This place has gotten better over time. Brought wifes car here in a pinch, and the professionalism and not trying to upsell me on unnecessary stuff was a great experience. Now its my go to for both cars. Clean, fast, professional.

They are both dishonest and incompetent. After an oil change they forgot to close the panel under my car. The plate fell on the ground while I was driving on a highway. It sounded really scary and I had to call AAA and cancel my plans for the evening. I went back next day and they pretended to fix it, but I looked under the car and the plate is still tied with a ziptie and missing some of the screws/bolts! They offered me $10 off next visit for my troubles. Laughable...Besides that, during the oil change a new guy tried to give me a $10 discount on a $45 cabin air filter. The filter is $8 on Amazon.

I paid for a full service. That includes oil, steering fluid top, windshield fluid, tire pressure, etc. Before they started I paid and tipped five dollars. The mechanic that charged me yelled out hey thank this guy for the 5 dollar tip to the guy below, who said nothing in response. When I left, my tire pressure light turned on immediately. I stopped shortly after to check my tires and they looked a little low. I went home for about 15 minutes then decided to go back to the shop to ask for an actual full service but I noticed my tires were then so low the car was barely drivable. I had to get air in a nearby gas station. Im monitoring the pressure now but it seems like they were so unhappy with the 5 dollar tip that they either just let out my tire air or straight up punctured my tires. I now also dont really believe they did much at all to begin with, other than try to get me in a car accident. If my tire pressure drops again Im definitely demanding a refund and full compensation. Beware.

Been going here for years and obviously its because the service is great, reasonably priced for the Bay Area, fast and simple. I dont even think of going anywhere else.

If you care for your car, DONT BRING IT HERE.Last week brought my car there for an oil chance. I have been coming to this place for years, this was the first time I went there with my new car. Changed the oil on a Thursday. On a Monday, my check engine light went on. I brought to my dealership where they told me my oil filter wasnt sealed properly which caused a leak and low levels of oil on the engine. Thankfully, I was at home when this happened and I did not drive a mile otherwise it could have ruined my engine and cost me a fortune. Still the dealership charged me $230 for it.As soon as I left the dealer, I went back with all the detailed paperwork and the receipt of both the poor oil change performed, and the dealer bill.The manager was extremely rude, and did not want to refund me for the service the dealership did because I did not bring the car there first. Think about it: If your check engine light goes on, would you bring to 10 minute oil change to check it, or the Dealership that is authorized to do the work? A legit mechanic or an Oil change center? Seems like a no brainer for me. Oh, also, I did not know the problem was caused by low level oils, otherwise Id have considered that.After I mentioned I did not want to get my lawyer involved, the manager very rudely told me to take my all my paperwork and do whatever I wanted with it, or he could give me a refund for the oil change. Trying to cut my loses, I accepted it. But I still will pursue legal action. These people are SCAMMERS and dont care for you or your vehicle. They perform a TERRIBLE SERVICE and take NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT.

Person who opens showed up five minutes before half awake and halfed dressed and announced to the folks waiting outside that they would not be opening until 8:15. Completely unprofessional in every way possible! Will never try this place again.. Bush leave stuff!

Its was quick, easy and through! We were servicing Sons car before cross country trip and felt very safe in knowing all fluid levels topped off, tires pressure good, some body looked underneath and fresh oil! Thank you to David and Christian!

I went to this place and not an hour after, my check engine light came on and my car broke down. Had to get my car towed because almost all the oil leaked from my car. Towed it back to the place and they fixed it but it was their fault in the beginning because they installed a double gasket on my oil filter and the seal was not tight. Although they did offer 2 free full services in compensation which I guess was nice.

