After having a bad experience with a local nail shop close to custom nails right up the street actually I decided to locate another shop in the area and Google brought me to custom nails I absolutely love this location this service is expedient and the atmosphere is inviting this location is adjacent to just about every major highway in the area if you are in the area stop by and say hello they would love to serve you...

It was just okay. It was near my hotel. Staff was pleasant

My nails look horrible!! I got my nails done on Sunday evening. When I got home and saw them, I immediately went back. The owner was not there. The nail tech ask me what was wrong. I told him my nails were not right. They are Lumpy!!. He said it was because of the previous person putting to much gel powder . Lie, but I said I was never coming back again!! They are lumpy, not shaped the same & different thickness. I have NEVER had a nail to chip within a few days well it did and now I see 1 reason for them being lumpy, he did not file all the old tips off!! I will be calling the owner today, I still have the chipped off piece that shows the tip!!!

Called after I had a bad experience with another salon and I was able to go right in. Everyone was very friendly and I really love how my nails came out. This nail salon is very clean and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Been a customer for 10-years. Watched them grow over the years. Professional, friendly atmosphere. Came there getting eyebrows, and pedis. I have 4 ppl there that make sure all my services are completed well before I leave. Highly recommended!I always tell them, Im there for the chair☺️

HORRIBLE!!!! Charged $110 for a basic pedicure ( I wasn’t even asked what type of pedicure I wanted) and a manicure with a nail that broke the next day! They are not meticulous and could care less about what the customer wants. I will NEVER go back. I don’t know why this place is named custom nails when only one person can do custom designs. A joke!!!! And I never leave reviews but I sure wish I would’ve read these before I stepped foot in that terrible establishment.

Bad, bad bad!!! Dont go there. Basic pedicure they messed that up!!! Paint job my daughter couldve done better and shes 9!! Will NOT Be BACK!! Only went cause my normal nail salon was packed!!

My technician was great but my daughter did not have the same experience. She made specific request but the tech did not comply. Also the manager did not honor our coupon for no apparent reason.

AWFUL. so crowded, all of the workers were talking loudly and standing around eachother while they worked. Instead of using a soft brush to dust off my nails after filing she literally slapped my hands. It was COMPLETELY unsanitary too. I went in for a mani pedi and almost left in the middle of my full set. Didn’t stay for a pedicure.0/10

Dont waste your time. Nail tech rushed and was rude with an attitude. Did an horrible job on my nails. But I must say that the place was clean.. I Will not be returning.

Friendly environment. However, when i first sat down i showed a picture of the shaped i wanted my nails which was coffin. The gentleman did my middle finger uneven and so thin that he had to shape them into dull stilettos. At rhe point I had been there so long, I didnt object I just wanted to hurry up and leave. Then quality just was poor all around, nails are flat on top and not round then this polishing job was the worse! I would never go there again, I ended up going home cutting and filing them down and adding some rhinestones to them to dress them up to make it to the next fill in somewhere else. Maybe this was a fluke because he was rushing because they were slammed packed but, I will not be giving them another chance!

One star is too generous. The owner and the other tech(Cookie Monster eyebrows) are very rude. They do not understand current nail trends. Also they do not wear gloves.Go to Lavish Nails by Kroger.

My mom has been going here for some time and my usual place was closed so decided to go with her and get a pedicure and full set. My mom loves this place because oh how affordable they are and the good work they do. So we both went and my nail lady was rude, and then when I got the pedicure the pedicure massage was very painful. Finally when we both were ready to pay, they overcharged us and things didn’t add up. They charged both my mom and I &18 for gel, when typically it is 10. They had the prices listed on their board and our totals did not add up, we kept asking for a price description and wouldn’t get it. My mom goes in often and always pays the same price for the same service she gets, this time she paid $25 more. We will both not be going back, be wary of the prices and I advise asking before hand for a set price, they will overcharge you.

I love the atmosphere when I walked in. The tech that did my nails was awesome. I will be coming back. Great customer service!

