After getting a referral from a friend of mine I got ahold of Jed. I needed a transmission put in my 03 F350. I dropped the truck off on a Sunday and got a text from Jed Monday afternoon. Keep in mind I didnt ask for it to be rushed or was pushy in any way. This blew me away. I went and picked up the truck the next day. When I got there Jed pointed out some other issues on the truck that I knew about and a few that I didnt. I told him that I had planned on doing most of this myself. He never said no dont do that. In fact he recommended some parts that would make things easier and parts to stay away from. Not many shops would be willing to do this especially with a first-time customer but he did. Customer service is above anything that I have experienced with any repair shop. Will definitely take anything there that I cant do myself without thinking twice.

I commute about 40 miles to Ames every day for work. Had a slow leak from my output shaft seal that decided to let go. Was loosing fluid faster than I could fill it. Jed called all over to get the right part and had it to go super fast. Better than dealer quality work for fraction of the price, with that added personal touch.

I have an F 350 Dually and I drive for a living so when Im down, Im losing money. Found CIDP in google and got Jed on the phone. Described my problem and he knew immediately what the issue was. Ended up repairing an exhaust issue and recommending some other upgrades which I agreed to. All for significantly less than other shops I have been to. If you want access to some diesel mechanics that really know their craft then I recommend you reach out to these guys. My truck is running better than ever and Ill only bring it back here for any fixes in the future.
