I have been here many times, it’s convenient and the service and quality has been good in the past. Today is my last time! She cut my toe and the rest of them are sore and polish was peeling of hours later. I hope I do not get an infection from the horrible pedicure I got today.

Love my fall color. Every time I come in, I have no problem finding my polish because they color-coordinate their racks so it makes it much easier to find. Theres so much to choose from. I usually switch back and forth between regular manicures and shellac, depending how much time I have to sit and let my paint dry. Theyve fixed my nails when it peels or messes up too soon. My only complaint is sometimes its hard to communicate with the ladies, some understand exactly what you want and some dont.

I have been here before the pandemic and had no problem. Went in recently and staff is not wearing masks. Even after I pointed it out, still no masks. If they dont respect the customers enough to wear a mask, what other hygiene short cuts are they taking? NEVER AGAIN. Your business is not down due to the pandemic, it is because you dont follow the rules and keep your customers safe.

Katy was AMAZING!!!! Today was my first time using her. She’s the nail tech I’ve been looking for my whole life. Like honestly, I know I sound dramatic but no...she’s amazing. No one else will ever touch my nails again. Love you Katy, thanks soooo much!!

I love this place so much! I always get here close to closing time and they ALWAYS give me good service. I never feel like it’s rushed. Thank you Helen and to the two sweet ladies who always do my nails! They’re amazing!!

Loved my experience today!!! The calming Christmas music really put me in the Holiday spirit! Linda is amazing and my nails look great! The entire staff is warm and friendly! Awesome experience!!!

Nails done by pleasant man but so thick I’ve never seen anything like it!It will take a lot of work to fix the mess he made.Pedicure good but lady was RUDE and did not listen to anything I asked for demanding she knew better.Will never go back.

I always come here to do my pedicure. Good prices and service. They always try to make you feel comfortable and are reasonable.

I had my first visit to La Royale about a week ago, I love the location and atmosphere. I went in for a mani/pedi and came out feeling completely rejuvenated. I chose the Deluxe Lavender Pedicure, it was by far the best pedicure that Ive had in a long time. I am very picky about my nails, so I had yet to find a place that lived up to my expectations. La Royale nailed it!!! They have definitely earned a repeat customer.

This place is terrible! I will never return here again.This was my first time here and my experience was terrible! The first price that was given to me by the front desk clerk for a pedi was $45 and when the tech begin to remove my current nail color she told me it was $55! Then I decided to try the dip powder and AGAIN after removing my current nail color she told me a different price then I expected to pay. And to top it all of the tech cut me! I was very disappointed with the services I received at this nail shop. Be cautious before you say YES to any of the services!

My fav nail place in SL!! Everyone in here is so sweet and personal. And most importantly- they do great work and always want to make sure you are satisfied.

They never offer me anything to drink, but they offer to everyone around me. Agree with the other poster. Service starts out great, but lessens the more you return, which is unfortunate, because it is such a nice place. Worst polish job ever. If it bubbles, its on too thick. As professionals, they should know this. I had to redo it when I got home. Wont be returning.

While I was staying over at my friends house in Sugar Land, my friend and I decided to go to this nail salon to get our nails done for the party. I truly enjoyed the service and the environment here:) The tech, Lisa, was the lady who did my pedicure and she gave me the BEST massage.

I have alwaYs had good service at this Salon for 6 years plus... But up until today service horrible..i simply wanted to get my nails taken off and now all of a sudden they cant take my nails off...I have alwaYs been a loyal customer until today... never returning Ever

HORRIBLE!!! I took my entire bridal party on my wedding day with an appointment. I had been there before and loved the place and attitudes. We were all treated so bad! We werent offered anything to drink while everyone around us were, they put all of us off, because they didnt agree with what I wanted. We got nothing but attitude the entire time. Not to mention everyones nails came off within 2 days...and they were beyond over priced!!! I will never in my life go back

I love getting massages here! Hana usually does my fills, and get the orange pedi if you have the time.

I love coming to this place! The staff is always very friendly and they take their time doing my nails. Lisa is my favorite, shes such a sweetheart!

I have come here several times and generally like the manicures and pedicures but a few months ago a huge roach was running sound and today a rat ran through. None of the employees seemed concerned and just giggled when they saw the rat. A little girl that was about 3 was walking around without her shoes on because her toes were just painted and I had to warn her mom. No one told them anything about the rat somewhere in the area they were in. It was a terrible experience. I am so appalled.

I treated myself with my 2 daughters to a pedi, mani, waxing, and it was incredibly overpriced. the shop was very dusty, and I was not offered a drink like others around me. I am fairly sure 2 of the employees were arguing over customers. I thought it was very unprofessional. Prices should always be listed where customers can see them. Oh, and a lot of their nail polish was very old. They added thinner to my nail polish and it chipped in 2 days.

I have been here several times and been happy but after today I will not return. I had a piture of exactly what I wanted, Ive had the same color scheme once before and other colors. She did not round all of my small toe nails like I asked. I asked for white french tips and black base colors for my pedicure. The black was not a solid black color and the polish was all over my skin AFTER she cleaned it up with a small brush and remover. She proceeded to put white on top of the black so I told her to remove the black on the tips bc it will show thru the white. She asked thin or thick and I said thick, she said you cant do thick bc you tie nails are short. Ive had this style in different colors done before so I can it can be done. The lines where she removed the polish were not straight with my toes nails and when I told her this she said told me why they were this way. I told her to remove the nail polish and I would go somewhere else. The lady in the front was staring close by and just walked away. They all were not concerned with what just happened. I will not return where bad customer service is given.

Did not offer me a lit of services. Gave me an express pedicure...no massage...no exfoliation.. NO extras for $25!! NOT impressed.

Horrible attitude of the people there, caste differentiation and pathetic job. Rates too high.i would rather ask for refund for waiting my time there. I went for manicure and m not at all happy with the work done. Even they ask for complimentary drinks to some people but what about others are they sitting and doing it for free !!!

It used to be a really nice place, expensive but good....but it has slowly gotten horrible, went for a pedicure last time, and the girl did nothing g but talk to the girl next to her didnt pay any attention to what she was doing and took a chunk of skin of my right foot because of this....wont go there again
