Ive been coming to Zuccatos since 2010, and Jimmy, Justin, and crew have worked on five vehicles for me. They always do a great job, and the price is fair, too. For one of my vehicles I asked if I could bring in my own synthetic oil, they were fine with it, and deducted the oil from the total. One time my folks had a car issue and AAA towed it another garage, I asked them to hold off on doing work while I called Zuccatos. Jimmy listened to me and gave some advice, and when I asked him if the quote was fair, he said yes without hesitation. This meant that my folks continued that work at the garage they were already at, but it also meant that wed take anything else to Zuccatos if we can. If you are in the bayarea and need a reliable garage, definitely give these guys a try!

Jimmys great - Great service and quality - I had some brake work done and the manufacture sent a bad batch of drums (out of round) - the work seemed right after a test drive but then a wobble came back quickly. Jimmy and team took the time to diagnosis the root cause and were able to warranty out the parts at no cost to me, even for the extra labor! I take my daily here for anything.

Jimmy did a great job of fixing my air conditioning. It was on time and didn’t cost a thousand dollars. He explained everything to me and spoke in language I understood.Jimmy is great. Not only would I trust him with my car I’d trust him with my grandkids.

I took my car for a regular checkup in April, a little before it was due for oil change, etc. The mechanic said that everything was fine and it was early for an oil change. About a week and a half later, they sent me a reminder for oil change offering me a “discount” if I booked a checkup with them immediately. This either means that they are horribly incompetent or that they did this intentionally to get more cash from me. COVID-19 has caused issues for everyone, but that doesn’t mean you should resort to cheating people.Please stay away from Zuccatos.

Jimmy and John are top notch, they are honest and detail orientated which are welcomed qualities. I have 2 cars serviced and worked on by them, an Acura MDX and Mini cooper- they layout the options and do not try to up-sell you. Jimmy and Justin did a great job of diagnosing the problem with my old Infiniti G35. They explained the options for repair. The repair was done quickly despite having to source OEM replacement parts. The G35 now runs great again. Excellent customer service in my dealings with both Jimmy and Justin.