I go here all the time, and I love all of them. Tina, David, and everyone else. Very lovely people, and great technicians. If youre looking for a laid back type of experience, then this is definitely the place to go. Ive done first sets here, gel and regular, and pedicures. My best friend gets her eyebrows done, and her mother has been going here for years to get her fills! Everyone has different experiences. Dont base this place off of bad reviews. I can promise you, you will have a great experience. :)

I am done with this place! I have had one too many bad experiences here. A couple months ago I got a new gel full set and they ended up chipping about a week after--chipping AND breaking. I went in to get it fixed and a different guy did it, but he seemed to think it was funny. He was really only concerned with who did my nails the first time so he could joke on him. I got it fixed but they ended up breaking more a few days later. The most recent (and my last time) here, I went in for a gel fill. The man insisted that I get a new full set when really, I only needed a fill. (i know when its time for a new full set and just a fill) I understand they work off of commission but, I told him exactly what I wanted and he did not respect that. After about 7-8 failed attempts of trying to get me to change my mind, giving me dirty looks and taking a ridiculous amount of time carefully examining my nails up close, I had to get rude with him to make him stop. He finally did what I asked and I left with a gel fill. However, the gel polish also started chipping a few days after I left there once again. I will say that the nail technician who sits in the front left does an amazing job, I have been happy with her the couple times she does my nails, so If youre interested in trying this place, request for her otherwise dont waste your time or money!!

Well the atmosphere was great and most of the 💅 nail tech were friendly and egar to help. But the work was done but I had better. When I go to other shops and get my lashes done they would last 2weeks and the ones from here came off in first week !!! Never again

They give you what they want you to have not what you ask for and always want you to pay in cash

I went here for the first time today in months since quarantine and was very disappointed with service. My gel nails came out not the greatest, the lady rushed on them and also had an attitude. I will not be returning.

They have 9:30am on the door to open and its 9:55 and they not even here yet! If they change their time to 10:00am then they should change it on their website and their door.

One nail tech gives you a price and another one will give another for the same service. Woman at the desk was not pleasant at all.

Brought my 11 year old daughter for a mani pedi. Mine was fine but she was a rush job. She never had a hand massage or leg massage. While checking out I asked if they had a childs discount. I was ignored as they just spoke in their language and then told me it was $64 for the both of us which is full price for hers. Just because she is a young girl does not mean that she doesnt deserve the same service.

The staff was friendly. The environment is clean and they used a bag over the tub when soaking your feet. They also wear gloves. They sanitize the tools after a use as well.

When I went into Custom Nails, I asked for an Ombre. Im understanding of every nail tech not knowing this method, but when I asked them what could they do, they just said acrylic and color. 😐. How are you calling the nail shop Custom Nails but cant do anything but acrylic and gel colors??? I left. If you want anything of style or shape past the basic acrylic and solid color....find another shop. Well...unless they dont service particular people 🤨. Either way, dont waste your time.

I will never go here again. My first experience the paint job was good but my nail broke 2 days later. I said that I would give them one more chance since its close by my job, so I went there on Friday and this technician talked negatively about my regular technicians work and then said that his work is so much better BUT, here again the next day my nail broke. Not only is my nail broken, I got a cut down and my nails are crooked from his filing. And I have paint on the sides of my fingers from his paint sliding. Not only is the work not good, there is a limitation to their design quality. I want either my money back or my nail fixed for free because this is the worst work Ive ever had done.

Pedicure was wonderful! Nice, relaxing, friendly, drama free atmosphere.

Service was horrible. Went in a week ago with my children to get our nails and feet done. I noticed saturday that i needed a fill-in already and there was still dry skin on heel of feet. It normally takes 2 weeks or more for me to need a fill-in. I called this morning to see what could be done and a man told me to come in and they will fix it. Long story short when I went in the man was gone and I was told they could not do anything about it cause my nails grow fast. Not pleased with service at all and do not recommend anyone else either

The staff was nice enough, but the technique was pretty bad & it was not well done at all. It took almost an hour and a half to get a pretty useless manicure.

The worst experience ever, went in for a face wax got 1/3 of that charged full price and the stick was dirty and would not doubt if the wax was too. My face immediately broke out and the lady thought if I should allowed her to put Neosporin on my face burnt my neck and have a scar and here it is 4 days later and face still breaking out and scar on my neck.

Had a pedicure where the nail tech was texting and talking on the phone the majority of the time. She would take her glove off, text and put it back on. Every now and then she would poke me and say put one up or put in water, I wasnt really paying attention to her talking since it wasnt to me, so she had to get my attention. She skipped several of the steps associated with a standard pedicure, and cut my nails crooked. I complained and another tech fixed it, but the nails will stay crooked until they grow out. I wont return.

I trust only them with my eyebrows. They never butcher them.

Waited for 20 mins and didnt get any service!!! I left!!!
