I love this place. They do great work and are very professional and move pretty fast considering the fact that theyre always super busy. The reason why I am giving them four stars instead of five is because they offer a stamp program. If you spend $25 you get one stamp, if you spend $75 you get three stamps and if you spend $100 you get five stamps. Today my total came to $97 and the lady only gave me three stamps on my card. I almost felt like it was done on purpose because I am only two away from having all 10 stamps on my card. It seemed a little shiesty to me but again Ill be back. I love the work and have no other complaints beyond that.

I created a nail appt several days ago for today, May 6th at 9am. …I got here on time and all the chairs were filled. The reason? Because other people came early so they sat them down. Now can you please explain what the point is of making an appt if you’re going to do that? Literally mind blowing. So I sat in the car and waited for them to call me.. they never called me. I called them and now I’m sitting at a chair for my pedicure at 9:30a.. no lie. It’s 9:35 I still haven’t gotten any water in the foot tub or ANYTHING. GOD LEE. This is terrible. I made an appt because I’m on a time schedule today. You cannot count on TNT to be professional and timely. Sorry. The nails do come out pretty good .,but for all that. No. Also.. it’s 9:38a as I’m wrapping this up. Still no water for my pedicure still nothing at all.. just sitting here waiting. Even tho I had an appt. Thanks for reading. It’s 9:39.. bye. Ok 9:40.. she’s finally adding water.

My favorite nail shop in Houston! I live in humble and I’ll travel all the way to Sugarland to get my manicure and pedicure! Especially my pedicure, everyone that works here is phenomenal. And if you’re like me and do acrylic big toe nail tips. They’re BOMB like BOMB with the application and shape! Everyone who works his is patient and humble.

Came in for a full set, the prices were outrageous.. Im not 100% pleased with how thin my nails are. theyre so thin that theyll break if i put pressure on them, the nail tech Tina hurt my natural nails so much with how rough she was filing them. and also the acrylic isnt even on my nails i have bumps and uneven applied acrylic.. &also i originally asked for waves on my nails but instead i got alot of weird looking swirls.... overall the outcome of my nails wasnt what i was expecting at all.... $103 to the trash... never coming back

Now this place is highly rated on Instagram. It is a nice nail shop. No spa per say..... Very pricey and will nickle and dime you for everything. If we are going to get your services,, we will definitely pay for them. Dont keep adding for every little thing. I really dont like that!!! Their work is very good. But if Im paying for spa like services, dont be afraid to show your prices. Give me the choice to choose. Not just for my feet....Maybe a glass of wine or a bottle of water. And most of all, dont cramp everyone in a small space.... Covid is real. Just my thoughts!

I went here because their Instagram account said that they can do 90% of all nail styles and designs. I had Sezy as a nail technician and it was a bad experience. I kept telling her that I wanted my nails shorter, she kept saying that the design with short nails would be ugly. I didn’t ask for short nails I just wanted them shorter than what she was giving me and she kept saying “it’s okay it’s okay, it will look good”. I showed her a photo to represent how I wanted my nails done- and let me just tell you, the expectation did not meet the reality. The final result was messy and the nails were really thick. It looked like something I could’ve done at home and it ended up costing me $122. The other technicians are probably great at what they do but Sezy was not the one.

Worst service ever. Waited an hour plus, and when I would ask how long was the wait time they would say 5 mins. Yet have about 6 people waiting in front of me. I got here at 4, and there had been people waiting longer who got service after the sign said closed. The sign said they closed at 50pm on a sunday and yet they were still taking customers in 5-10 mins prior.I can say that they do amazing work, downfall is the wait.Won’t be coming again.

Today is my 5th visit & they are 5-0 with me! They always get my nails EXACTLY how I like them & today I had a “take off” service & it was literally painless! That’s not what I’m used to so I had to give them 5 stars. Great customer service & all around service in general. Definitely recommend

This place is under new management. It was “Rio Nails and Spa” now its “T&T Nails and Spa” Tim is amazing at what he does. Highly recommend him great quality my nails last forever i have gone 2 months without a new set and not one breaks.

This place was a major let down for me. Their Instagram is gorgeous, and my friend personally recommended them, so I had to try them. I heard and read great things, but unfortunately, my first visit will be my last. I asked for a manicure along with my dip because my cuticles needed a bit of attention. Instead, she was aggressive with the drill, and my nails are misshapen, and no manicure. Im guessing she forgot because there were still several people after me and they were nearing close. They seem to be more interested in churning through customers than providing quality work. My pedicure was okayish except for the spot she missed and the skin she didnt pumice. I mean, I just spent a hundred bucks, why do my hands and feet still look jacked up? Ill spare you the picture of my toe with messed up polish and rough untouched callous...mind you, I really just left there. From what I hear, Tim is who you need to see. I did not see Tim. The techs were nice enough, but I would rather spend my time and my dollars in another nail shop.