In addition to changing my oil, Clarence checked over my engine and pointed out a concern he noticed with my coolant, as well as cleaned my battery connections. I have been a loyal customer at this business for 4.5 years. I have brought both my vehicles for oil changes and smog check. There have been a few times where the access panel under the car wasn’t completely secured so that it would be easier to do the work the next time (taking short cuts). Recently had the panel get damaged after getting an oil change. They agreed to replace it when it came time they ordered the wrong part and then said it was damaged because my car is lowered (only 1.5 inches). So now they are refusing to fix it. Make sure if you go here before you drive off check to see if they did the work right and secured everything. When paying $75 for an oil change they shouldn’t be taking short cuts. The manager has a bad attitude but the assistant manager and a few of the workers are good guys.

Older BMW (7 quarts synthetic) oil service with correct filter in 10 minutes. And under $ 75, now there is no excuse. Bring your lunch they have a nice patio table. Next they might serve coffee.

A little pricey for synthetic oil but its definitely the fastest oil change Ive ever had.

Jiffy Lube put the wrong power steering fluid into my European car, and it nearly ruined my power steering. I decided to visit this smaller business to correct the problem, and to replace the power steering fluid. The professional mechanic took care of me free of charge! I will definitely return for all future services.

Summary: they did not put enough oil, causing engine light on and some switch burned out. I spent $200 to fix it.I did oil change there last Sat morning. When I drove my car out in the afternoon, I found that engine light was one. I went back to the store, and the technician checked a few places and did not find anything wrong and asked me to have the car checked by mechanic.I went to see mechanic today (Friday). The mechanic scanned the computer of the engine and read the code. The problem found is that that the engine oil level is too low. Mechanic did further check and found out that some switch was burned out because oil was too hot. I spent more than $200 to have it fixed.I want to the 10 Minute Speed Oil Change Center and talked to Clarence (manager) and his supervisor. They asked for the written document which said the oil level low and did not trust my story. I got the printed document and went back to the oil change center. Clarence said that their technician already did the work by showing me the oil level (they did show me a stick, but I do not understand anything about it -- how can I tell whether it is full or not?).I asked the refund of the oil change fee. Even though, Clarence was not ok, and asked me to write down the whole story and claim this is their formal procedure. I already wasted too much time on it, so decided to go away and never do business with them.Another funny thing is that when I did oil change on Sat, I gave the technical $10 off coupon, but he still charged me the full price. I asked why, he said: oh, I forgot it, it is my fault, I apologize!. He behaved like he did not want this to be heard by others, so I just let it go.update: Clarence (manager) is a lier. He called the mechanic and yelled at them, but then he told me that my mechanic did not answer the phone call. Clarence, what a person you are!!

Reasonable prices for full synthetic oil change. Staff is always considerate and knowledgeable. Also, there is hardly ever a wait.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and, true to their word, it took about 10 minutes to get my oil changed. I paid less than $30 and all of the staff were kind and courteous.

Friendly service, but they didnt check everything they were supposed to (for what I paid for) and seemed somewhat inexperienced accessing the various parts of the engine (one had to ask for help, and the other didnt know for sure). There were a lot of up-charges (splash pan, synthetic, etc, etc), but they waived some of them being my first visit there. Ill probably go to another place next time.

1.0 star rating 9/9/2017I had requested a coolant flush and they had lot of issues doing the flush on my Acura MDX about 35 minutes later they tried to refill the radiator manually and it did not take any coolant. The manager said that because I had no coolant in the car - and I suggested that was not likely as the car had never overheated - he insisted he was right.Later they called the mechanic from the smog center next door who was very knowledgeable said they had tried to do the flush while the engine was cold and the regulator was shut and no fluid had been flushed.Any case we ran the car for another 15 minutes and to confirm the car stayed regulated for heat and it did and I left w/o the radiator flush. What a waste of time...Also they did do an oil change and on the paper work they reported that they had checked the air filter - the cabin filter - reset the service indicator and put a sticker for the next service - NONE of these were done - when I called the technician his response was I could come back to the station and get it done - I was already 10 miles away and decided not to waste more time.TERRRIBLE!!!
