I recently purchased a LG washer and dryer set. I went to view it in person and it was ok but very dirty. I asked would the machines be cleaned before delivery and the woman I spoke to said yes. I asked her 3 times before I left and each time, she confirmed that the machines would be clean. They were delivered today and guess what, not cleaned at all! Dirty as hell. I am currently pregnant and now I have to clean them myself. These are huge machines. I understand when purchasing used appliances that they will be a bit dinged and scratched. Why would ANYONE sell a dirty set of appliances especially when you call yourself a used appliance store? I paid $650 for this set +$60 for delivery. These pictures arent even all of what I saw upon delivery. I had to record the condition of the washer. I would not purchase from here again.Response to owner:That just means that NO ONE inspects the appliances before they are delivered which makes this business even more unprofessional. Unless you are willing to refund a portion of my total price, there is nothing that you can do. I never wouldve purchased this had I known it would be delivered to me in the condition that it was.

Ordered online and my washer and dryer were delivered within the hour. The guys that delivered were great. They hooked everything up and tested it.

Highly recommend this place. We purchased a fridge & washer/dryer set- both delivered & installed on time. We had problems with the dryer, which turned out to be an electrical issue on our end. The guys installing had to come back out 3 separate times to reinstall our dryer for us after we had an electrician out to fix our issue. Never complained & were super polite in helping us out! Very impressed with this company.

Pulled up at 5:55. The website, Google, the hours on their door all say they close at 6. Shouldnt have 6 as a closing time if thats not when they actually close. Waste of time