My daughter has gotten her nails done on numerous occasions here and she hasnt been disappointed yet. Her nails always look EXCEPTIONAL! Ive gotten 2 pedicures & my feet feel light as feathers when Im done! The staff is AMAZING! They are friendly & professional.

Don’t mind the discoloration on my skin but this place is hands down THE BEST NAIL SPA in Houston. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming so i felt right at home. Tony did such a great job with my nails !! I love them so much. He was really detailed and did everything the way I prefer it without being asked to!! The shape, the length, the design, EVERYTHING!! The 20% off for students (Tuesday) and medical employees and teachers (Wednesday) is really a bonus as well!

I came in to get a full set and the woman who did my nails said it will be $5 to take them off I said okay she then claims I asked for a refill. The “sign in” sheet said full set. I did not want to cause a scene in the building so I left dissatisfied with my nails. Once it set in that this was terrible, I went back with someone who actually spoke the language to convey to them what I wanted and they told her that I didn’t have the money to pay for the full set (WHICH WAS JUST 10 DOLLARS MORE THAN A REFILL AND NOT A PROBLEM) and that she shouldn’t defend someone who was black and that she should have defended them because they are the same race. This literally came out of the mouth of the woman who did my nails just 2 hours earlier. I work in customer service and it was highly inappropriate for the workers to act in the manner as they did. I spend my money for the things I like and want and to say that she “doesn’t have money” instead of fixing what you have done shows the lack of customer service and the lack of humanity and compassion these people have in their shop. Even a gentlemen repeated the comment in English saying she doesn’t have the money that’s why she asked for a refill. I just wanted my nails to be fixed and look nice. I do not recommend anyone to get their nails done at this shop because this is what they think of you and us. That you do not have money, every single woman in the shop today was black and this is what they think of us. To not even offer to fix the mess that was made and immediately take jabs at race is disgusting.

First time here but I honestly really enjoyed my pedicure. Was great. The place is really small but they did a good job. Ill be back.

The worst customer service and unless you’re paying over 100$ they will not take your nails seriously. If u go here just be prepared for them to either cut your skin with the tool because of how much they rush their work or for them to treat u as if u are below them because of your race. 👎 sorry not sorry

The new owners are absolutely amazing. When you enter the salon you are greeted by a very friendly and down to earth staff. The salon is very relaxing and they offer many manicure, pedicure, and massage options. I got a full set coffin shape with lots of bling! Tim is the best at what he does. He is truly a artist. I constantly get compliments on my nails! I can’t remember the name of the lady that done my pedicure but she took her time and my massage felt very good. I would definitely be returning and I highly recommend them!

I drive in from the Houston Galleria area to come get my nails done here. Absolutely phenomenal every time. Thin nails but durable, beautiful shape and beautiful design and colors.

I have never written a review about any nail shop but I had to because, i left the shop irritated and unsatisfied. FIRST, Tony did my nails late after we set an appointment, he started my nails and was rushing . the shape was horrible and the nails were rough. They charge for everything even the air you breathe. Very bad customer service wasnt worth it.

Been looking for a nail salon for the past 5 years since I moved to the area. Was lucky to get a Saturday appointment the day of my baby shower. Nick did a fantastic job and made sure I liked his work along the way. He did the not beautiful ombré nails. A picture cannot capture the true beauty of his work. Thanks Nick! Super disappointed in the set of nails i got earlier today. i’ve been here once before and the set i had gotten was fairly decent so i hoped this time i’d get blown out of the water. that definitely did not happen. i went in for a fill on the set i had gotten and askedfor a color change. right off the bat i’m told it’ll be $40 when that’s how much i paid for the entire set. whenever i said i wanted ombré she said she couldn’t do it at first then said she could so i agreed. the ombré isn’t even done correctly the dark red color that was supposed to be the “ombré” is almost up to the top of my nails and on one of them it’s not blended at all whatsoever. super bummed. ending up paying $40 for a set i didn’t even like, and i won’t be coming back. thanks for the cool discount i guess.

I had the worst nails done this time. I had been to place a few times no major issues, used same tech each time. I don’t know what happened this around The work was rushed, nails were not smooth they were different shapes. I don’t want to go back to this place again.

They are well staffed so very little wait time. I got a mani and pedi and was pleased with the results. They offer complimentary water and soft drinks.

