This was my first visit to Lovett Nails and they were awesome! Linda did an amazing job on my nails and everyone in the salon was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Lovett Nails and I will be returning. Very happy with my experience there!

Super clean, and an aesthetic pleasing environment. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. Kim did a superb job on my pedicure, she was very meticulous with her work and I enjoyed every minute of it. She cleaned up well around my cuticles and my toes have never looked this good!!! Will definitely keep on coming back!

Cheap and nice atmosphere but not the best quality. My mom has been coming here for years and loves it but I think the person I got was inexperienced.It hurt when she was cutting my cuticles and filing. My lady jumped between me and another client without washing hands and wasnt wearing gloves. I chose a color based on the design but midway through, she said she couldnt do the design so she erased it but Im stuck with the color I chose which looks bad without the design on top.

Ive only done pedicures but they are super sweet, take their time and fair priced.

The last time I go to this place. My sitting was rushed and my nails did not turn out right. The guy that was doing my nails did not seem to care the color needed more than one coat. I was able to go somewhere close to get them fixed. It is unfortunate its under new management. Beware, you might get it good the first time you go but the second time could be horrible!

Excellent! This was my first time here and the lady who took care of me was very gentle and careful to detail with my hands. I got a shellac French manicure and it looks great. She also did my eyebrows and they look fab. The atmosphere and ambience is very soothing as well. Place is very clean, I like the equipment I saw. You wont regret coming here.

I really enjoyed myself! my mom is a regular and suggest we go. When I walked in the all knew who she was, what kind of spa she was going to get and choice of nail color they were patient clean and friendly and decent prices the staff was helpful and friendly.

I must say is worth every penny, especially if you are a college student. The owner is super nice and Kim did such an amazing job! This place is especially perfect for everyone who wants good quality nails without the MMA (Chemical that really damage your nails). Will definitely be the only place I get my nails done.

Caused my friend to bleed out of her fingers from how rough they were going with the buffer. then afterwards, she tried to glue her skin back onto her nail with NAIL GLUE without even asking her or telling her what it was even after asking what she had been doing. don’t come here if you enjoy having fingers

First appointment at Lovett Nails under new management. Had manicure and pedicure.Wonderful. So relaxing and friendly.Pedicure I had never had before. All natural, orangle fruit, scrub and petals. Hours later I am still feeling the benefit.Prices, I was so surprised. Lower than I have paid in years.Kat is so professional, knowledgeable and will advise if you have questions.I will be back

After being a satisfied customer for three years, this place was recently taken over by new management. Against my better judgement I continued to patronize the location with mediocre results. The new owners have changed just about everything. Pedicures no longer use tools that keep your feet nice and smooth. Nails by Ivan with results making you long for the days Jeanie was there. The last straw was Tuesday when I went in at 2:00 pm only to find there was NO ONE in the shop doing nails. NO ONE!! An employee called Ivan to ask if he could come in & his response was to tell the employee to ask me to come back tomorrow. I mean seriously... youre running a business and do not have anyone available to do nails in the middle of the day during spring break at a nail salon???? I wont be back. Its such a shame because I wouldve gone here forever had these recent issues not happened. I was willing to keep giving it a try and allowing them time to get it back to how it used to be but no more. Not having someone available and having the audacity to ask a customer to come back the next day because your employee is too lazy to come into work is ridiculous. The lack of customer service has alienated a consistent 20% tipping customer. Good luck with that!

Ever since the new owners have taken over, the quality of the service has declined tremendously. I went in this evening and asked for deluxe pedicure. The gentleman doing my nails rushed so much so that there was still wax and lotion on my legs after the service was completed. The pedicure was done sloppily and in a hurry. He was in such a rush to shut down for the day that he sent me out with wet nail polish. I was confused as there was another client who was seemed to be letting her polish dry. However that is neither here nor there. Would not recommend.

Used get my nails done here and loved it. But have to leave one star for their lashes. Would leave a negative star, if that was possible. Got my lash extensions on Tuesday, one piece fell off the same day, then woke up with more falling off the following morning. By Thursday, I had to glue but and pieces of my own fake lashes just to make it look okay to go to work and by Friday, most of them were off. Every time I called, the “lash lady was busy” and I tipped her $10! Do have pictures to prove it as well. It was horrible and sad because it was my first eye lash extensions experience. She also glued them to my real ones so my real lashes been falling out as well

Ive been coming here for a few years now, and its always nice, clean, and friendly service. Great atmosphere, but if youre thinking youre going for a pedicure and hoping for a long massage you will not find that here, even if they are not busy. They are recently under new management and they now use timers for the foot massage, minutes given for the level of pedicure package you buy. Its 7 minutes for the most expensive package (almost $40), and if youve ever had a good foot massage 7 mins is definitely not enough.

I enjoyed my experience overall. I didnt like that they didnt use disposable bags in their pedicure tub. I also feel that they are overpriced because the ambiance isnt up to par, they really need to get softer lighting in there because when you recline your chair and close your eyes the fluorescent bulbs hurt your eyes. It isnt very relaxing if that is what you are looking for. I will be returning, but hopefully they address those issues.

Went about a month ago and had great service. Today it seemed like my pedi was rushed. Their menu says a neck wrap and beverages are complimentary and I got them the firsr time, but not this time. Not sure Ill go back...

Not really a fancy salon, however the service is great !

I was overcharged for a Mani and pedi here a month ago which left a bad taste. I reluctantly returned because its near my home and They told me to come back in an hour, I am glad they did because VIP nails was a much better experience.

Clean and friendly staff, but I am giving them a 3 because the first time I went it was a great experience but when I returned it felt rushed and low quality. It seemed like a bait and switch. The 2 other times I returned the massage was rushed and the pedicure was kind of painful.
