Asked for a quote on fixing the pool because it wasn’t working. Marcos told me it was the pump so we purchased a new pump through them. When he came over he said the pump didn’t work and took back the new pump and mine to test them at home. Returned our old pump and said it was electrical and he couldn’t fix electrical. When I asked about a refund he said we would get one but we never did. They wrote up new quotes to somehow rationalize the time spent on not fixing our pool. We spent nearly half a grand for him to tell us it was electrical and not fix the pool. Not professional and will never use again.

Less expensive than some others but you get what you pay for. Argumentative when you approach with questions about the quality of service. Would not recommend.

Exceptional service! We have been using this company since we bought the house 5 years ago. They are always great about communicating issues and look for the most efficient means to resolve any problems. They are professional but very friendly and personable. We found Marcos by coincidence when we parked next to his truck with The Pool Official logo advertised on his truck. We thought, lets have him come out, pay to get the pool cleaned, checked out and ready to use. My husband was going to go pool school to learn to care and maintain our pool but after having Marcos come out that 1st time, my husband scratched the idea of him doing it and here we are 5 years later with The Pool Official team continuing to provide us wonderful services. Many thanks to Marcos and his team for keeping our pool pristine.

Were very experienced, and did everything to according to my budget.

Paid a grand for wall leveling and new liner installation for our above ground pool. Ended up with multiple wrinkles on the bottom of my new liner, uneven pool walls and 2 huge indents in the outside wall and one unsecured support column that we could lift out of the brace with ease.. Called with concerns, owner came out and said they would be back to fix it. Guy came out that evening, jumped into out pool with his shoes on and attempted to stamp out wrinkles leaving shoe imprints in the bottom of our pool. Get an email the next day saying the job was completed and they would not guarantee stability of our pool or work they did bc they did not install the pool orginially. Very poor communication and customer service. Work done did not reflect what we paid. Very unsatisfied and will not recommend.
