Loved my experience. Made an appointment the day of and was in and out in 45 mins. I did a dip powder on my natural nail and the cost came out to $40. There is a wide selection of dip powders to choose from. The environment is friendly and professional.

Mimi was amazing!! She took her time perfecting my dip nails + tips + almond shape and I will 100% be back for her when I need to get my nails done again. Attached are pictures from when I first got my nails done to exactly two weeks later. They still look great despite the fact that I am not delicate with them!

Danny is the best.... my nails always look the best and laughed so long when he does my nails. They are a little bit pricier than most nail salons but I must say the quality of service you receive is worth it

Amazing place. This is the only place I’ve gone for quite some time. Once you have the right technician you’ll be happy. This is the only place I’ve seen with the volume of colors, technicians who can do different styles, and new products. I always have Laura for my pedi, she makes my feet feel like a baby’s bum! And I always have Jimmy for my manicures (gel or dip). Jimmy is extremely fast and always does an amazing job on top of that.

This has got to be my favorite nail spa so far. I’ve been to so many places looking for *right* one and this is it for me.So when I go to nail spas, my goal is to receive proper service as far as quality goes and to feel relaxed. They actually take their time and do a thorough job. It’s not rush rush rush and loud like other salons.I had gone to get my nails done for a wedding and my almond shaped acrylic nails lasted FOREVER! The quality was exceptional and you could tell my technician was working to make them look PERFECT!Every year I take my mom to get a pedicure for Mother’s Day and everywhere we go, she always has a comment to make. But even she had no complaints!I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if your salon goals are aligned with mine!

Went here for my moms birthday and had such a relaxing experience. We got manicures and pedicures; the colors were great and they gave amazing massages.I live out of town and will definitely be coming back again.

Pricey and did not do a good job. Doesnt even have a callous remover (although I didnt need it). The next day my left foot looked like athletes foot 🤮 and now Im freaking out.

I am writing this review while getting my Pedi done. When I moved to Texas I was looking for a good Pedi place and found them. Its been a year since i’ve been coming here once in 15 days.The reason why I decided to write a review is coz of the Leslie. My O my!!! I haven’t received service like this.Normally when they hear its a regular pedi, they are done in 15-20 mins but this girl gave me a royal service.Please schedule your appointment with Leslie, you wont be disappointed.She definitely is getting a good tip

Pricey for what?? I tried this place for the first time today and the service was horrible. Took the technician almost 2 hours for a gel pedicure?? Worse is she didn’t know what she was doing. The manager of course still charged me full price after wasting my time and switching techs.. $115 for white tips and gel pedicure? Oh please. Won’t be going back. They just care about getting your money.

Very relaxing. My hands and feet look fabulous. I liked the way they listened to my wishes. The atmosphere was peaceful...like a mini vacatiin.

The staff was so nice but they didnt do a good job with my nails at all. I just asked for french nails and they couldnt do it which is really disappointing since its such a basic style. Definitely not worth the price.

The fresh fruit rub downs, hot rocks, heated towel wraps, leg and foot massages. VIP services with a smile!

This place is absolutely gorgeous inside and they have plenty of people which is great but the service just was not 5 star. They said the would match the polish and I tried to tell them it didnt match but they kept applying coats in hopes of a good match. No luck. These services take time so to wait for a do-over is not feasible when you have things to do. My friend swears by this so Ill assume it was a fluke.

Jimmy did my nails special for my baby shower. I showed him a picture and he did it beyond my expectations. Lilly did my daughters nails and my daughter fell in love with Lilly. She is very personable and super amazing with children. I highly recommend this place. You wont be disappointed.

1. My real nails were made much shorter than the agreed upon length2. I was burned by the tool multiple times after telling the technician my hands are sensitive to the heat3. This is the finished result.My pedicure was perfect, however, I will not be returning to this establishment which is a shame as it’s only 1 mile from my home.

Great experience. Theyre very professional. There was no wait time which I love because I honestly dont have time to wait around, especially if I already make appointment. So I really appreciate that they started immediately when I arrived for my appointment. Jimmy was great, so was the lady who did my pedicure. Price was reasonable for the quality they provided. Id recommend them for friends and family.

My daughter and I had gone to this salon a few times and it was fine. Unfortunately today was different. I was getting tips glued on and somehow, the glue squirted out of the tube and landed in my eye. It was really a freak accident. My right eye ended up glued shut and some of the glue landed on my forehead and glued a few strands of hair to my skin. By this time, both my daughter and I were done with our pedis and she was done with her mani. My mani wasn’t done but I was in a lot of pain so I left to go to the emergency room. The manager and two other employees followed us outside asking for money. One even had the nerve to tell me I should get a lawyer and sue the shop but it wasn’t her fault so I should pay her. They saw what happened and didn’t care at all that because of their employee my eye was glued shut. They just wanted money. After standing outside arguing with the manager about it he finally let it go. I went to St Michael emergency room. They irrigated my eye and removed as much of the glue as they could but they couldn’t get out the glue on my eyeball because the doctor said he could end up causing more damage if he started digging around. He said it should come out on its own eventually. I also have chunks of glue in three places on my lashes. These people are uncaring and unethical. I do not recommend anyone patronize them.

