Marie was very thorough - my feet look and feel great! Ready for sandals 🏖👡I cant wear polish or have artificial nails at work but I had her shape up my nails. The hand and foot massages were appreciated! I will be going back soon!

Called up here at around 2:00 to see if they had any openings today, and I made an appointment of 5:00 for a mani pedi . By the way today is June 10, 2021. They sat me down immediately, and by they I mean this nice boy - I don’t know his name though. Sat down and I had to have the water reheated once. Been here since 4:50, and it’s 10 minutes till 6 and nobody has talked to me except to find my color for my toes and reheat my water . And that was all the same nice boy. Will not be coming here again, and I’m going to tell them I just want my feet done when they get finished with their other clients. Also, nobody has even came to me to let me know how much longer it’s gonna be.. I’m not a person to walk out of an establishment but these people really are pushing me :)

I have been going to this nail salon since I was in High School (2010). Jackie was always my go she even did my nails for prom. I moved about 4 hours away and I still stop here to get their services. Everyone is a master at something different, no one can slay eyebrows like Marie!! If you are looking for great service and a second family, I would rec Nails First.

This is usually my go-to place for pedicures and manicures. Went in for a pedicure today (as a walk-in) and got seated immediately, but they never mentioned a wait. Sat there with my bare feet in the empty basin for almost 20 minutes (without being spoken to) before I left. They didn’t even seem to notice when I left.I understand being busy, but to have multiple employees look at and walk past me without even being acknowledged was frustrating.

Was seated for a pedicure for about 10 minutes and then was told it will be another 30 minutes before I was serviced. Well 45 minutes after being told 30 minutes I still had not been serviced. A lady came over to me as she saw me drying my feet off and said I’ll start your feet right now, but she still had a customer she had been working on. I was not told the wait time BEFORE I put my feet in the water. The only I was told was sorry before I walked out. looked at some reviews before doing this one and I found a few that said this place has done that before. Not wasting my time here again.

Everything was perfect and i am happy with my new manicure. Technician was the one who did my nails.I really like the crew and the atmosphere at the salon, thats why i went back. If you dont like your nails, just tell them what you dont like and they will remake it for you. My shape is perfect and the gel manicure looks awesome! Thank you for inviting me again!!!

They give you complimentary tea or water. I had both nail techs that work there and they are both AMAZING! Tell them what you want and they will fulfill your needs! My nails lasted a really long time. I had a lifted nail because I work a lot with my hands for my job but even then, they are pretty sturdy and stayed on.

The ladies were not friendly and kind of loud and obnoxious. I couldnt hear my friend talk who was right next to me. My nail tech dug under my nails and at my cuticles, but not carefully... It hurt pretty bad, and they almost bled! No other pedicure Ive ever got was uncomfortable/painful like this. Also, my friend got her feet cheese grated and I didnt! Not worth 30$ /:

This place is nest nail salon I have ever been to in all honesty, they provide multiple choices for you while they treat you like a queen.Never had better service everyone here treats you like a friend not just a customer, my nail tech is fantastic, she will go head over heals to give you exactly what you want. Shes very kind and easy going very easy to talk to and her work is amazing. She is a true artist and Im so grateful Ive found this cute cozy little place. Im extremely satisfied with my visit today. Ive been to every salon in the area and Im extremely picky but for once I am pleased. This place was clean and relaxing, the employees were very nice, the girl that did my pedicure did a great job she took her time and paid close attention to details. I went there yesterday for my first time, and I fell in love. The shop is beautiful and the workers are so friendly!! I got pedicure and shellac, all I have to say is OMG, its so perfect!! And I know this is my only nail place that I will go from now on!!

My mom and I visited this afternoon during a rainy . They were busy, but we didnt have to wait long at all. We both got manicures and pedicures. By far this was the best gel manicure Ive ever received. The woman that did my nails was very attentive to detail and painted the gel perfectly. I have no complaints. The prices were phenomenal. Will definitely return the next time we visit!💐

We went to Nails First today. I requested an appointment for me and my two sisters and got a call within an hour to schedule our time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They listened to what we want and while they advocated for gel nails, they werent too pushy. They did a great job on our manicures and pedicures. Will go again!

Waxed eyebrows to perfection

This is MY go to place! I enjoy the staff! They are so polite and extremely talented. They listen to what you want and deliver each and every time. The salon is always clean and the price is affordable. Saturdays tend to be their busiest time (just like any nail salon) but its worth the wait. I tend to go on weekdays or a Sunday for shorter wait times.

I got a full set, gel.Technician was super sweet and very friendly. They didnt have the exact color I wanted but he found one that was pretty close and its just about perfect!I didnt have an appointment, but I went in at the perfect time because there was no wait time and I was sat down immediately.

Great service! I was traveling for business and this was my first time at the salon. The staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly. They were very gentle with my sensitive hands and feet and did an excellent job. The salon was very clean!

