Brittany is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable...anything she says you can take for gold. Unfortunately the same can not be said for the other girl on staff who as of late seems to be the only person in the store. I think she has inhaled one too many bags of chlorine. Ill happy drive to the Leslies in North Charleston than suffer her incompetence.

I was ready to drain and trash my pool. I couldnt get the water to clear to save my life. The staffs advice and suggestions helped me get my pool water crystal clear and clean. Thank you so much. Now my family loves the pool.

Leslies pool service is absolutely amazing. The people who work there are the nicest and most helpful in the pool industry. The manager Brittany is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met in the pool world. She knows exactly what shes talking about and exactly what to do for your pool. My pool I did not winterize right and she has helped me step by step to save money probably thousands of dollars and bring my pool back to life. It was a green frog pond when we started with it I cant say more about how proud and thankful I am that I decided to trust Leslies pool supply Thank you Leslies pool supply and thank you to Brittany! Brittany is AMAZING!!! I ONLY go when she is there!!! She always has a smile, is SO full of knowledge, and I enjoy watching her pass that knowledge onto Raymond and Jules!! Those 2 are rockstars in training!!However, Lene (sp?)... she is the reason I no longer come back unless Brittany is there!! She had a line (which happens), and she would not make conversation with ANYONE or welcome anyone....unless she was working on their water.... not even a Hello sorry for the delay..nothing. Then when she finally did get to my water (an hour and 15 minutes later...only 6 people in front of me).... she was flip, no smile, and did not seem to care! I know people have BAD days, but COME ON!!! I tried to go back in a different time, and she was there, and she did NOT attempt to say hello or anything, but the other employees are always so welcoming!!! I would recommend moving Lene to a slower store...I am truly a devoted Leslie shopper because of Brittany!!!!I hope you keep Brittany forever, and help her to get more new people like Raymond and Jules!!!Thank you

The woman who sold me the kit to reseal my pump motor was very helpful. She knew exactly what I was working on from my description and exactly what I needed to do it right! Got everything I needed for a very reasonable price and a few tips to make it easier. It is working wonderfully and no leaks. Thank you for your help!

Stay away from this place. Their technicians do not know what they are doing. They will mislead you and lie to you why they cannot fix your pool. I had no use of my pool for months. The manager Brittany was trying to help me but she was caught in the middle of utter incompetence from the workers who fix your pool to the upper management in corporate. I appreciate everything Brittany tried to to do. The only thing they are good for is testing your pool chemicals.

Brittney is the best!! Came in with a motor not working worrying that Ill have to buy another one. By me just telling her what noise it made she was able to tell me it was the capacitor . She didnt have it in stock but called N. Charleston and had them pull the part and the N. Charleston office installed it for free. Thanks Brittney youre the best!!

I bought a used hot tub and showed up in store with a bin full of chemicals that the previous owner gave to me. Brittany was extremely knowledgable and got me exactly what I needed to purge the tub & gave me a water sample bottle. She also separated all of my chemicals into separate bags to get back home because apparently having everything together in the same bin was a big no no. Brittany was just great all around!! Thanks again!

1st time pool owner gone bad. I shocked my pool and it turned GREEN. I used my pool tester and was gonna go to Walmart to get chemicals. But then decided to go here. The young Men wking Saturday was amazing. They listened to me and gave me advise. Never tried to upsale or take advantage of me not knowing what I was doing. And the stuff ended up cheaper than @ walmart and I am sure a better quality. I highly recommend this place. I was very impressed. And within 24hrs my pool is clear.

My pool had turned real cloudy the last few days. Took a sample to Brittany, she sold me what I needed to clear it up. Put the treatment in yesterday afternoon, and today the pool is PERFECT! I appreciate the expertise and help.

She asked us questions about our equipment and when she figured out what filter we had she used a display to show us exactly how to use it! NEVER order online. The service is terrible! We ordered a ladder for our pool and it came damaged and missing 10 pieces. We immediately called customer service, they said submit pictures showing the damage and give them a list of parts missing. We did this immediately also. They said we would here back in 24-72 hours. That was June 4, 11 days ago, and they still have not contacted us. We have called and emailed repeatedly. No one returns calls or answers emails. We went to the local store to talk to them about it and they said they is nothing they can do. They sure took our $275.00 and have not delivered on the product. The pictures show you what we got for $275.00

Dallas & Brandon are very knowledgeable and have always steered me in the right direction. They listen to you, recommend a solution, or in several of my pool situations, go outside the box and find a remedy. Leslies prices are a tad higher than some retailers are, but their products are not full of filler ingredients that lower the quality and in some cases lead to more problems.

I was just in the store and brittany and Brandon were a great help on my pool needs. I will recommend leslies to everyone because of those 2 people
