My car stopped so I had to get it towed. They are very nice and very fast. They changed my oil and did everything else that needed to be done. I’m grateful for the service. I would definitely recommend and go back there again thank you so much guys.

Just came for a top off but the guy seemed to be thinking he was making me a favor VS doing his job.A top off is included in your Jiffu Lube service at no additional charge.When you have a high performance twin turbo BMW youll burn some oil so he was no putting money out of his pocket to fill 1 Qt of oil.Check your employees Jiffy.

Only one person on staff seemed to be interested in customer service.Full pkg mentions we vacuum the interior of your vehicle as well as clean exterior windows; did not happen.Was asked to drive my car to the bay; never remember having to do so.Had to ask for the reminder sticker.

My son was in Santa Clara visiting. The car he was driving having problems while he was going Jiffy Lube to have oil change. On the was car ran out of battery and not able to start up again. I talked to on the phone with technician, and told that starter was bad and they do starter installation. I told the technician to go head and change the starter. A few hours later I got a phone call from my son that he got stranded on the way home. The battery died again. He told me that technician told him that it just needed to change the battery and charged him $400. But it wasnt the battery or starter. I towed the car to repair shop and told it was bad alternator. Once I got replaced alternator it drives fine without any problems. Jiffy Lube just take advantage of my son who was out of town and had car trouble.

Replaced valve cover gasket with the manager Louis here. He promised warranty and quality installation, after he done the job the smoke is still coming from the gasket. He REFUSED warranty and timely repair on my car and simply blowing me off.1. While he was replacing my gasket, it was rainy heavily outside, my whole engine area was wet and he refused to take my car inside the working bay. Very unprofessional.2. The engine is missing several important screws, when he disassembled my engine, he put all parts and screws around the engine bay area instead putting them on a container or pan. He cant even install my air intake back correctly, I had to point out several time before he poorly assembled it back.3. I had oil change here too, they didnt even tight up the oil drain with correct torque causing oil leak. And one of them was getting angry with me because he said my oil filter was too hard to install.Overall, Im taking this matter to BBB, this is a joke shop!

They have all the toolsIve been asked by many people, Why would you go to Jiffy Lube? I always reply, because they have all the tools. Of course I could do this work myself, but I dont own the tools, the bay, the filter, the fluids or even a convenient place to do the work.Ive been coming to this location for nearly a decade. Theyve go through various employees and managers, but 8 out of 10 times I have no problems.The trick to having zero problems is to use the provided windows to observe the technicians while they work. If they miss something, let them know.This most recent visit, I got an inquiry as why I was taking photos, and I replied in graciously that I am a Google Local Guide, even showed the tech my profile. I watched as one of the technicians accidentally put Power Steering fluid in the Brake reservoir. So I asked and his supervisor had him flush the reservoir and put in the more brake fluid.Am I glad that I had to watch, no. Am I glad that caught the error, yes. This visit was one of those where there was a problem, but due to my diligence in monitoring, there was no final error.Over all they must be good because they are often faster and less expensive than going to a dealer.

In spite of covid they practice safe practices with masks and gloves still give very good customer service, walk you through each part of your oil change or any other services they have step by step. No pressure sales & they gladly explain and answer any questions you may have about your car and anything it may need in the present or the future. I wont go anywhere else other than oil. I know they have good morals principles and values within that company and thats why I stay with them. Im never disappointed with their service

Super fast!!! Just fit my small RV. Very good service with coffee machine. Staff will try to persuade you buy more services, I think it is their standard process? Just buy the basic service is good enough. An Ford e350 v8 engine 6 quarter plus labor and tax cost around 80 bucks. Will back definitely.

I paid more than I usually pay for oil change, they added oil(so am told) but the car computer is still complaining. I called them and they asked me to bring back the car. I brought it back and without touching it, they told me to go to a BMW dealership to reset it. Why would you accept to service a car you aint sure of??

