Stellar Service! After going through 2 different companies trying to open my pool, 911 Pool Rescue was able to get me up and running on less than 1 week! When it came time to setup maintenance, I made sure to get several quotes- most companies wanted more than $400 a month to service my pool and that was Biweekly! 911 Pool Rescue was able to offer me an annual agreement for a FRACTION of the cost everyone else wanted AND it is WEEKLY service!!!! My pool is swim ready year round, ALWAYS crystal clear and they have NEVER missed an appointment. I cannot recommend them enough!! They are transparent in all they do and always go above and beyond. Bonus: They even put my packages in my backyard when I was out of town!! 5 Stars, all the way!!

We have an above ground pool that had not been cleaned properly in over a year. We have a clear plastic dome that fits over the top that keeps leaves out, but the dome had come down with a hurricane, and the pool was green. I hired Mr. Ortiz to clean the pool, get rid of the green and get it ready to use for the summer. He got the water sparkling clean, and cleaned up some hidden dirt under the steps within a couple of weeks of my hiring him. We got a new dome put up by the people where we bought the pool, and then hired Me. Ortiz to come once a week and maintain the pool. He has done an excellent job, and we are extremely pleased with his work.

Bought my first home with a pool and had two other companies come out to give me an estimate. Both were fast talkers and not what I was looking for. I saw an add for 911 so I call and Elkin came out on time the next day and answered all of my questions. He even showed me some things I didnt even thought about asking. He gets along great with my family and he is very trust worthy. Had a problem over the weekend and called him and he answered with no problem. Would recommend him to any who have any kind of pool that want it done right the first time.

Elkin is my hero. I bought my new home in July 2020. Unfortunately the prior owners let the pool become disgusting as the sale approached closing. It’s a long story but in the end Elkin rescued my pool and the purchase of my dream home. Knowing nothing about pools, I kept Elkin on conducting monthly service and helping w other needs as they crop up. He’s friendly, responsive, reliable and knowledgeable and he is always helping me learn new things about maintaining my pool. Elkin is embarking on a new project for me..my pool equipment needs updating so he’s replacing my filter, control panel and heater soon. I can’t wait for him to get started!