I am giving them 2 stars because they use extremely cheap products. Although I absolutely love how they get the coffin shape right for my nails, I have gone to this place 2 separate occasions and both times I have had a nail break. The first time I went the guy put a acrylic nail on my finger and it was actually already broken. Instead of him taking the nail off and replacing it, he fixed it with nail glue and then put the acrylic on. I was getting a full set by the way. The nail he “fixed” was the nail that broke. The second time I went here I got a refill and 2 weeks later my nail breaks off in the shower for no reason it didn’t even break my natural nail just the fake nail. A few days later my fingers and body starts to get an allergic reaction to the nails, such as tingling and pain in my hand and tips of my fingers. Also, when i itch an area afterwards it is a horrible reaction of bumps and worse painful itching. So beware if you are sensitive to cheap or fake products! I won’t be returning.

Will not be back! I thought I had finally found a nail salon with skilled technicians. I have seen the work of a few technicians and it seems as though they maybe skilled. I first received an overlay from KAY. Thought that she maybe a good technician but to the contrary she is not.I went to the nail salon on today, mind you this is not your most posh or upscale salon. Very run of the mill nail salon with typical workers. I looked past that because I thought I would receive a skilled service. I even looked over the fact that the customer service is subpar because it is hard to find skilled nail technicians.On today I recieved a refill with gel polish. I realized that KAY did not shape my nails properly at all. I brought it to KAYs attention that my nails were wide and misshaped. Instead of this woman correcting the problem, she tells me that my nail beds are misshaped. CRAZY! My nail bed is deformed is basically what she tells me instead of reshaping my nails correctly. I had to explain to her how foolish she sounded. I told her if she does not have the skill set to correct my nails then give me someone that could. So she corrected the shape. After doing so, the woman had a nasty attitude and had the audacity to tell me to book an appointment with someone else!! As though I would patronize such a place or her for that matter after my experience. I should have known better by simply going in the the salon... Like I said, a very typical run of the mill salon with subpar nail technicians that are extremely defensive, unprofessional, and insecure about the work that they perform.AVOID KAY!!! SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, DEFENSIVE WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE AND DOES SUBPAR WORK! SHE HAS NO PRIDE IN WHAT SHE DOES! You can not go just by what you see on instagram. Also, I believe if you are not spending over a certain amount they dont feel that they should give provide excellent work.Never AGAIN!!

So my original nail tech i booked for my birthday cancelled on me at the last minute.. mind you its my birthday so i wanted my nails done a special way. I found this nail salon on instagram so i called & made an appt and when i arrived I was seated right away, although once seated i still had to wait a little time but thats to be expected on a Saturday regardless and things happen. Phillip did my nails and I love them. I always get my nails in the coffin shape and this is the best coffin shape ive had in a while, my nails turned out just the way i wanted them for an even better price than what i was going to pay originally! Im happy i went here.

Omg... First of all I was looking for a new nail tech due to my old one doing my nails different than normal. I went to Instagram and found TIM!!!!!! The best decision I have made lately.. He did EVERYTHING I asked and more.. So many colors to choose from with powders and polish for toes. Fancy designs and jewels.. Shape is PERFECT .. BEWARE!!! DO NOT dare patronize this establishment! Tim, partial owner/nail tech, called the police on my 17 year old daughter over $5!!! She frequently went to Tim over the past year for the latest outrageous nails teenagers are into these days. She even followed him from Pearland after he continuously messaged her on social media to visit his new salon in Sugarland. Unfortunately he did a poor job on her nails but agreed to redo them to a more “basic” style. She proceeded to pay for her nails less the 20% discount offered to students on Tuesdays. He asked for her student ID, which is odd considering he knows she’s 17 as they have had a rapport for close to a year now. She told him she didn’t have it but proferred her driver’s license proving her age. He told her she still owed him $5 although the $45 she gave included a $5 tip. He then had a tech lock the door so she and her friend could not leave and called the police! The police arrived and agreed that the situation was frivolous. They then warned her that Tim did not want her back on the premises and if she returned she would be arrested! We are talking about a 17 yr old teenage girl! Are you kidding me?! All over proof of her student eligibility & $5 after she has given him hundreds & hundreds of dollars over the course of time she was a client. His behavior and treatment of a teenager is incomprehensible and disgusting! Please DO NOT support such a racist monster!

I felt rushed for a first time costumer, to remove my old set of nails was the worst experience. Broke my nail and made me bleed. Did not ask me to wash my hands to remove the powder off. One of my pet peeves is to take your time and make sure I feel welcome.
