Today was my first time visiting this salon. My friend and I both got pedicures. I believe we got the lux pedicure. The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and warm. However, once I got home and actually looked at my feet, I see my feet still have dry dead skin on them. After tip, I paid almost $80. So unfortunately Ill not be returning. I thought I had found a local salon to go to (Im somewhat new to the area).

DO NOT recommend! I was charged $70…for a full set 15$ extra for “long nails” when I asked 3 times to go shorter she wouldn’t listen. My nails are crooked and looks horrible biggest waste of my money ever. This is honestly sad I looked forward to getting my nails done all day to end it hating them more than when I walked in.

Today was my first time visiting. I am more than satisfied with my new tech Bobbi, and the services. For the first time I did not feel like someone was rushing me out of the chair. I was attended to with great detail and professionalism. This place is awesome. So if you are like me and looking for a place that is clean and meticulous, AND DOES AWESOME WORKMANSHIP!!! LOOK NO FURTHER. YES THIS IS IT... ITS NAIL TIME!!!!!😃❤❤❤💯💯

This was my first time here after looking around for nail salons and I have to say, one big thing for me that this place has is that the inside of the salon is so pretty and clean! I got a fill in with french tips and my nail tech was so gentle and sweet. She made sure I was satisfied with my nail shape and even suggested switching the color I had originally picked out so that my nail would look brighter and exactly the way I wanted! The other techs were nice as well, smiling and creating conversation! I’m very pleased with my service and will be coming back! Thank you so much :)

This was my first visit. After reading the reviews, I decided to try Nail Time. I requested Amy for my manicure and pedicure. Amy is excellent. She truly cares about her clients. This was probably my best pedicure in a very long time. Nail Time is very clean and very professional. It is also very quiet ~~ which equates to relaxing. I have found my new nail salon and spa! Had an appointment here on Saturday, May, 22 at 3pm. I was taken immediately by Bonnie, and she was wonderful. Shes great at fitting tips, and her acrylic work was clean and concise. The ombre looks amazing, I will definitely be back 🥰

I really like Nail Time, it is very clean and welcoming. The employees are polite and very friendly. They take their time and dont give you a bum job. I had my eye brows, and nails done, and I was very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone that I know that like profession.

My husband and I came here to get pedicures. He has very sensitive feet and we’ve tried A LOT of nail places and they always cut too deep. The technicians here were so good I was very surprised. Loan and JT were amazing, we will definitely be coming back here for future pedicures. So glad we found a place that doesn’t rush to finish and is gentle on your skin.

This was my first time at this salon, but it won’t be my last! Everyone was very pleasant, efficient and I had a wonderful first experience. I’ve never had my nails done professionally before so I was not sure what to expect, but they were very helpful and worked with me to give me what I wanted! I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done for my wedding :)

I have gone here for a long time. I’m so glad that the owner is protecting his family and employees as well as all the clients that come in by still requiring mask. The service is always great and I love the ambiance of the business. There has never been a negative thing that the owner hasn’t tried to fix. Customer service is always great.

This is my second time at this shop. I loved my service and experience with David on my first trip, but my second experience was disappointing. I got a fill in and a pedicure, they charged me 111.50 for that. For me, the price and the quality do not align with the product or service. They charged me to shorten my nails and also charged me for an extra long nail, but as you can see my nails are not XL. You can get the same quality of work for much cheaper elsewhere. Would not recommend.

This is my second time here my first time I didn’t have an appointment but they worked me in and did a great job, so I scheduled an appointment and same experience. This place is very clean inside and the staff are professional and on time

I’m new to the area. And after having my nails and pedicure done by the same person for over 18 years it’s hard to find a new Salon. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. Amy is just amazing and she is very professional. When Amy isn’t available Sam does my nails and pedicures. He is also very skilled. All staff is super sweet. Love it here

My mother and I have been coming to Nail Time for over 10 years. The entire staff, along with Amy, Lynn and JT treat us like family and always go above and beyond to make sure we have an excellent experience every two weeks. We won’t go anywhere else for waxing, manicures or pedicures!

