I could not have asked for a better experience!! Liz genuinely took the time to get to know me and what my needs would be. I went for renters insurance but left with so much more! Being a young woman I never cared to understand the importance of a life insurance policy. But because of Liz, I can sleep a little better now knowing if ANYTHING happens to myself or my belongings, myself nor my loved ones will not be burdened. Not to mention it’s next to nothing a month!! I will definitely be educating my friends and family about the importance of the different policies that they have to offer. Needless to say, I’m one happy camper to be covered by State Farm!

Mimi was fantastic to my mother. I dont live in the state but my mother called me and told me about the wonderful experience she had in the office. She took the time to explain the difference between all of the coverage that was available. She said no one has ever done that before for her and she greatly appreciated it. Hands down the best insurance agency in Baltimore. Took the time to explain the importance of higher coverages by informing me how I could potentially lose my house or paycheck. Im glad she explained this to me when I signed up rather than waiting until it was too late.

I love this office Mimi Brown is awesome and have great quote but my favorite employee is Breanne she soo nice and helpful she breaks things down if I dont understand it and she always have an positive happy attitude. Completely incompetent does bare minimum. Treats customers terrible did nothing to rectify situations here to collect money and nothing more. Only joined this branch baited by fake smiles, trapped when they did nothing to help accident in which they made an error in copying my cars VIN number and now they and there underwriting team offer me a $300 refund when I paid 1400 for 6 month coverage, and expect me to release their liability of me being hit by an uninsured motorists leaving me with $3,000 in damage. Dont trust thee shady people. Paid for 6 months of insurance in Dec, and until this day Ive been driving around uninsured and they wont fix my damage or refund my 6 months of insurance. You cannot pick and chooses when somebody is covered. Avoid this negligent branch at all costs please!!

I found that discussion of increasing our coverages gave me the information needed to further protect my family and I. Knowledgable, respectful staff that gave us what we needed to make our own decision on what to do.