They sat me down knowing it would take long to service me and not put water for my feet. My feet were cold and they did not care. The least they could have done is tell me to come back or not have me seat in a pedicure chair with no water on.

I have finally found the one. Im always switching up nail places trying to find a good manicurist. I cant stand when theyre too thin, breaking easily, lifting fast, uneven!Definitely recommend this place, they have great service and theyre very funny!I will definitely be returning and Id recommend this place to anyone!

Best pedicure ever.The lady who did my pedicure was friendly, but not overly chatty which I appreciated, and more importantly was INCREDIBLY thorough. She tended to my callused and tired feet with such attention and care, I felt like a new woman when I left. The interior is elegant and calming.I will be back!

This has definitely taken the spot of my new favorite nail salon. I got the warmest welcoming and my tech did an incredible job on my SNS nails! The staff was personable and great to talk to. Love this salon! My regular spot was closed today, and this was the next closest nail salon. This was my first time at Nails First, but I desperately needed manicure (dip). Turns out it was a lucky coincidence that my normal place was closed, because this was honestly the best manicure Ive gotten in years! Fee did my nails, and they was meticulous. Perfect shape, thickness and cuticles. This is going to be my go-to nail salon from now on!

This is easily the best nail salon Ive ever been to in Suffolk and I am born and raised here. I came here on the recommendation of a friend as a walk-in customer on a Friday night during the holidays. Although I did wait about 30 minutes, the staff made sure every customer was seated comfortably and offered us beverages and candy.Once I was seated at a nail station, I waited about 10 more minutes. During that time I was able to watch everyone working. The techs take extreme care with each customer and the atmosphere was light hearted and upbeat.De did my full set and polish change on my toes and I dont think Ill ever let anyone else touch my hands and feet ever again lol. All the techs do precision work and I would give this salon 10/10.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I came in, told them i wanted a refill, and they took me right away. My techs acrylic work was great, but she didnt look under my nails to see how thin the acrylc was. Now i have these cliffs of acrylic under my nail because she didnt properly file them.The shaping is terrible. I get that coffin shaped nails can be difficult, but none of them are anywhere close to being even.Before she painted my nails with gel polish, she took out this bottle of something, there was no label on it, and put it on my nails before painting. I dont know if it was base coat, but gel polish should be used with gel basecoat, and i didnt need to cure this in a lamp.The polish application itself isnt bad, but there are quite a few nails that look like they were painted a few days ago, instead of that very day. Not right up the the cuticle at all.Also, on my thumb, she completely missed an area with the second coat of polish, so i can see the nail underneath.Contemplating on going elsewhere to get them redone.Please save your time and money.

Went for a nice relaxing day with my mother and honestly was so pleased by how spotless this place was. I love how everyone was so nice and helpful. With so many color options, I love the way my gel manicure turned out! Definitely a place to go if youre in the mood to treat your self!

A great find! I walked on a Thursday morning for a mani/pedi and it was quite. The space is really open and could accommodate high volume. The staff was friendly and did a great job. The price is reasonable. Would go back!

Save your money and go elsewhere!!! My nails are destroyed after the nail tech improperly removed my acrylic nails with a fake nail tip instead of soaking in acetone. My nail beds are in serious pain. Spent $50 for complete garbage. Now having to find a new place to fix their mistakes. Very disappointed because I had good experiences prior to this one.

They are still great with customer service. I met she on my most recent visit and she did an sns pink and white ombre style on me. Ive never gotten my nails done like this before so I just showed up with a picture. After I told her how hard I am on nails and what I do for a living, she tailored what I wanted into something I could actually maintain. She even gave me aftercare tips on my nails, something Ive never gotten before. I appreciate the level of detail I received and will be coming back soon!!!

Nails first is the worst! The workers are VERY RUDE! I was made to leave the salon because they did not want to service me because it was 45 mins to closing and they had too many other customers! I was using a gift certificate that is the ONLY reason why I was there! They USED to perform good work and professionalism however in recent years they have declined in service and attitude severely!!!! I will NEVER enter into this salon ever again and the gift certificate I have will NOT be used! I would not disrespect anyone by recommending this unprofessional and discourteous nail salon. They act as if they are the only nail salon in the area when they are NOT! There are many other nail salons and all of them are a step are above them because they know how to treat the customers above all else! They chose to open this business they were not asked to!!!! I have been coming to this salon for over 3 years and have had a wonderful experience every time. I think that nail technicians are very nice and professional. Although I do have to say that I prefer Jackie to do my nails. She just knows exactly how I want my nails done every time. I have had the other nail technicians do my nails if Jackie wasnt there and still had an amazing experience and I love my nails everytime. I definitely recommend this place. I’m leaving unhappy my nails are lumpy and clear gel polish is all over my cuticle. I can’t help but to hate these nails they looked nice the first day but terrible after

First time there Tom did my pedicure. It was done well except he failed to place the toe divider properly and one nail was rubbed by the toe beside it and messed it up. He patched it and it was fine. Today, same thing, didnt place the divider correctly. When I showed him it had rubbed polish off, he got an attitude and said BE! Careful! It wasnt my lack of care, it was his lack of placing the separator correctly. I wont go back.

