You expect that they hurt, they did not. I believe there wasnt enough glue applied. Keep your receipt. I highly doubt Ill get my 75$ back

I am so excited go have found my nail techs that use to work at at different salon that I went to every 2 weeks for over 5 years. I had to make some budget changes and removed my nails so it has been 3Yesrs with out - well I am at a point where I can have them again so I went to my old salon and everyone was different- I hated the nails and now 2 weekslater I needed a new set. I found myself here on google looking at the salons near me and came across LK Nail spa - reviews were good so I decided to try them out. To my delight when I walkedIn I was immediately greeted by a familiar face and asI began to look around I saw several of the nail techs from my former salon. I was so happy and knew I was in good hands. New full set looks amazing! The pedicure was also fantastic. Im just so excited that I found them!

I moved to surprise from out of state and hadn’t done my nails since I arrived. I have been for a full set and a fill and have been more than happy with both visits. I had gone to the same mail salon for years and couldn’t imagine anyone doing as well as they had. Vo and Thomas did a beautiful job. Thank you

Been here 6 Times now. They do a really good job but making an appt and waiting 30 minutes EVERY TIME?! Urg! ! I love Their work so I keep giving them chances. Not anymore….. I think it’s rude and disrespectful! I’m Done!

Nails were uneven we went back to ask to please fix then but they refuse to fix them. We ask for a refund they decline. Really bad! Customer service. If you like to be treated in the worse way posible then go. They will damage your nail will not fix them and then you have to pay a real nail professional to fix what they have done.👎💩

I came here and got my nails done by Lana who did an awesome job. I loved it! However due to the work that I do, I had to cut my length cut. I called in 3 days later and was told Lana wasnt there and that she was off the next. The same lady said anyone can cut it. Well I came in and I see Lana there. But I had work done by Kim. I absolutely will not go back to her! She is rude and defensive and demeaning. When I told her how much shorter I needed, she had to comment that my request was too short. That should have been my first red flag. When I asked her to even out the work she did because it was uneven, she blamed it on how the nail was put on. Lana did a phenomenal job with the evenness. Yes I am type A and OCD about things like that. I had to repeat myself with Kim and told her that I needed my nails even and rounded because it was too sharp and that it would hurt my patients. She continued to get defensive but eventually did it anyway. To top it off my coffin nails now look flat across and some even look like its curving out. Will NEVER get anything done by Kim ever again and will just stick with lana.

I came in with a girlfriend of mine and after I started watching her get her nails done I realized how poorly mine were done, the lady who did mine put absolutely no effort into doing my nails, barely filed them, didn’t use the rectangle file at all, didn’t clean the insides of the nails, missed spots on the nails and the polish is very uneven, literally took her 10-15 minutes to do longer coffin nails with butterflies on the ring fingers, my thumbs are also noticeably shorter than the rest of my nails and some are even crooked. Now I’m sitting here watching my girlfriend get all the extra effort and her nails look amazing compared to mine.

So I called before coming in and ask how much for mani & pedi and the lady on the phone told me its $41 but when I was getting ready to pay, the lady who did my nails said its gonna be $90 ... I was shocked & asked her like why its so expensive & she tried to explain it which doesnt make sense she said 25 for pedi and + 10 for designs +10 for taking off my full sets coz I just wanted plain manicure on my nails & I was like so $45 for manicure? And she said yes its gonna be $90 .... like whattt???? I was so mad they overcharged... this is the second time that I called & asked for the price but they actually charge more !!! ....

I went in for a fill. Lines are so un even, I was charged $5 extra for the bad design and $5 extra for the coffin shape which I already had. They file my nails wrong and now all the nails are un even. I always get coffin shape I had never been charged extra for the shape when its a fill.

I chose this salon based on prior Yelp reviews, and made a huge mistake. My dip nails began cracking on the edges two days after they were applied due to low quality of work. When I went to request a refund, I was told absolutely no refunds on services. The nail tech acted as if there was no problem with the set, when I could visibly see cracks. This is not normal,especially when I have had dip nails done multiple times. Especially after two days! Extremely poor service, and luckily there are lots of options nearby to choose from. I went to have my nails fixed that day at another salon. Do not go here unless you want to visit somewhere that does not take accountability for their shotty work.

So bad never go here I got harassed. They up charged me without telling me and did the wrong color.

