The customer service was incredible, walked me through everything that had to be done and made the process super easy, got my car back in 2 days and was ready to go. I came to this wheel works for new tires and alignment. The manager there Jason is new and he was very welcoming and cordial. When I came in my alignment and tires were very bad. When I drove off my car felt like I just got it from the dealer and my alignment feels perfect now. I really recommend this service shop. My car feels safe to drive again!

This location gets a ZERO stars. Had an appointment this morning at 0730, got there and the place is closed. I had an appointment 4 days ago on Monday, brought it in, and had to reschedule due to my time constraints. The guy said, yeah we open @ 0700 on Friday want to come in then, I said yes, then he said better make it 0730. Great not a problem. It was 0740 when I got there and NO ONE was there!

As I am writing this from wheelworks location, I came here at 3Pm as per my well ahead scheduled appointment just for a standard oil change and after is creating my invoice they asked me to wait while they get the oil change done.After 1 hour, when I asked why this delay for oil change, they told me that its done and they are not able to find paperwork and keys.However throughout this 1hour I was waiting and watching my car Parked outside and no one took it inside for oil change.So basically they were clearly lying on the face about the service that is been not yet done.When I told them I was watching my car throughout this time and no one even touched it they they realized their mistake & started to clear the bushes and asked me to wait another hour...By this time I got angry by waiting and their poor coordination and trying to lie about the service.I can now just imagine how many time they have pulled this trick with how many customers which god only knows....So finally after so much argument they decided to do it after 15 mins while I was watching it.This will be my last visit here..........You should be also aware about this......PLEASE STAY AWAY........

Brought my car for coilovers installation and took almost 5 weeks to finally install them, everytime I tired to get it fixed they had no mechanics and they charged me really high for a job they didn’t even get to finish. Would not recommend

Dont waste your time or money here. I came in thinking I had a tire problem, otherwise I would have gone to a mechanic. It turned out to be an issue with my control arms which is pretty serious. After they checked the car for just a few minutes a guy comes to the front desk basically barking at me all the repairs I seem to urgently need. Aside from charging above market rate for the actual issue, they found about 2 pages worth of other completely unnecessary or minor repairs that would cost $2,000.They tried to pressure me into opening a line of credit with them to pay for all these repairs and made the whole situation feel pretty dire, and had an air of assumption that doing all these repairs is a non-negotiable thing that Ill just have to do. They spent more time talking about all the price promotions if I sign up immediately than about the car.I was more interested to hear about the actual line items they suggested. Some of the reported problems were false, for example my headlights work just fine. The last one was a double charged line item for: Road test vehicle before and after alignment totaling $218.The only good thing was a fairly cheap diagnosis of just $21 but I immediately left these pushy salesmen and drove to a reputable mechanic. For a third of price Wheel Works quoted me I got my issue worked out and a couple of the other repairs (that they wanted hundreds of dollars for) got fixed for free.

They seem nice enough but they will suggest unnecessary repairs/replacements just to run up your bill. They said the car needed struts and both axles replaced. We waited on those but did a few other things they suggested.We just brought the car to our usual, trustworthy, mechanic and they said the struts and axles were fine and that suggesting to replace them was a rip off. I wonder what other work we let them do was a rip off...Service with a smile while they rip you off. Your shop gives mechanics a bad name.

Came in via recommendation to get my car inspected for a check engine light. Service rep. was courteous and welcoming, got my information needed and let me know when the car should be done. Car was brought in that morning and serviced and given back in the same day- fairly speedy! I had thought initially after the service that there was something wrong since my check engine light had come back on shortly after. I took my car back just in case and no-questions-asked they said theyd take a look at it again for quality assurance. Within a couple hours (as they were busy that day) I had my car back to find it was simply a loose gas cap. The technician was thorough and very gracious in letting me know it was simply that small issue, even though they had to go through their entire checks again. He accepted my thanks and left it at that- I was expecting to pay or at least provide some tip, but my thanks was all he needed. I am very grateful for their service and their dedication to professional work. Superb job yall and thanks so much! Great place to get your car worked on- you wont be sorry.

I would like to tell you how their service is but I never got that farI waited there for 20 minutes there was one customer in front of me, the employee who was working the cash register did not acknowledge me even to say Ill be with you in a minute however when a new customer walked in he asked them what they needed as if I were not standing there!Now I dont know what was on the employees mind but my guess is its because I wasnt the same ethnicity as he and the customer behind me was.I do know how it made me feel for one I know it angered me for one for another I felt hurt.I walked out and I left I dont plan on going back and its too bad because I live right around the corner from them and I needed new tires and wheels for my carI guess this reviews more about customer service than what service they provide

I do NOT recommend this place. I took my car there for maintenance and it turned out to be a hassle. After the maintenance was done, on my way home, the tire pressure warning light came on. The pressure in one tire was only 23 psi. I had to add air myself. After a few days, I noticed the undercarriage cover came loose. I took my car to another shop and I was told two bolts were not put back after the oil change.