This is my second time at this shop. The shop is nice and the people are friendly. However, I went in for a nail fix and fill in and it took the guy at booth 2. 2 hours ! My shape is all off and for $60 is a outrageous price for this quality ... look at this shape ! It’s suppose to be coffin .. especially my pinky !

Nail Time does not disappoint. Friendly place, numerous pedis to choose from, facial packages, manicures, waxing. I got a pedicure and was so happy, they take their time to do a good job. And reasonable prices.

No one new how to do the hombre design that I found on their website then after me telling one the workers that I was just going to do regular polish apparently she didnt relay the message because they started taking people who came in after me.

I have been to salons for years. Ive had some good and bad experiences. I found this gem recently. I came in with my daughter and the gentleman that owns it is very articulate with a great sense of humor. He explained all the pricing and let me take a look around and him and his wife went through the details of how clean they are. Everything disinfected properly . As we continued to proceed they gave me a great full gel set and listened to what I wanted the whole way a Long with my daughter. They even offered us some drinks which is a nice hospitable touch. I highly recommend this establishment to any and everyone. They are new owners and ran by family. You are guaranteed to laugh and feel at home with them. It speaks volumes . I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys for being so amazing . Bless .

Be very careful getting pedicures at Nail Time. I had gotten a couple there with no problem. However when I got one last week the tech took so much skin off my feet I had sores. Had to put on antibacterial ointment and wear bandaids for a few days. The manager was very blase about it when I went by the shop to show him pictures of my feet. I wont be going back.

Best nail shop hands down. The atmosphere really gives off that feeling of zen. My nail tech is JT whom I have been going to for years. He never disappoints. Plus he accommodates me when I don’t have an appointment already scheduled. He is fast but gives quality work. I will be a forever loyal client to this guy. This is an awesome place. There are very professional, always greet you with a smile. My technician is Auriel, she is always very courteous and respectful. Shop is always very clean. A place you can go and relax.

Ive always done my own nails before I was recommended to go to nail time. I was told to go to JT and he was telling me what I should get to help my natural nail grow stronger and thicker and I was against getting acrylic but he was really gentle on my nails the whole time. I honestly got so many compliments on my nails and Im definitely going back.

JT was very rude and unprofessional. I came and ask if he could do my nails and he said NO. Which I was okay with, so I processed to ask for any available tech. He look at me like I was suppose to leave and not request someone. Tech up to me and told me to pick a color which I did. I then asked for a pedicure and tech say sure. I processed to the pedicure chair were the massage chair did not even work. The tech rush my pedicure and when asked to re-example my hill portion she got upset and said you need to come more often. Since she was upset with me. She didnt even tell this before she could do my nails she had another client that walked in after me that she needed to provide services for. While seating at her station for 5 minutes I has decided that I am going to pay $70.00 for rude services. When returning back she do not apologize for not notifying that she needed to provide service someone while serving me. Wow! Wheres the QUALITY SERVICE!!!!...The JT come out and makes a nasty comment to me and states I THOUGHT YOU WERE JUST GETTING YOUR NAIL DONE IT 7PM...okay I was applaud of the rude comment and asked he was that directed at me...while my girlfriend was on the phone with me and she heard the whole comment...she was upset about the unprofessional service as well as. He then process to speak in their language about me. I am a retired Corporate Executive so I chose not to feed into this rude and abusive behavior. So, I walked out of the business unhappy and felt like if I had push back in any ways then it would have been escalated. I was also charged their credit card surcharge. I hope no one else would ever have to experience this type of service when spending their hard earn money.

The best nail salon in Hampton Roads I drive from Portsmouth to here not a long drive centraly located and JT is amazing my nails last for a good FOUR WEEKS before a fill in....I work at a bar my hands are constantly in water and my nails NEVER lift NEVER break and NEVER come off I highly recommend this nail salon and JT expecially!!!! Not to mention its the cleanest nail salon Ive EVER been too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