I have been to LK a handful of times. Great nail techs, wide selection, clean environment, and has always taken me in a timely manner. The prices match with the quality of their great service(s). Very relaxing pedicure, and I got dip nails for the first time and the turn out is just what I wanted. Their consistency keeps me going back.

This is the only place I will go to for my nails. I have to have my nails short for work and they always listen. I would definitely recommend.

Kim did a great job on my nails. I have nail psoriasis and have been too scared and embarrassed to have my nails done for the past 10 years. She was so gentle and and didnt make feel out of place or embarrassed at all. Its so nice to have pretty nails again Thank you kim!!!

Very friendly service, follows covid protocols. I feel the techs are trained very well and take their time. I have never felt rushed. They do a punch card where after 10 punches you are given 10$ off services. Just fyi, I have only had pedicures done here.

This place was clean and pretty. The most colors of nail polish Id ever seen. The staff wasnt very personable and seemed sort of rushy with people though and it very hard to communicate.

I’m new to the area and tried LK nails because of the reviews and it definitely lives up to the reviews! I made an appointment but the woman was so sweet and did inform me they except walk ins as well. The environment is so relaxing and clean. Henry did my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted. He was so efficient and quick. It’s definitely my go to place now!

This used to be my go-to nail salon until they decided to not honor appointments. I made an appointment for 12:00pm and did not get any service until 12:45pm while walk ins where taken before me. I asked for a discount for waiting and they refused to give me one. A shame that a business is only concerned with their bottom line and not there loyal customers!

Clean, nice, brand new, Kim very accommodating and friendly. Got a powder dip, had never done it before. My technician answered all my questions and seemed very experienced. Free water and soda while techs work on you. Only four stars because one of my nails had a minor lump, not as smooth as the others. Otherwise it was good for the price and I would go back.

Male manager did my 16years old daughters nails, terrible job, the white gel polish had blue in it. Very mess and rushed. When I called and complained, he knew who we were but was denying anything was wrong. Very confrontational and didn’t care to make it right. She spent her own money and now has nails she isn’t proud of. Shame on you!!!

Every time I end up going somewhere different because it’s closer to work or I’m out of town I always regret it! I always regret going anywhere else. This nail salon is by far one of the best I have ever been to. They are always so kind and efficient. I always walk away with such great service and I absolutely love my nails every single time!

Giving two stars because it was clean, there were a wide selection of polish colors, and the people were nice. However, the place has very high prices (35 dollars for a pedicure)and the pedicure I got was little better then what I could have done myself. The gel polish completely pealed off of one my toes a couple hours after I left (and all I did was walk around my air conditioned carpeted house). The polish is very uneven and the men shaped my nails uneven as well.Also a bit awkward that the place is completely silent- no music etc. so, when my friend and I were conversing our voices echoed throughout the entire salon and that made us feel uncomfortable.long story short: I would try another place with lower prices (which is basically everywhere in this area).

I love Lana and her staff. I have been going to her for 6 years and have always been very happy with my nails and toes. Im so excited she opened a new salon. It is so beautiful inside and very clean. She has the best staff and an amazing amount of nail colors to choose from.

I needed tips because I wanted to even up my nail lengths before a trip the following day. I regret going. They turned out terribly both in shape (lumpy and lopsided) and color (it seems the top liquid layer was color contaminated so it altered the dip color). When I pointed out the issues, the tech and manager got loudly annoyed and made me feel bad for bringing it up at the end. The problem is because it was dip, the color and shape issues didnt come out until then. I was already there for two hours and didnt have another hour and a half to spare to get them fixed and deal with attitude so I settled up and just left.Ultimately, it was counterproductive because I wasted time and ended up hiding my nails all week after all. My nails turned out so odd people ask me what happened.At first I was going to go back and have them fix them after my trip but I decided its not worth it. I have been there multiple times and the results have been mixed but this last time was enough for me. After I soak, grind, and scrape these terrible things off, Ill look for a new salon.