Went in for new tires and an alignment. Decided to get my oil changed as well. They forgot to put oil in and ruined my engine. Having to pay insurance fees on a rental till they replace my engine. Would not recommend

We had towed are car there with two flat tires and cracked rims (ran over a trailer hitch receiver with ball that was in my lane on the freeway). Filed a claim with the insurance company. The insurance company estimate contained two new tires, two reconditioned rims, and a 4 wheel alignment. Tony could only find one reconditioned rim through their vendors. So, we had to get one reconditioned rim and one new rim. Tony worked the pricing of fixing my car so that it was only $19 more than the insurance company estimate. Tony and his staff were real easy to work with and I highly recommend them.

Was genuinely impressed by their honesty in providing service. I had suspicion of a small leak in the tire and they inspected quickly and found no leak in it and didnt charge me for the service. Will definitely recommend to others.

I would give a (5) star but, without TONY that place does not run as well! Tony has the best customer service. I took my car to replace the rear (2) tires because I previously replaced the other (2) I asked for those (2) new rear tires to be put on the front of the vehicle (as it was previously on the front) because my tire sensors are off (front sensors ended up on the rear, and rear ended up on the front) from the last tire change and the Service advisor replied oh I dont think thats correct (about my sensors) first of all I know for a fact it is correct and 2nd my front tires are also brand new so why would it be different if I put the rear tires back to the front (where it originally belongs) and 2nd I go to pick my car up, MY WINDOWS WAS LEFT DOWN! I get in my car and SOMEONES USED DISPOSABLE MASK WAS LEFT IN MY CAR! Tony rocks, other workers not so great! I will only go to wheel works when Tony is there from now on!

I leave my car there for oil change, alignment and replacing brake pads. they are relatively nice, but two issues: 1) the repairing fee keeps increasing to 1100$ eventually, which I would feel are they trustful? 2) when I pick up the car, the cashier seems dont want to talk even I asked questions regarding to invoice, he just say he dont know.

Came in to replace a flat and worn tire for our family car. Tony, the manager, helped us out with a very good replacement at an affordable price that matches the same or similar type tire you find online or at other tire stores. Matching that with the speedy service (under 20 mins) and helpful advice made it all the better. Will certainly be going back again for tires and general car service!

Went to the sunnyvale location to get my front tires replaced. The salesman claimed that the rear tires needed to be replaced as well even though they arent at the wear bars, he even attempted to pressure me into getting an oil change. I saw him do the same thing to a guy and lady that came in behind me.They finally replaced the front tires and i drove it at freeway speeds a few weeks later and the vehicle shook at speeds over 60mph. I took it back to be fixed and they said the tires were 2oz(a lot!) out of balance. A few weeks later i drove the vehicle at freway speeds again and it still shook. Fast forward a few months due to pandemic i took it to a different location to fix their work and they said the tires were 1 1/4oz(still a lot!) out of balance.I wouldnt recommend them to any ladies or people that dont know their cars well go there due to their predatory sales tactics. Their lack of ability to balance the tires with a modern tire balancer is inexcusable.

Brought my CR-V in for an oil change, no appointment, mid-afternoon on a Monday. I was told the work would take 90 minutes, but the next nearest place said they couldnt even get me in for an hour and I had a good feeling about this Wheel Works guy, so I stuck around. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. They had chairs, magazines, a mini-fridge stocked with bottled water, and a TV running what might have been the History channel at a moderate volume - audible if you wanted to watch, not distracting if you didnt. Restroom was very clean and well-stocked with a lovely bonus oil painting hung over the throne. The guys were all very clean and professional and addressed other customers immediately as they came in - no one stood ignored at any point. The oil change was done in thirty-five minutes. I pointed out the discrepancy and he said it was better to err on the side of caution and give a high time estimate. It worked; I left happy. They checked my fluids and tires, topped off my wiper fluid, and let me know that my front treads were getting a bit low. I paid $38 for the work and am considering going back to have my tires replaced, even though its out of my way.

Been there with a flat tire and was told it was not fixable, because the hole was too close to the edge. Started then trying to sell me 4 new tires, cause my tires thread were below legal limit (even though Ive been going on regular maintenance and weve been monitoring the tires). Sure enough, went down the block on another tire shop and they patched it in 10 minutes for 10 bucks.

Their main website is a little misleading regarding product availability and such, but the quality of service makes up for it. In person, willing to work with customers and negotiate. I would recommend this specific location and the sales representative Tony.

When I came with the last of my savings and with three bare-to-the-steel tires he made it happen for us no questions asked and got us back on the road safe without breaking the bank. It was nice to see that our safety and well-being meant more to them than the cost of the tires. Good people still live! Thank you Justin for keeping us from a dangerous blowout!!

