Double charged after booking reservation was quoted $89 for 4 hours when I returned the 10ft truck with only having it 2.5 hours they debited my account $200 !! Maumelle Uhaul ripped me off for a trip from Maumelle to Sherwood

I called to verify that they were open and spoke with Mark. He said they were open and would be happy to assist me. I drove over and met with Mark in person. He was extremely polite and helpful. The UHaul lot was clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this UHaul location over others that Ive visited (even though none of them are bad, this location just seems to be extremely well kept). Great job Mark, Ill be talking to you again soon.

None of the previous renters returned their truck on time, so we were stuck waiting over an hour for our reserved truck. The worker was very nice and we realize it wasnt his fault, but there has to be a better system for making sure trucks are returned on time and compensating renters who get screwed over by it.

Best place to get a uhaul. The guys who work there are absolutely adorable. So nice and will help you with anything.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL!! I spent $660.00 to rent a truck 1 way. 10 minutes onto the road the truck starts to idle up. I called uhaul to get another truck. I was told a new truck was available. I returned the truck immediately . Upon returning the truck I was told no other trucks were available. Roadside never called me back. I called rad to wait an hour and a half to get another truck. I had to move that day. I was set back several hours. Very bad service!!!

I reserved my trailer rental earlier in the day and went to pick it up later that day. Went through all the rental paper work process, which took about 15-20 minutes, because the individual (John) was having problems getting their system to process my credit card. Finally got all the required paper work done, then John told me hed be right out to help me get my rental trailer. Instead of coming right out to help me get my rental trailer, John started helping the next customer in processing all his paper work, instead of finalizing my rental. We waited 20-25 minutes with my grandchild in his car seat, while John chose to go ahead and start helping the next customer. The next customer got his rental trailer and was gone from the Uhaul facility, before I got my rental trailer. That was rude and inconsiderate, but John didnt seem to care. John also failed to properly secure (tighten down) the hitch to the ball, which was very concerning as well. Drop off process was not that easy either.
