I made an appointment for a pedicure on Tuesday. Upon arriving, the location looked very nice and clean. I waited for about 20 minutes past my appointment time (which I didnt mind, as I didnt have anything to do). Initially the pedicure was nice. They asked if I wanted a manicure, and I agreed to one. The woman doing my pedicure started working on my left foot and dug seriously deep into the quick of my big toe. Not sure why she felt inclined to get in, but a few days later and it is still bleeding. The woman doing my manicure pushed the nail bed back too far on my middle finger. Again, a few days later, it still looks awful.Ive attached pictures here to show just how bad it is. I paid way too much money to walk out worse off. I will never come back to this place.

I went into this business several years ago but walked out when the staff would not honor the prices on their website. I decided to try again hoping for new staff. Went in recently and staff is not wearing masks. Even after I pointed it out, still no masks. If they dont respect the customers enough to wear a mask, what other hygiene short cuts are they taking? NEVER AGAIN. Your business is not down due to the pandemic, it is because you dont follow the rules and keep your customers safe. I also saw the staff throw out the water they use to soak nails out the front door on the sidewalk.

I like their pedicures but the manicures leave something to be desired. Dont get powder nails here

My experience wasn’t stellar on either visit. The 5 stars is solely because Teresa is excellent and my Dad loves her.As he has started to age, a manicure and pedicure is more convenient. The pampering from it helps, too!He’s had them before when he’s out with me, but he complained afterwards about the soreness.Men’s pedi + mani is $50. I mentioned to him we could go elsewhere, but Dad said no and Teresa was fabulous!Although Dad has been known to watch his pennies, he loves coming here!

All the Nail Techs are AMAZING!Super clean and friendly atmosphere. Oh and that hot stone massage during your pedicure is AWESOME!!!

I wish I could give this establishment zero stars. I went to Beauty Envy Nails because I work near by. I asked if they do dip. The lady quickly said yes and handed me a stack of about 100 color samples to choose from. I selected a color and the nail tech started dremeling my nails, she glued plastic tips, cut and filled them, and pushed back my cuticles (with her own fingernails, rather than a tool, my instinct was to leave at this point but we continued). Next the lady went to get my color. She came back with a color different from what I had chosen so I said, no, this says 21 not 177 and it is very different and she then said something to the effect of we dont have all those colors in dip, we just pick the color close, this is the same. It was clearly not the same. Not even close. Then the main lady said to the tech, no, no you use any of these powders...you can dip these. and directed the tech to go get #177, the original color I had chosen from the stack of dip color samples I had been given. The tech returned with #177 and started to dip my nails. She didnt even ask, she knew that they looked hideous and started removing the powder from my nails, that she had just put on, by scrubbing, soaking and dremeling. They were trying to use regular acrylic colored powders as dip powder which obviously doesnt work. They destroyed my nails after lying to me about having dip powders. They let me leave there with my nails looking worse than when I arrived. Offered nothing and were even rude about the whole situation. I will never return.

My overall experience here was outstanding. The deep tissue massage along with the european facial was fantastic!