I had brought the car in for an oil change, but the mechanic inform me about the head gasket going bad, and the brake fluid needed changed out, OMG thought it was going to really cost me big time, but he quoted 300.00 to 350.00, and did give me a 10% triple AAA discount. So I was happy about this coming to 326.00 for all services. So yes I would recommend JiffyLube located in Sunnyvale, CA.

I went in for an air pressure check around closing time. The associate trying to check pressure snapped the valve accidentally. He called in the manager. The manager blamed it on my old part and sent me home with the donut spare tire on. I ended up having to replace the whole TPMS sensor unit for $65. I was told Jiffy wasnt liable and wouldnt compensate in any way. I understand mistakes happen. Own up, and do right by the customer. Dont try to flip it on the customer and make it look their fault.

Friendly staff and great service. I came in for an oil change, which took around 20 minutes. The staff person went over all the additional checks they performed and advised me on service items I might want to keep an eye on but did not pressure me to buy anything extra. The waiting room was clean and air conditioned with free Coffee and Wifi. Overall a great experience.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Shorty after the service, a large volume of oil has leaked out onto our driveway, causing a huge mess. Took the car back in for a leak check on my busy work day, and was treated poorly by their lead agent Louis Nolasco by having to wait over 25 minutes while he let other vehicles that came after my arrival in before checking my vehicle. The lead agent did not apologize nor explain what was happening to my vehicle prior to a mechanic handed the key back saying that there was no leak, when there clearly was a leak onto our driveway. I ended up raising my voice to the lead agent because of his lack of care towards a customer plus inadequate communication skills exibited towards me, and even accused me of videorecording the business when no such action was taken (but maybe I should have) and not even taking any responsibility for their error when they had clearly messed things up and wasted my valuable time at it. I will never take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for service ever again. Have been a loyal customer for many years prior but no more. If you would like your driveway to look like this, go get your oil change here!

I told them I felt there was something wrong with the tires, but they said nothing was wrong. The next day, my tire pressure emergency light came on.They also said that they can change my filter for better gas mileage, and that I can get this filter at OReillys. Do they have inside hires at OReilly too? Why cant they just get the filter for me to change out?Very unfortunate because Jiffy Lube has been around a while- and now just some punk kids think they can make a lot of money from this brand. If this station represents all the other Jiffy Lubes business locations, this brand is in trouble.

These guys were excellent. Took my Ford Edge in for oil change and tire rotation. They gave me the options and knocked it out. Reasonable price, very friendly, professional service. nice lobby, with good WiFi, coffee, magazines. Took about an hour, from the time I pulled up to out the door. Oh yes, and they vacuumed the inside of my car, and cleaned my windows, inside and out! Very happy :-)

Today I paid over $200 for oil change, tire rotate and cabin filter change. You would expect it is done fine. After replacing air filter my A/C became 3 times more noisy and they refused to fix it. I fixed it by myself - turns out there were leaves in fan.

This place was great up until about two months ago. Used to be thorough and thoughtful of the customer. They would properly vacuum my car and hold the door open for me as I left. I used to specifically choose this location because of the great customer service. Some new guy is there now who had cystic acne on his face. He tried to tell me they couldn’t change my brake fluid fluid and that my car needed special coolant (it doesn’t and never has before). Had to go buy it myself. Also told me I had a “self charging” battery. On my fully gas engine. This guy REALLY thought I was stupid. Reported this business to the better business bureau. Shame on them. SHAME. This last time they wouldn’t even pull up my profile on record, saying lazily ‘have you been here before’ all while he can see the sticker in my window from my last visit. Didn’t even reset my “require maintenance” light in my car. Does he think I was born yesterday. Eww. Gross.Used to specially come here for the great service. Now I will specifically go elsewhere BECAUSE of the poor service.Go to Wheel Works in Mountain View. They have your best interests in mind.

