My experience was extremely positive and I highly recommend Royale Retreat Nails Spa.A very friendly group of people. I was there on a busy Saturday and had a manicure & pedicure. They took a lot of time with both procedures, trimming, massaging, cleaning, and never felt rushed through.The facility is clean. All of their massage chairs work. They maintain fresh air so you will not choke on acetone smell.I recommend you call ahead to schedule for a busy day or walk-in on a week day. I was a walk-in on Saturday and was lucky it worked with their busy schedules.I write reviews for many places, good or bad. Im glad to be able to write a good review for this spa.

I love this nail place. It was a little out of my way because of what I was doing today, but the other place I tried first didnt have anyone wearing a mask! 🤦🏽‍♀️ Royale Retreat is clean, staff are friendly and they do a great job! Added bonus... they werent too busy and took me right away.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE.Took an hr and half to get a refill. And made me late for work. Asked her to do a certain thing and refused to do it. Nothing too crazy. Left bumps on my nails and chipped the next day. Went back for a refund on my work break and the refused saying nothing was wrong with my nails. Argued with them saying they wanted to take them off. Didnt have time.

Professional, always clean, quiet and calm. Very competitive prices, always the same employees, my favorite place to take a break. Never feel cramped together or rushed. But i recommend making an appointment or visiting on the same days and time. Most visitors are getting refills and pedicures, not many visit for extravagant nail designs. Do not recommend visiting if you are in a hurry.

I usually do my nails because I can do a better job than the technician, I want to save money for my children. But I change my mind when I come here. They always do a great job with regular polish or solar, pay close attention to detail, have a huge color selection, and are reasonably priced for the work they do. They stick jewelry well and it doesn’t fall down in long time.The vibe is nice and open and clean, and they take their time with all of their customers. I feel happy because I finally found a place where do nail better than me. Of course, I still do my nail by myself but sometimes I have to reward myself by go here LOL You cant go wrong with this place!

I always get compliment on my nails. I have officially got my meticulous best friend hooked on this place. Over, everyone is very nice here and they do a great job. I definitely will come back.

Went here with my mother and we both got gel manicures. Both manicures began to peel within a week, plus they were more expensive than other salons Ive been to. Also, the color selection was lacking compared to other salons. I dont plan to go back.

My first visit was today. Very relaxing and calm atmospheres! The ladies were so kind and did an excellent job on my spa pedi and gel manicure. Prices are very reasonable! I definitely will be coming back here!

It was the worst experience ever! I walked in and was not greeted. I showed the technician a specific look that I wanted for my nails. It was a coffin shape pink and white ombre. As she was doing my nails I pointed out inconsistencies several times. The nails were no where near the shape and the ombre was sloppy there were spots of color pink peeking through the white nail tip area. At the end I politely asked to speak to the manager. Both managers where in the place of business tending to other customers and refused to see the issue. The technician constantly asked that I pay and come back tomorrow and that the manager will refund my money. I politely turned down the offer and and once again asked to speak to a manager. No one stepped up. I walked out of the establishment and an old many yelled called me out of my name (b-word) and threatened to call the cops if I did not clip off my nails. They were unprofessional and I will never be going back.

Best nail salon anywhere this is the only place I will go to have my nails done they keep things very clean sterilized and their work is impeccable

Terrible service! I came in with my mom, they were all busy and asked if they could start with one of us first. An hour later when my mom is done with her mani-pedi I still havent gotten any service. Meanwhile two other people get sat, Im assuming they had appointments, but I dont know because no one has said a word to me in the hour I was waiting.

They did an awesome job.

They did an OK job and yes affordable but after my nails were done and i was waiting for them to dry the lady that just finished doing my nails then proceeded to file her nails and cut them right there...like she didnt even move away from where she just painted my nails...weird.
