Perfection! I needed 2 nails since they were broken and I absolutely love the shorter coffin shape because I’m terrible with long finger nails. I was disappointed I would’ve had to remove every nail to change the color but that totally cool because I’m obsessed & received so many compliments on this robins egg light blue color even got the matching OPI color they had on my toes. Overall excellent experience & will go back.

Visited the salon on two occasions the technician was very rough in removing my nails. Never have I been to a salon and they grind the nail off as opposed to soaking. Tech cut my real nail after I asked her not to do so.The powder (yes powder) nails lasted about one week before they started breaking off. That has never happened. Went to fix my nail to get the same color and two days later broken again.. I will not return te quality and treatment wasnt there for me

Ive been coming here for years and I came in on Saturday to get my regular dip nails. Today all of the dip came off and I didnt come in having an issue, I just explained that it normally lasts for 3 weeks and this time it has not even been 1 WEEK. The owner charged me full price to fix them and said it was my fault I didnt call when it happened. I was at work and booked the apt right after I got off of work. Working in the beauty industry myself this was poor customer service. I will be finding a new place after being a loyal customer for YEARS.

Too bad, I paid 80 dollars, she injured me and the blood came out, and the second day of my manicure, the gel was removed from its place.

You Get What you Pay for and it’s worth it. I came in last minute to for a manicure and pedicure. My manicure was the basic and was met with lack luster attitude from the lady that did it, but my pedicure was amazing. I got the crystal pedicure with Kelly and she took such good care of me. Excellent experience due to her hard work. Will return and ask for Kelly every time!

I got Gel Mani. The technican didn’t cut my cuticle and put oil massage when she’s done. She gave me an oil bottle and said “Put it by yourself” by Vietnamese languages. And then twodays later, my thumb and index fingers nail felt off so I had to put something similar on. When you speak same language, it’s posibility that people take it less appropriate. However, due to the service I had, first time comes here would also be last time.

I usually don’t get my nails done here, but had a gift certificate, so I asked my friend to join me for relaxing mani/pedis! It was nice enough and we both went home liking our nails. The next day one of my shellac nails had chipped and several more were beginning to peel. My friend experienced the same issue with a different color of paint and nail technician. I spent 30 dollars for nails that should last a week at minimum. I went back three days later to explain the situation and ask for a refund. The woman, Kim, I was met by was extremely rude. She claimed that she could not refund even though I heard her give the lady before me a refund for something else. As I addressed each of these issues, maintaining my cool, Kim, was obviously becoming more annoyed and upset. I finally got her to give me half of a refund in the form of a gift card. I will be gifting this card to someone else, as I told her I will never be coming back. Sorry to whoever has the next birthday!

Paid $40 for a full set and they are the WORST set of nails Ive ever had, and the lady wanted to argue with me about a crooked tip and gave attitude because I told her to take it off and put another one....I will NEVER go back

50$ for dip nails. I came in with grown out nails (took me forever) then she clipped them short said they weren’t the same length. Now I have to start growing them again. I think her name was Tina, she has Tattooed brows.

OMG!! This is my go to place from now on. I️ visited for my birthday and they truly treated me like a queen and my daughter like a princess. We both had spa pedicures which included a good massage AND Paraffin wax for only 35$. Linda and Jennifer are super sweet and funny. We highly recommend this spa. We will be back!

I had the best pedicure and a very mediocre manicure. I will go back but Ill make sure that I dont get the same person who gave me the manicure. Everything went great until she painted my nails. She seemed very adept and painted them very quickly. It wasnt until I was outside in broad daylight that I saw how poorly they were painted.The salon is very nice and the people are very friendly. Lien, who gave me my pedicure, was great!

Nancy is the best here! My partner and I love to come here for a relaxing date. I highly recommend a one hour facial by Nancy. You will leave totally relaxed and refreshed. Best place to get nails and skincare done in Sugarland.

I’ve enjoyed pedicures here so they get two stars, however my recent shellac manicure was really bad. I got the manicure on Sunday and it was lifting off the edges of my nails by Tuesday. As I type this review Friday night the lifting is so bad that I have to go get my nails done tomorrow. The shellac is also getting air bubbles which means their product was old, or the application was too heavy handed.Lastly, I noticed that the nail tech painted the shellac very low so it would look like my nails grew out faster which is a big no for me. I won’t be coming back here again.

I heard great things about this place from a friend so my mom and I thought we’d try it since we don’t have a salon we like anymore. They’re pretty rude and make you feel uncomfortable and like they’re constantly judging you. Their prices are too high for the service and the quality. Last time I was there I got shellac and literally within 2 days it was peeling off. Not coming back anymore.