Do not come to this location for your car maintenance. You will spend more than 4 hours just to have your car oil changed. I got here at 10am, there was no queue and I was the only costumer. An attendant told me it is going to take 30 to 45 minutes. Waited and waited and waited, asked him if the car is done, all he tells me is it is almost ready. I don’t give 1 star ratings, but if there was less than 1 star, I would definitely give it to this place. Very frustrating and waste of my time.

I just got done changing the oil on my girlfriends car. It’s a 2014 Toyota RAV4. When I removed the canister where the filter was supposed to be there was no filter. This was the last place she went to to have her service done. After I finished putting in the new filter and oil I reset her maintenance light and decided to give these guys a call. When I called them I asked who the lower bay technician was who drained the oil and changed the filter. The guy on the phone said he didn’t know because it didn’t show on his computer. I know for a fact that it does because I’ve worked in the past for both jiffy lube and oil changers 3000. My recommendation to my girlfriend was never to take her car here again.

I had an oil change done at this place today for the first time - the service was fine till I left the place - when I reached back home I realized that the car keys wasnt in the car (I have a BMW 135i and most of the service centers or car insurance wash places Ive been to, they anyways leave the keys in the car when done). I went back thinking I must have left the key at Jiffy. The guy there told me they leave the key on top of the car and I must have driven off without realizing it. Even worse, he checked inside my bonnet to cuz sometimes they leave the key near the windshield and it must have slid inside! That is the most careless attitude Ive seen from a service center. Nobody told me the keys on the car when giving me the car, nor is it common practice everywhere. I still gave them benefit of doubt and searched for the key (they did help me search) - I found it on an intersection near the service center, the keychain completely crushed and the key battered. I told them I need to be compensated for the keychain (its a keyport that cost me arnd $75) - the guy snickered at me and said no way. We got into an argument where he accused me of being responsible for it cuz I didnt look on top of my car before driving off! Im going to talk to the manager tomorrow, but Im not hopeful. In short, this place sucks and Im never going back to any Jiffy

JiffyLube has damaged our car and is denying responsibility.About two weeks ago, my wife brought her 2011 Dodge Durango AWD in for an oil change and differential service to the JiffyLube at 999 W. El Camino Real, in Sunnyvale.She brought it back the next day complaining of an odd noise that wasnt there before. The staff checked everything they had touched and told her it was probably a loose fitting on the air filter cover whistling, from when they had shown her the filter to try and sell a replacement. They reseated the filter and tightened the cover.The noise continued, so we brought it back on the morning of 11/2. We described the symptoms and after a few guesses and test drives, the technician who did the original work took a look and with a coworkers help finally found the problem.The rear differential on our SUV has 2 differential plugs - one for draining, and one higher up for filling. He told me that he had not seen the second plug and filled it in the drain hole. This resulted in the rear diff being very low on oil.I watched them pump 17 squirts of differential oil into the rear diff before it started dribbling out - it was, in his words, a quart low.We left, the noise was lessened, but it was still there. We brought it back a final time but the only other thing they saw was that the transmission fluid was low and hot (probably from pushing an unoiled rear diff for the last two weeks) so he topped that off and we brought it to the Dodge dealership.The dealership looked at it and said the rear diff is destroyed and needs to be replaced: $7000 and change.The Dodge service manager called the Jiffy Lube, who now denies knowledge of the problem, says they did nothing wrong, and refuses to cover the damage.Wrong.The Durango is still under warranty, so if it were an existing problem, why wouldnt we have just taken it to the dealership earlier?If there was no problem wouldnt it be odd to see the same truck go through your service bay on security camera footage 4 times in 2 weeks, but watching the driver only paying the first time?

Dont go to this place. Very rude and inexperienced staff. Their technician broke my wheel lock using wrong tool, and blamed it on the previous service. Instead of taking responsibility, one of the staff Jason started threatening and intimidating me.I had to pay $125 for a new installation.
