We came to Paradise Pools and Spas specifically for a Green Mountain Grill. They were so helpful and had exactly what we were looking for. Although we were not looking for a pool or spa they treated us very well and were knowledgeable about their products.

This is the second pool Paradise Pools and Spas has built for my family and I and we could not be happier. We recently moved and loved our pool so much, we didnt hesitate to reach back out to have another installed at our new home. They have exceeded all expectations. Chris did an excellent job surveying our property and coming up with a perfect design for our yard.Will and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the build process and were able to get the pool up and running in time for us to enjoy it for a few weeks before the weather turns. Went in yesterday to fix an issue with my pool. Brandy was extremely helpful and explained the water treatment process in depth following a free water quality test. I highly recommend Paradise, and specifically Brandy for their knowledge and wonderful customer service.

Some friends of ours recommended we talk to Donna at Paradise about a spa. We visited multiple other spa dealers in the area and they were all high pressure sales or completely clueless. We had an idea of our price range. We did a lot of general research on Bullfrog spas before going to Paradise. When we went in Donna was extremely helpful. Zero pressure. She just wanted to make sure we had all the information we could want. She setup a wet test of the spas and jetpacks we were interested in. She handled everything great. We waited about a month before we purchased the spa. Again no pressure from Donna. Harold, from their service department, delivered the spa without issue. Handled the installation perfectly. Donna has continued to answer questions I had after delivery of the spa. Cant say enough good things about Paradise.
I bought my pool from another company, lots of regrets! However I get all my supplies from Paradise pools! Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, they taught me how to use my pool equipment, how to clean my pool and how to maintenance it! This is customer service I can get used to! Free pool water testing. Super nice people.
Horrible customer service. They forced us to pay $100 ahead of time for a service call because our liner was lifting. They failed to call us back and make the appt. Finally 10 days later someone came out and didn’t even examine our liner or do any sort of testing as to why the liner is lifting and why we are losing several inches of water consistently! He stayed all of 5 minutes and claimed that water evaporates faster in the winter and that sand particles under the liner cause pinholes, and that’s the reason SEVERAL inches are being lost each week. They just want your money. Please go elsewhere!***to reply to their response- we have taken our water to be test tons of times to your store but we stopped because every time we did you always claimed we needed hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals and it was just ridiculous. We never needed all that. Your response completely avoided my complaint that we paid $100 for a service call and no service was provided to us. Your employee stayed 5 minutes and didn’t test or do a thing.

We had a new liner and some concrete put in by Paradise Pools. They were gracious to speed up our install as we are selling our home. The liner install was perfect. The concrete was a different story. The concrete was extremely sloppy. They did come out and fix some of it but some supposedly could not be fixed. I would definitely not recommend their concrete work.

Where to start, I did my homework, I talked with any and all pool companys in the area, I was building a house and wanted to start early in the planning process, Chris and the staff at Paradise pools are amazing, from the first time I had a meeting with Chris, I knew this was the place to be. He came to my homsite more times than I could think of, we can changed plans 3 or 4 times due to construction of the house and the space we needed to put in the pool. When it was time to start the project, everything was right on time, no issues, the construction crew was great, we had to deal with some rain and cold temperatures, the whole process was awesome. Will and his crew, you couldnt ask for better customer service and knowledge. Harold was great for pool School, and the staff at the store when you go to get your water checked, they dont pressure you into buying chemicals that you dont need.The final step in the process of the pool is the topper on the concrete, the company that they use is superb. If you are shopping for a pool, do your homework, although, I know you will end up at Paradise.

Worst installation service ever! Expected far superior service than received. Still currently waiting on my liner to be tucked and pump installed. 6 visits to our home and pool setup remains incomplete. Numerous unkept promises. Most infuriating, installer fails to arrive then dodges phone calls. All management can say...Im sorry. There is nothing we can do. Ridiculous!
This place is terrible. They had me add double amount of chemicals to my pool to turn around and make me buy more product to bring the levels back to normal. No one in there knows what they are doing. I asked them how long can I swim in my pool after adding chemicals and they said oh I dont know just put it in at night and you should be ok by morning. I would recommend going else where. After draining my pool and going to Leslies havent had a single problem and saved a ton of money.
