I got oil change for my volvo. Staff is friendly and nice. The price is good and they are honest about their price and explain why they are charing a certain amount. I would take my car there next time.

If you go to this place remove everything, and I mean everything from your car. Ive kept a pocket tool kit in my car for since 2007. I really needed it into emergencies. I used it about 4 or 5 months before I first came to this place. I went to look for it after getting my oil changed here and its gone.

Got an oil change for my Benz. The guys were thorough with the euro, and I was definitely impressed after previously dealing with Jiffy Lube. Mark knows whats up!

I had a similar exerience to another reviewer. They quoted a price and I believed the 4.7 star review. Then they pushed two air filters on me, and I Do NOT believe that the car needed it, or that they had them in stock!What set me off is that a) they advertise on Yelp (which means they want their negative reviews removed) AND b) now they are sending me email spams me that a new oil change is required!!! 3 days after I had an oil change?!!!It would have been smarter to take the car to the dealer and pay them, probably less, to do what was needed. Aslo I do not think they chack your break pads (I may be wrong) and they wont put back the tire caps on.

First time was good experience. Second time, they tried to push installing air filters and forgot to put back the tire caps. I had to buy new tire caps. Not going back.

The guy that was working on my BMW broke my oil cap and had to drive almost to SF to get a replacement one from a BMW dealership. What was supposed to be a quick oil change turned into several hours. I had to take Uber back to work and then again back to Oil Changers. I was promised compensation for the Uber rides but still havent received anything and its been almost a month now.

Service is really fast and good quality. Staff is polite, friendly and give great advice. Totally worth the price, will go there again.

Came here on an early Wednesday afternoon for a standard synthetic oil change. I was offered other air filter changes without feeling forced into it. There was no wait and I was out of there within 20 minutes. They set out seats for people to wait around on which is a nice touch (but make sure you dress for the weather). Was cheaper than the dealers’ only by a bit but the service and location makes the value worth it!

Visited the place, I have a Range Rover, I asked if they have filters for my Rover, they said YES, I have to wait 20 mins...while waiting I had to use the restroom and was told they(dont know who) doesnt allow him to let customers use restrooms. Then 15 mins later, guy comes to me and tells me, he doesnt have filter for my Rover...what a waste of my time

Omari and Bryce (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly!) were very helpful and got my oil changed and everything else checked out quickly and efficiently, and were so pleasant and kind even with the various restrictions we’re all dealing with right now. Will definitely be glad to go back when I need another oil change.

They run their service out in the open where you can see what is going on.

The prices are about 20% more than other places. End up going to Firestone tire and changed my oil.

I brought my own oil and filter and it was still 46 bux, but so was everyone else I called so no strike for that. Elsewise, I liked them. Showed my the maintenance my car expects and when. Were quick and friendly. And I got an engine intake filter from them, amd it was cheaper then I was finding online and they installed it for free. This is going to be my new normal spot I think.

Ive been here twice for my oil changes, and both times theyve provided fast, comprehensive service and I was out within 30 minutes. They check tire pressure, air filter, even gave me complimentary new tire caps because I guess mine fell off at some point.

They are always able to squeeze me in last min and do a pretty decent job. However they dont do anything complex such as changing brake fluids etc so need to have other places..

Called to see what services they provided and they were very helpful over the phone. The gentlemen who answered my call did a great job answering my questions and he found the answer when he didn’t know.Took my car in later that day to get the services completed to find that the technicians were fast and friendly.5/5 Will be back again.

One of the workers was great but the other acted racist. He made me move my place in line saying the other white guy was here a little before me. But then when another white guy came later and his line opened up before mine, he didnt make him move. Its $52 for regular oil change and $84 for synthetic. You can get a $3-5 coupon on their site or a $7 coupon from Valpak.

Good place and honest. My rear differential fluid looked dirty from the example but when Fernando started to drain it the color appeared clean so he refilled it and didn’t charge me. Friendly and competent staff.

Amazing Customer service. My family and I have been coming here for years and we always refer people to this location. We live in San Jose, but we always drive to this location because everyone is so sweet and helpful, especially Fernando Tebarez. Fernando’s happy and welcoming personality is one of the main reasons why we always come back. We like that He always takes time to explain to us what we need to get changed and why it needs to be changed. He never ever makes us feel like we a bunch of clueless women like the other places we used to go to. Not to mention, they are fast and sufficient. Unfortunately they did not have the correct oil filter for my car. They refilled my oil and I was on my way.

I also really appreciated his concern for my vehicle as well as his ability to help me decide on the work to be done without making me feel pressured to buy anything out of my price range.As for the location, everything was clean in the waiting room and I was in and out within 25 minutes, which is a first in my fifteen years of driving. :)

Location is ideal, right on the corner of N Wolfe Rd & Kifer Rd. I was helped by Mikey as soon as I drove up. He was thorough and fast, I got a standard oil change plus he did a quick check of fluids + air in my tires. Definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs standard auto maintenance services.

First, Ive been here before. When George was in charge I was a fan. George was very helpful, the staff was helpful but sometimes patronizing with questions.But the last time I Went to have my oil changed here, next time I check under the hood there was no oil cap. Lame, but no big deal. Everybody makes mistakes.At that visit too I was told the clicking of my engine when starting was an issue (see below, thats the gods honest truth) I was told with my oil changed that clicking was less(!?) of an issue. No mention of potential issue with spark plugs, and to my knowledge no understanding that this may be an issue in the first place.On the freeway far from home I hear a loud pop, my car starts to sound like a sputtering, faulty go cart, and my heart sinks. I pull over and check under the hood. A stranger pulls over later and he helps me find that I have a blown spark plug.I dont know much about cars but when I figured out through 1 hour of googling and reading frantically that my issue was a blown spark plug, and a tell for improperly attached plugs is clicking, I blew it. Not only because I got the oil changed trusting these guys, but also because apparently any competent establishment will check the ignition system for exactly such issues. I was notified of a serious issue without an offer/ red flag that was accurate.The missing oil cap was nothing, 9 bucks. I was disappointed but I wanted to believe it was an honest, forgivable mistake. This blow could cost me thousands. I cant speak for others, but Ive lost all faith in this place, this is beyond forgivable.My only real solace is knowing Ill always be listening for these issues myself and replacing spark plugs without prompting.