Worst customer service

When I arrived at the shop, they didnt have the exact model of my tires right away, so the manager had it ordered overnight from Nevada at no extra cost. I had a flat tire and it was raining, so it was a bit inconvenient. The store manager Justin voluntarily offered to let me drive with a temporary new tire which they installed at no cost, so I could get to work and come back the next day when the tires arrive! Im sure this is not standard policy, but Justin assessed the situation, thought about my safety and gave me the courtesy, which he absolutely didnt have to! Amazing service and human touch! Thank you so much!

Failed to change summer to winter tires - doh! We brought our snow tires for installation (take summer tires off). Get to Tahoe to find out our summer tires are still on the car. Also, only carry Firestone products...

Immediate, friendly, and competent service from the front desk. Ended up with a bad seal on the rim after install which they repaired. After the repair, a wheel nut on the repaired wheel had stripped threads which broke the lug when I tried to remove the wheel to change pads. Pretty sure they over torqued the lug nut. Dont think Ill be back. Shame, I really liked the service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS — sabotaged my car and punctured a hole in my tire, then gave me my tire back flat after I already paid for a repair. Also cussed at me when talking about the contract. Extremely unprofessional behavior and will never return .

I was trying to book an apt with them and was told the technician leaves at 4pm even though they close at 6pm. Before the apt day, I happened to get out of work early. I got to the store at 3:20pm. However the technician left at 12pm that day because there wasn’t much work.I suppose they’re heavily apt based. But my experience is negative since their definition is store open is that a receptionist can make an apt for you.

Dishonest. Go to ACE Tires next door instead.I changed my 4 tires at this Wheel Works in Sunnyvale 2 years ago. High-end tires with 60k miles TreadWear warranty and I purchased Road Hazard warranty. Today, I rode over a nail and went there to fix it. Even though the nail was in the repairable area of the tire, they claimed that my tire was too worn for repair, they would not honor Road Hazard warranty, and could only recommend to change all 4 tires anyway.Really? My tires were inspected and deemed in good shape by the dealer just 3 months ago! I then went to the ACE Tires shop next door. Those guys told me it was an easy patch and fixed it for 30$.

Their coupons online are regular price. They charge the same price in the store so you are not you saving. Example...Their regular oil change is 24.99 while a coupon says the same price smh. Coupon should be 19.99!! I fill like they try to upsell you on unnecessary work to make a profit off there customers. Due to this, I will no longer get my 🚘 service when that employee is working. Shame on you!!!

Man real Rock star staff. Drove there with my hazard lights on. A huge breaking system and tire problem. And I really thought the cost was going to be unaffordable which led me to window shopping online for a new car. The front clerk Maralous was fantastic with taking care of my needs and getting great prices for me out beating all competitors. Him and his mechanics were very knowledgeable, fair and honest. Absolutely impatient and arrogant staff at the desk. Unwilling to address long term problems. Tells me rotation is due xx # of miles but when I ask is it due, they wont calculate and say if its due or not unless asked like a school kid.

I had issues with the front desk manager at this particular shop about 2 years ago. He just didnt seem very nice... He was missing that CX (customer experience). I came in to troubleshoot a noise in my left tire and I walked out with a $2k quote. That was a total turnoff and left a bad taste in my mouth. But I recently returned to get new tires. Plus I returned 2 weeks later for a free brake inspection and repair. I noticed the front desk staff is super friendly. They have wifi, tv, a fridge with free water bottles and a Kurig coffee machine. And the lobby bathroom is fairly clean for an auto shop. I usually sit in my car listening to NPR radio as I wait. And then either go for a walk or take my laptop to the cafe down El Camino near the Felipes grocery. Auto machinery takes time to assess and repair, so plan to give them ample time. They say they can do any car repair except auto body. Plus I have compared their prices to other local shops. $250 for tune-up is way less than the $300+ or $400+ quote I got at other shops.

Everyone really needs to learn English well. Yesterday I went to this auto repair shop. The turning light on the right side of the car broke down. I called before I went to ask for the price: $20-30. After I went, I said: $70. One night. After I asked my husband to come and talk to them. The final check turned out that the turning lights were loose. Just look at it before and just quote. They will bully people who don’t speak English well. I will not be careful when going to this repair shopEverybody should learn their English properly. Yesterday, I went to a Wheelworks shop to fix my headlight, and I had called them beforehand to ask the price for fixing it, they had said around $20-30. When we got there, the worker said it would cost $70. Then they said, if it was necessary to take off the bumper, the car had to stay overnight, and it would cost $300. After, I had called over my husband to discuss with the worker, and it turned out that the headlight bulb was just loose. I felt like they were discriminating against me and attempted to scam me because my English wasnt the best. I wont be returning to this Wheelwork again. I want everyone to be aware of this and be careful.