Let me start by saying I used to love going to this nail salon and would go on a regular basic while I was attending college classes, which only was 2 years ago. The nail techs were amazing and very personable and gentle; actually seemed like they cared to take their time and not hurt me.Fast forward to the beginning of November. My mother-in-law and I went for shellac manicures and pedicures. We picked our colors and once in the pedicure chair, I was informed the color I choose for my nails for not work. That was no big deal! I just told my nail tech I would use the same color as my MIL, with that being said...I asked if I could change the color for my toes because she was not even close to that point in the process. The nail tech seemed like I inconvenienced her. I asked for a ivory, pearl like color to which she did not understand what I was asking for, made me feel like I was asking for something completely off the wall. After she had had another tech explain what I had asked for, she brought over a white nail polish and I did not argue with the color because it had already caused a bit of a problem.We left and just wrote it off as they were possibly having a bad day, even though they were not busy.Now shellac is supposed to last two weeks if done properly. I have had shellac polish last 5 weeks with only the grown out nail being the problem, no nicks, peeling or dullness. With this visit, my nails began chipping and peeling within the first two days and all of my nails except for my pinky’s looking absolutely terrible only five to eight days after.This was the second time in the past 4 months my shellac did not last any amount of time. I tried to give them a second chance hoping the first time I returned would be back to how they used to be but was disappointed again.They charge more than the nail salons were I live now with worse service. We will be making appointments with another salon the next time we are in town!

Overcharged, when I first arrived the rep ask what I needed to be done, sat down everything was ok. After nail techs claim the lady didnt understand English very well so what I want wasnt clear to the ladies they keep switching out . I asked for one thing and they did another. I have been a regular at this spa for over 6 years now and we are always treated well. I take my entire family for pedis and Manis and we enjoy ourselves with convos with the ladies we have endeared through the years. Sometimes there is a wait, but never too long. They are quick to service and efficient in their delivery.

The kept yelling at me to pick a color and the staff was rude . I understood what they were saying and it was not pleasing at all to were she had to leave the room because they thought there jokes were funny my nails were good but overpriced. DO NOT COME HER THEYLL LAUGH AT AND TALK BAD IN OTHER LANGUAGE WITHOUT U HEARING

The very luxurious nail salon that I have been to and without setting-up a prior appointment. Very friendly nail technicians. Large boutique, with plenty of massage chairs. Services are a little pricey but enjoyable, nonetheless.

Service definitely declined...I probably won’t come back here. Ever since the 2 nail technicians that I always worked with left, for the last couple of times I came here I was disappointed with the job for my Shellac manicure and my pedicure. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. When I initially checked review they were in the 4 star rating, you can see that the service is bad when it goes down to 3 star, I won’t be surprised if they drops to 2. The lady that manages it is a nice lady though. Management should hire the right people. I just got tired of complaining about it. I need to find a new place :(

I’ve been coming here for over a year and they used to be really great, with amazing nail techs that knew what they were doing but most of the tech’s now are just there for a check. I gave them a second chance today. Bad decision.I have been growing my nails out for weeks so I could get shellac polish. The nail tech accidentally clipped my nails done to my nail bed.... I told her I didn’t even want color anymore just throw on some gloss and that was it. They charged me $30 for something I didn’t even want and really for their mistake. Will never come back.

Been a long time customer. Waited 30 minutes just to refill my dip nail color. They seated pedicures first no matter the order of who entered first. The Male technician was rough taking off the nail and chipped a little off my natural nail.Not friendly, long wait and sometimes its a toss up of who can do a good job.The previous visit the tech did not curve the edges properly around the cuticles and I had to come back and wait 50 minutes to have another tech fix the problem. (Tipped $10 to get it fixed since she was clearly aggravated she had to do it)I think I will be trying another nail salon.

This nail salon is best in the area. Nice, clean, and they have plenty of employees to take care of you. They take their time while servicing your needs. If you have a skin condition, ask for Ms. Ann. She will take extra care of you!

I take my mom here whenever I come to town. They are friendly and professional. They are gentle and kind to my 85 year old mom. They always do a great job on my nails, as well.

I’ve been going to the same girl for a couple of years now. The last few months she seems very put out, never smiles, never asks how you are doing. Cold! I tip her very well. It’s like I’m a bother for giving her my business. I’m really thinking it is my last time to go there. I take my husband there, my grown boys go there periodically. The girls (technicians) sometimes are talking so loud and laughing it’s not relaxing nor enjoyable. Too many other spas to pick from so will move on....

I used to love this place. Last few times I have been I have not been pleased. My last pedicure was terrible. I went back for my regular fill and decided to go french tip. It was so bad you could see right through the clear all of the scratches on my nails from my previous powder. Wont be coming back.

I felt like because I was using a gift certificate that I didnt get the best service. My toe nails started chipping almost immediately, something that has never happened to me before. I will not be returning. The employeds were nice but the results were awful.

My first visit here was amazing.it was clean it smells good and the prices were very affordable. I was told that what I was getting which was powder overlay with the shellac gel finish that it would last 3 weeks so I was super excited. I had a gift certificate to this place for a mani and pedi that I received on Mothers Day. They were so nice and welcoming and they did an awesome job on my set. But the next day one of my nails cracked it was really tiny so I didnt bother but the day after that I got three more cracks on two Nails. so I called and made an appointment for them to correct my nails and they were willing. as soon as I arrived the vibe was totally ddifferen. Mandy didnt welcome me at all she basically gave an excuse for why it happened and the entire time she didnt say a word to me and I barely even got any eye contact. as I walked out I said thank you Mandy...and I know she heard me but she kept talking with the other customer. its crazy because I was looking for a new nail salon and I love everything about them but never mind. I gave this spot 2 staes because they fixed it and my nails are cute. But I do not like the ladies demeanor when they have to any previous work.PS. Im the type of person who writes reviews for my first time experiences.
