Paid $80 for a terrible quality manicure and pedicure, the gel polish was all over my skin, very bumpy, my nails are rigid, there is hair cured into my top coat and in some spots the top coat wasn’t even covering my nail. I’m so disappointed, I asked if they could refund my gel mani because i really am not happy and got this done for my anniversary weekend and the man there told me that they “didn’t have time.” Even though the salon was completely empty so that didn’t make sense. I’m so disappointed and very dissatisfied.

I just got my toenails clean and my nails done here and it is fabulous even though my feet arent that pretty. I chose the Deluxe Pedicure, OMG IT IS WORTH IT! Only $40 but they gave me the best service ever. Totally return to this place!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I paid for a pedicure and powder nails. They rushed, cut my nails so short they hurt, didn’t file them so I had pointy edges(!), did not tend to my cuticles until after my nails were done and, at that point, she made me bleed(!), they started my nails in the pedicure chair and the woman giving me the pedicure took that as her cue to stop and literally WIPED OFF THE CREAM she had on my legs for my massage and said I was done(!) and in my entire life this was the first manicure I have ever had where I received no hand cream or hand/arm massage!! I could go on and on.I ended up paying because I did not want to make a scene, had already asked multiple times to nails to be filed better, and now that I was bleeding I didn’t want to try to soak and remove the powder because I knew it would hurt. And I was going to a funeral that afternoon and the last thing I wanted was more stress or emotional effort that morning.I absolutely would avoid this salon. D&D is nearby and fixed all of these gross mistakes the next day. He was so kind and could not believe I had paid for what I had received. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a salon to stay far away from C&A and instead go to D&D.

Getting manicures and pedicures is a newly discovered joy for me. This was the second time I have come to C&A.This time my tech was Leo. Friendly, professional, detailed and kind. Of course there is a wee bit of a language barrier but it wasnt an issue. Friendliness goes a long way.I had come in wanting a little much needed pampering for myself and I got more than I could have asked for.Im about an hour away from C&A and will continue to make the drive just to get my nails done here.I recommend you do the same. 😎

They did a super great job, no pain, fun energy everyone in there was pleasant to be around and everyone was laughing and having a good time can’t wait to come back again. My New regular nail place!

I went to get a gel nail manicure and the lady hardly even cut my cuticles the nail polish was all over my fingers she even got some on my hand I got glitter on my ring finger which turned out looking like a bubble. I asked to get my eyebrows done and one of them turned out thinker that the other. This place is a nice place cheap and you get what you pay for... some people that work there are way better than others.🙂

I took my husband and my mom for a pedicure and they did and outstanding job!!! I am making this my new place to go. They took extra time and care on all of our feet and we left feeling fabulous!! I would definitely recommend!

For my first time it was okay. Feet needed some work put in and they got a little carried away, cut my toe and werent very gentle after showing them clear discomfort that they were being rough. Told them a couple of times and the lady carried on anyway with no change. She had a great attitude the whole time though and the place was very nice looking. Going to try a different place next time.

Jen is amazing she is the only one I let do my nails and she did my eyelashes for my first time and I have to say she is amazing at them too thank u Jen for being so great at ur job and loving what u do!

Took my daughter here today . We both got pedicures . Very bad painting on toes. Paint all over the skin .LAZY Got my eyebrows waxed and also very bad job stray hairs in places.

Their customer service is BELOW the bar. The woman who did my pedicure was nice. But the woman that did my finger nails is complete rude. She needs to take a class or two on customer service and common courtesy. And if you want a nail art, go somewhere else...its a waste of your time and money. Period the end!

I went in yesterday and got eyelash extensions done by a lady. She was nice and friendly just like everyone else at this salon. I always go there for my nails and when I found out that they did eyelash extensions I had to try them out! When she was finished, they looked okay..but I figured Id let them dry a little and see the complete results. Also they were a bit bothersome and I just thought it was cuz the glue was drying. Today I woke up missing a few lashes on both sides. I did not wet them or rub them and they were more of a bother. Kind of like if u had a stie along your lash line. I called and asked to have them taken off and a refund. The manager refused. So what I learned was GET YOUR LASHES DONE AT A PLACE THAT SPECIALIZES IN LASHES BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. :)

My mom went to this place yesterday and the lady that did her pedicure did a horrible job. The nail polish looks like it was done by a kid instead of a professional. They rush so much when they have a customer walk in.

I have been here quite a few times and at first had a good experience. After a while i started getting poor quality service and charged for things I did not get. It seems like each nail tech charges differently. I came in one week for a fill and was charged 16$. I came back 2 weeks later for the same thing but had a different tech and was charged 26$ even with a coupon. Also be prepared to wait. I went in for a fill and I sat for over 45 minutes waiting and watching customers leave and still not being taken care of. Last time I went the man who was doing my nails got up and went outside to smoke a cigarette right in the middle of doing my nails. ridiculous. Will never go back.

Getting my daughters & her friends nails done & the lady left in the middle of doing her nails for literally 10 minutes to go wax someone who came in after us. The other lady kept getting up to do random chores...

I will not go back. My pedicure lady was rude and the room I went in for my eyebrow waxing was dirty.

I always get my eyebrows done here but the last time I went in a new girl did them and left halfway in the middle of waxing them and didnt come back for about 3 minutes, rushed in doing them and left them horribly done.

This place was horrible - I have gone there many times and have kept trying to give it a chance ! I paid 55$ for my daughter and I servicetoday and it was a big waste of money - my nails are lumpy because the guy doing my nails was rushing . He wasn’t personable and seemed irritated . The nail shape is horrible the side has missing open spots on my nails and paint all underneath my nails and I’m BEYOND frustrated and will never go there again !
