We were in need of a pool company that had knowledge and would be there when we needed them. Our timer stopped working, the shallow end skimmer was unresponsive. Since retiring from the Federal Fire Service I have had ample free time to YouTube how to fix and do everything. I could not find anything that worked. I called Preserve Pools and they were at my house immediately. Kristen and Michael know so much about pools... my pool ... your pool... it’s easy to imagine they spend their off time living underwater. Yes... they are that good and know that much. The problems were identified and corrected immediately. I love my yard looking great and I equally love my pool looking great. We have found our pool people... or should I say our “Pool Doctors.” Your pool should be your oasis...your retreat....it should never be a chore. All you should have to do is “inflate up your raft “ and enjoy. But I’m sure if you asked they would do that too. 👍🏻😉👍🏻

Preserve Pools assisted me in selecting the equipment needed to convert my pool to a salt water pool. The installation went really well and with some keen technology I am able to monitor my pool from my phone & IPAD. The overall service, guidance and help from Preserve Pools was awesome. In the past when I work for Preserve Pools and there were times where the owners were amazing people they taught me everything I know so I’m not here to discredit them at all but when I was terminated from the company there were a lot of other things that really had nothing to do with the business that played into what was happening at the business that’s why they got a one star instead of five which at times they absolutely deserve I hope they theyCan’t keep their personal life personal and their business life business because if they do they’ve got unlimited potential has an amazing pool company

Preserve Pools is exceptional!We actually called six different companies before we found out about Preserve Pools and none of these other guys would help us. When selecting Preserve Pools, you are working with knowledgeable professionals from the first time you call and speak with Kristen. Their work is outstanding and borderline miraculous in my case. Customer service is a dying art and the best part is they actually do what they say they will do! I could not say enough wonderful things about this company and its staff!

I went off the recommendations for this pool company on Facebook and did not receive the level of professionalism and service I was hoping for and now can’t even leave my review on their page? I needed a new pool pump and at first seemed like the owners were real good people, but they did not follow through with what they were telling me. I gave them three chances after they said they’d contact me with pricing information and how long it would take to get the equipment needed for the job. I had to reach out to them every time and it took me to say I was frustrated with the level of their professionalism to get a call back and explanation after I’d already spent the $1800 for the new pump. The main owner finally seemed apologetic and is why I stayed. He installed the pump today and it looks nice and I think it’s working properly, but he just left without explaining to me what was new or anything I needed to know unique to this pump. Furthermore, I wasn’t even provided a manual and he just left the old pump on the ground. I do not recommend this company, especially to all my military brothers and sisters! I’m just going to look my new pump up on you tube and pray it’s was installed properly.

Nice folks that installed a new pump when our old one failed. Overall job was done quickly and they were able to to work with our home warranty. Communication was inconsistent at times but in the end Preserve Pools and Hayward came throught.

Preserve Pools is awesome! My pool had not been used in 2 years and was in awful condition. They worked diligently to get it clean and now do scheduled maintenance for a very reasonable price. They go “above and beyond”. I could not be happier with their service highly recommend them!!