I asked for the venetian manicure only because of the extended hand and arm massage and I was not impressed. I do not recommend Jenny for manicures. They message your hands and arms at two different times, probably using this technique to make it seem longer but total massage time was probably 6-8 minutes, not enough to make me leave my current place. While she trimmed my cuticles she did not cut much off since it had been a while since my last manicure but maybe they werent as bad as I thought. Roughly 30 minutes later after my hands adsorbed the lotion I could see where the cuticle needed to be trimmed and some nails were square and some round, I only have the round shape on my natural nails, not sure how this detail got by the technician.

My shellac didn’t even last a week. Very disappointed. The service was amazing and the place is beautiful, but the shellac is supposed to last longer than a week.

First time visit. Won’t go back. Charged for services other salons include - callous removal and shellac removal. Take your own polish off before arriving or they’ll charge you for it. Pedicure super fast. Get more for your money elsewhere.

Felt the guy who did my nails rushed through it got a dip done on my natural nails. He added $5 extra without telling me “because I’m nails is long” which seems to me looks short. When you charge someone extra $5 you let the client know the reason why, don’t let them find out last minute when they’re about to pay. He also left little gaps... which makes no sense. $45 was a waist.. first time that I visited and last time.

The place is very clean and new.. The staff is very attentive. However I was very disappointed that cleaning or trimming cuticles on both hands and feet and scrubbing feet with a pumice not part of the packages... they charged extra..... the prices on powder coated nails are very reasonable.... Im just not sure if I would go back and get another pedicure from them. I ended up spending 50% more than I anticipated. However they did take me as a walk-in mediately. Basically when they say pedicure thats washing your feet and putting lotion on and painting your toenails. When they say powder coat nails theres no hands scrubs no cuticle trimming no paraffin wax, just your nails done and lotion put on.... just dont expect bells and whistles no bang for your buck....Reply;Thats all very good, but in my opinion I expect a pumice foot polish and cuticle trimming during a pedicure and not to be add on charges.....No i didnt receive a foot scrub with a pumice bar during a pedicure, I had to point it out and no the cuticle grooming fee wasnt addressed at the time of service.....I was informing the public not to expect the normal services that other salons provide as a given that your salon provides as add on fees.....nothing wrong with that....if you took it as negativity then thats on you. I did mention mostly positive feed back....

Overall, its pretty good, but my biggest complaint is that the chairs are jammed together, not helping to create a calming atmosphere. Last time I went, I had the nail tech doing the customer next to with his backside basically in my face the entire time; not pleasant. There are three chairs in a row on each side; why do they ALWAYS leave the chair by the wall empty and jam people in together? It would be so easy to leave the middle chair empty unless the salon gets full. Also the last time, I had a new person do my pedicure - it took forever! Turned out well in the end, but wow.......

I’m very upset with the customer service of this place. Usually I’m happy with the results of my nails but the last “technician” didn’t do a clean nor a satisfactory job will my shellac manicure. I told the staff about my dissatisfaction and I was provided options to either get my nails fixed same day or come back in 2 weeks to get it fixed. Bc I was there for 2 hours I chose to come back later. I requested the check out staff to note my account to avoid issues. He said he would. I went back today after finally having time and still within my two weeks and I was told the best that can be offered is 20% discount. The lady told me I should have come within a week. They should figure out their policy on screw ups before telling a customer two different things. I will not be going here again bc the customer service is not reliable nor trustworthy.

My nail technician, Chau, did a fantastic job on my dipped nails. A few of my nails got stuck to the towel (my fault, I wasnt paying attention) and she was happy to fix them. She did a coffin shape and it turned out great. The nails are the perfect thickness -- thin, not super thick and chunky. $50 for a full set of dipped nails, including the $5 upcharge for the coffin shape. I highly recommend this place, customer service is great, the place is really clean, and they have HGTV and Food Network playing on their TVs 👍🏻

Me and my husband just visited here for the first time. We got pedicures and I got a full set and he got a manicure. The place was clean the service was awesome I will be back. I think i found a new spot my last spot time has ended. Thanks Calvin, Vincent and lin we had a great experience and we was there the last hour and didnt feel rushed at all. The wine was a plus I never mind spending my money when the service ir great!

I made an appointment for 12:30 for maní and pedí and requested Calvin, they instantly took me to the pedi chair took the polish off my nails but no one came for my nails, I kept asking where is Calvin? Well they told me he could see me 45 minutes later !! So dishonest and disrespectful to costumers !! I could not just leave because they already started working on my feet but a had to wait another 45 minutes for the guy to get my nails done ?? Add 2 hours of refill time. Very unprofessional !! Not the first time I had to wait even with an apointment made but this time they just crossed the line ! I missed a Dr appointment and had to pay a 35$ fee for not showing on top of my 80$ service at the nail salon, I was expecting at least an apology from the owner but she didn’t even do that, that says a lot! I definitely don’t recommend a place that doesn’t care about costumers . If you value your time and money don’t go there.

Ive only been there once to get my nails done. I got powder nail and the next day the powder nail started coming off.

The lady who did my manicure made my finger bleed. It has only been two days, and my nail polish is already coming off. Never going back here again.

Made a appointment for my step-mom, got there before the set time to check in. Waited there for 45 mins. and my step-mom never got seen...bad business specially for a new customer.

I didnt have a good experience with my pedicure service and when they asked ti redo it they A wasted my time and B wasnt done right anyway because the same technician redid it.
