Going to Performance Pilates has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I have learned and am learning so much that I have found incredibly valuable. All the instructors are incredible. Ive worked the most with Cody, and she is incredibly calm, patient, and kind. All the instructors are well trained, super smart, and great teachers. This place is fantastic and the real deal.
I have been working remotely with Cody for 3 months. I have quite a way to go to release 70+years of fascia, but Cody has infinite patience and skill with her verbal cues. I am amazed at how much better I feel and how much I’m learning. It helps that we are both equestrians and my riding has really improved.If I didn’t live in Colorado, I’d be in the studio in a heartbeat! I HIGHLY recommend this awesome place!
I have been a client for over ten years, and have worked with both Cody and Michelle on the Reformer as well as Mat. Before I retired, I traveled a great deal for business and welcomed the relief to my stiff joints that Pilates provided. After retirement, I have not been as active, resulting in other aches and pains that can be very frustrating. Most recently, I have been working with Cody to address some of these issues using their Myofascia Release techniques. Just learning how our joints and muscles are inter-connected and how much tension is held within has been fascinating, but more importantly, these sessions have alleviated much of the pain I was experiencing.Like anything else, it is a process, but both Cody and Michelle are sensitive to each individual andwhat’s going on in your body at any given time.I can’t say enough about how special these two are! Getting stronger without pain is a blessing!
Michelle and Cody are amazing! These gals know what theyre talking about. I have been working with Michelle for a few months now, and Ive just recently added Codys Weight Class. The impact its had on my body has far exceeded my expectation. Im hooked!
2nd time Ive been to this studio, both times excellent results. This time it is for a bum wrist injury but have also learned how to correctly use my home pilates reformer, how to relax driving, even how not to be so tense (better posture) at office typing all day long. Yesterday experienced Rossiter technique which helped my wrist more than 4 other practitioners up to now, after 2 yrs of suffering with it. Not totally fixed but feels 80% better after 1 session with this technique. Cody is patient, thorough and recommend her and this studio without reservation. Im into results, getting it here.

Performance Pilates is a wonderful experience. I have been trained previously at another Pilates studio in Florida and the depth and breathe of the instructor here is amazing. She is dedicated and really cares about her clients, coaching them to be better, try harder and the benefits are amazing. I highly recommend the private sessions, there is so much to learn about the fascia Pilates method vs the others. I will miss them when I move away.
I believe Pilates is a great way to get in shape. This workout does not stress your joints, there is no jumping, no running, no quick jerky movements. This type of workout is good for all ages, both men and women. Do not be surprised if you are sitting up taller and holding your stomach in after the first class. My body loves this workout, it pushes you to go further and do more. In my opinion its a stress reliever, with impressive stretching. I urge you to try the introductory offer - I truly believe you will be glad you did. You owe it to yourself to try Pilates with Performance Pilates.
Love this studio! the classes are small which means individual attention from the instructors to correct form, movement, etc. The instructors are amazing and really take the time to show you how to properly use the machines.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start trying Pilates!
I have been going to the studio twice a week for a month. I have noticed progress in my flexibility; and my mind is more relaxed. I am learning to Let Go. Its the perfect workout for me, both physically and mentally. The studio is clean, Michelle and Cody are knowledgeable and patient with everyones different levels of flexibility, and its just a great atmosphere.
All of the teachers are different all of them are great they all have something wonderful to offer. I suggest trying all of them out and see what fits your liking. Performance Pilates has a very professional attitude A very open and receptive attitude towards all of their clients .
I have tried multiple instructors and each one is excellent. Each one is a bit different, in their own way, but each vary their classes so that you keep engaged and strengthen each visit. I have immensely enjoyed every class.

I Margaret, enjoy the small classes so I get a good workout while learning new techniques. The professional instructors taking care of each individuals needs always keeping safety in mind. Very clean facilities. The Buff Bones Class is great for those with back ailments.Teaches ways to get up and down without stressing the back.
Great place the owner really helps you out explains all her programs and what might work for you. I will definitely continue to go it really helps me out
This place is so inviting and energetic!! Im not the workout type but when I decided I wanted to do Pilates, I stepped foot into Performance Pilates. Cody and Michelle take the time to explain thoroughly the myofascia lines and how to be AWARE when doing pilate movements!! So worth it, try them out 😀

Michelle and Cody invest highly in keeping themselves up to date and increasing their knowledge of the anatomy and biomechanics behind what they teach. They are always attending new courses and they have great passion for teaching. I have been with Michelle for about 4 years. When I stopped pilates I noticed a difference in my body and in the health of my back. I highly recommend this studio. The environment and atmosphere is great!

I can highly recommend Performance Pilates for people who are not athletic and for people with healing injuries. The fascia release is excellent, making further stretching and strength building very successful.

I am a 260lbs male Houston FireFighter who started dealing with some significant back issues. My wife recommended that I try pilates to help improve my flexibility that would maybe alleviate some back pain. So, i gave it go and did not think much of it until I actually went through a class. I left in a pool of sweat wondering what just happened. I realized how inflexible I really was. The team at Performance Pilates was very patient with me and realized I had zero background in this type of workout. Cody and Michelle has really developed an amazing studio. I challenge any male or female who thinks pilates is for the weak at heart to work with this team of awesome instructors at this studio. They will dedicate the time and passion to help you achieve a very healthy spine.