Salon is cute and the owner lady is really friendly (assuming she is the owner). But other than that, I’d avoid it unless you like over priced fills and half done nails. I went in for a routine fill on Sunday and not only did it take forever, my nail tech kept getting up and walking away, the paint is uneven, air bubbles, and it doesn’t even look like I had them filled. He never filled the sides down so they’re extremely round and bubble like. Just not ok. I kept trying to tell myself maybe I’ll go back again and he was having a bad day but after paying $43 for a fill, it’s a HARD PASS for me. So if you like quality, GO ELSEWHERE! I will be this weekend (AGAIN) to get a fill that should have lasted me 2-3 weeks, not 1. Sad day. 😞

I am never going back!!! I got a full set there two weeks ago with marble polish for $45. I went back today to get a fill with the same marble polish and I got charged $48! As I left that didnt sound right so I called and asked how much a fill was and they told me $20. I told them they over charged me and then explained that the marble polish is $15 extra, but when I went the first time I was told it was $5 extra. Even say that the $20 fill and $15 for marble was right the second time around I still got over charged $13!!!! When I called trying to figure it out and explain all of this the rude lady on the phone laughed at me! She flat out laughed at me on the phone! I have never been treated with such disrespect by any other nail salon in surprise! I had a first time experience with Kim and I was excited to go back to day and was treated so poorly. Im am beyond angry with and disappointed.

Best pedicures ever! They don’t rush you in and out. A pedicure lasts over 45 minutes and is fantastic! They also offer updated Gel colors for nails, such as Cats Eye, Mermaid, and other unique colors/effects. Highly recommend!

I went today to get my nails painted. Nothing crazy just the tips. The guy did a horrible job! The lines were messed up and there was paint build up. A 2 year old could have done a better job. I spoke with the manager who did absolutely nothing! They did a half as job of taking off the polish. My nails look worse then when I came in. STAFF AND MANAGER WERE RUDE!

Got my nails done there a week ago, my right middle finger started to hurt and swell. I removed the Acrylic nail myself because I knew that it isn’t normal for your finger to feel that way unless you caught an infection. Sure enough after removing the acrylic my nail bed is red and hurts to the touch. I’ll never come there again. I should have known better because the tech over clipped my skin and was very rough.

Went for a pedi and never again. Actually left a mark on my big toe from holding my foot up!! When I made a comment about it, she said I was too sensitive!!! I took a picture of it, someone said its marks from the darn file!!! Their price was also higher than what I usually pay. Huge disappointment.

I came here because of the high reviews but am so not understanding them. I had Jordan who never asked my name, would not even look at me and in no way gave me a relaxing manicure. I did not find it clean at all! He never asked what I wanted for my nails like shape or design and seemed to not understand how to take gel off. He was very rough with handling thru the manicure and my cuticles are a mess. He was in such a hurry and could care less about me or what I wanted at all. He never told me the price either until I was at the register ! The worst experience and manicure ever and the owner was right there and could care less! 20 minutes for $30 is a rip off!

We are new to the area, and went there. My daughter, myself and my granddaughter. They were just as nice as could be. We really liked them personality wise, and the salon was beautiful. However the 2 stars is based on the fact that they kept insisting on gel polish for my granddaughter for her express pedicure and manicure. Even after being told no twice. My daughter finally said ok. Both my daughter and I also had gel polish on our hands and feet. We didnt realize that by the time we got to the register, that we would get charged $15 for gel on feet, and $15 for gel on hands, per person. So my daughter got a full set and a $33 pedicure, and her daughter got an express pedicure and a manicure, and her bill was $171.00. When she went to tip, she was going to tip $5.00 because the bill was already unreasonable, and he pointed out how many people serviced both of them, and so she tipped $15.00, making it $186.00! I got a fill with chrome ombre and jewels, and an express pedicure, and my bill was $111, before tip. The guy who did my pedicure left chrome all around my toes on the skin and I asked 3 times if someone could get it off and they said it would come off in the shower, and here I am 4 days later and its still not completely off. Then, because they were in such a rush at the end of the day to finish my nails, some of my ombre looks great and some of it looks very messy. Dealing with nice people is always a plus, but to find out later that it seemed to be just a big sales tactic, was disheartening. To give the benefit of the doubt, lets assume it wasnt a sales tactic. We were there to relax and have a girls day, and we couldnt do that because it was a constant conversation involving how we could spend more money. There are salons all over that offer the same services for much less. If you arent opposed to paying these kind of prices, by all means be their guest.

Jordan did an amazing job with my SNS nails. He took his time and paid attention to details. He made sure I was happy with my nails during the entire process.

The person giving me a very expensive pedicure hurt my foot grabbing me...I explained this to the manager...his reply...it never happened! They lost a good customer...$130 every 3-4 weeks....
