I asked for a white French coffin tip and I showed her the picture and she was very nice, but the result was not even close to what I wanted. I got a pink looking French tip and she cut my fingers on the side twice. I’ll show a picture of what I wanted and what I got.

I went in last week and was not very satisfied with my services. I currently have a scab on my eyebrow from the wax. The technician went over my brows twice with hot wax. This resulted in a nasty sore under a nicely arched eyebrow. Finally, I paid for an upgraded manicure, and got about a 5 second massage on each arm... WITH NO LOTION! Isnt the point of the upgrade to get extra pampering? I left the shop very disappointed. The service was much better at one time. Maybe this was a bad day. I must also add: every technician is not this way, you just have to find the right one.

They do a pretty good job and the convenience of getting an oil change while getting my nails done and picking up groceries on the way out is really nice!

Good quality but way too overpriced. Charged me $25 just to put tip color on my real nails. Real nails. No fake nails, no cutting my nails, nothing, just do a tip for $25?!? Other places usually do $15. It’s no shellac or anything. Very disappointed. Would recommend going somewhere else

Most of the staff does not understand english, eventhough you tell them what you want, they do what they want. They need to.learn about different shapes and how to do proper pedicures for the price they charge people.

I dont get my nails done regularly, but when I do I always come back to them. They remember me each time I go back, and remember that I have very sensitive skin so they are very gentle with me. My shellac manicure lasts between 2 to 4 weeks. My pedicure polish never chips off. There are so many bad stories about nail salons around sugar land. I only use Regal Nails.

Very great experience. Im a truck driver and baby when I tell you Ive been to damn near every major city in America to get this particular style done and nobody was able to do it. But I came here and they were able to fully replicate the pic I showed them. I am in love with my nails. Thanks TOM!!

So this place I definitely had a bad experience. My pedicure caused my foot to swell and be sore for over a month. I also had an incident with a young lady there that they refused to acknowledge happened. I didnt appreciate the owner telling me and basically arguing with me about the incident. I feel Karma goes around.... Very disappointing and serious incident.

I had my nails done professionally for the first time as I always do it myself. I came without any appt. on a Sunday afternoon and I was seated right away. Kathy did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Kathy to anyone. The place is very comfortable, neat and clean. The leg massage was very relaxing.

I love the Regal Nails inside the Super Walmart in Sugar Land . They are very good customer service and they very sweet .Clean and sanitation all stuff. They did my nails very good job . All of them are very good . I will be back .

If I can put zero star ... I would do it... dont go there... they took 35$ for doing the worse manicure I ever got... they have unprofessional team and they injured me instead fixing my nails

I really had a bad experience. Will not never go back. The lady who did my mani and pedi didnt even do a good job. I was very disappointed with the service I got done. I had to come back home and re-due my nails all over again.

Got my nails done (shellac) here last week because supposedly they were having a sale for $45 shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Two days later they chipped. It hasnt even been a week, and I have two nails chipped and three that have completely fallen off. This has never happened to me before. On top of that, they ended up charging me the same price ($53) as my usual nail salon,Sweetwater nails & spa, and I didnt get the discount. Not to mention they took about 20 minutes to attend to me, definitely not coming back to this location after this experience.

This is the only nail place I go to. Yes, it is inside of Walmart. Once you enter their store, you completely forget youre inside of a Walmart. Very relaxing. Friendly staff. Henry is the one that does my nails and he is absolutely wonderful. He takes the time to make sure each nail is perfect and even.

Henry is amazing...I coming here for years.....pedicure I do once in a while..because prefer do my own pedicure...