Just had a basic pedi done here and based on the quality of the service and the time they spent, it felt like so much more than a basic pedi. They did a thorough exfoliation scrub on my feet and legs, and used moist hot towels to wipe it off. I thought they may have misheard which pedi I wanted and was expecting them to up charge me later. Turns out, its all included in the basic pedi. Ive tried several nail salons in the area now. None of which I felt the need to return as a regular customer. But Im really glad I tried this place out. Great service at a great price! I have finally found my go to place for pampering my toes :)

Giving this salon a 1-star review is too generous.Ive been here twice for service. The first time was with my spouse and at the time, I thought the service was super slow. I also noticed that they have a gigantic American Flag hanging on the wall -- theres one young woman who speaks okay English and the rest barely spoke any English.The first visit, I waited with my feet in the spa tub for at least an hour. and I thought the experience was okay.The second time I went, I took my niece for some bonding time. I very seldom like to use these type of salons for any waxing service, but I figured an underarm wax service was pretty harmless. I was so wrong. The technician named Maria (older woman with eyelash extensions) waxed my underarms and in the process of removing the wax strips from underneath one of my arms, hit me in my eye -- hard enough to leave my eye red. I was very upset that the technician was this careless in performing a service and that my eye was hurt in the process.I told Maria since her underarm wax service was disappointing and I was hurt in the process, that my underarm wax service should be free. She said yes it would be free and proceeded to my manicure service. Another technician, the younger woman who speaks okay English, told me that she would not give me the service for free just because I was hit in the eye during an underarm wax. I told the young woman that Maria agreed to comp the service, and the young woman told me Maria probably didnt understand what I was asking her. I told the young woman Id like to speak to the management and she said that the management was unavailable. I found that to be odd. American businesses who value their customers would never respond with such foolishness of management not being available and expecting a customer to pay for a service in which she was hurt.If my niece wasnt with me, I wouldve called the police and reported an assault to show the establishment how seriously offended I was by what happened to me their while I was receiving their services. Instead, I chose to tell them they I will never patronize their C-level salon again and will happily choose to trash their establishment online.

I went to the nail salon on my Birthday on a Wednesday. I asked the nail technician repeatedly to please bring the polish all the way to the ends of my nail. She was very rude and told me she could not see and it looked fine! On Saturday my husband said my nails looked as if my nails grew 3inches! I went back with my own nail polish and asked them to please redo them. The Manager said no problem, however when I informed her I wanted to use my own polish, she went off, saying they wanted to just fix it. I explained the old polish was dry and the lady continually added remover to it! The technician that did my nail was listening and I told her, I kindly asked you to polish my nails! She became hostile screaming I will fix it, in front of customers!I told her she will not touch me in anger! I explained you are not out any money, I have my own polish brand new OPI! The whole ordeal was a nightmare! No customer service, poor service, terrible products! Do not waste your time or money! They continued to be rude and belligerent to me! I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau!! They get 1 star because there is no option for no star!

The only reason this review is even getting one star is because there is no option for 0 Stars. Horrible customer service, was told it would be a 10-minute wait for pedicures. An hour after arriving, after having our feet in the water for 45 minutes my daughter and I got up and left. Not one of the 5 employees in the building said one word to us. Will not return, and would NOT reccomend this place to anyone.

Honestly...I would never ask for my nails to be this short so she went way shorter than I said to and didnt even line them up to make them even with the other hand. And for the record, I didnt get color cause I like doing them myself... This is just sad 😫

Man...when I tell you to avoid this place!!! I went there yesterday and not only are my nails different lengths, got cuts all on my cuticles, then had to go bck because I had acrylic all built up under my nails, they used cheap quality acrylic that dripped on my nails like water and cheap eyebrow wax that made my eyes bump and swell up!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

I prefer Marie over any other nail techs. Not the friendliest place. I go for the convenience. A lil too pricey for their customer service

Went to get a fill. Had an appointed and still waited over 30 mins to be sat. Once sat the male staff member was very rude. As he continued to do my nails I noticed he wasnt doing it correctly. Keep in mind I went to cosmetology school and have been getting my nails done for 10 years. I simply asked if he was going to file my nails before putting more acrylic on since they were lifting. He tells me u no no what u talk about. I no do your nail now you go someone else. You go her. He points to someone else and stops doing my nails and continues to mutter under his breath in his own language. I then had to wait another 30 mins to be seen by this new lady. She was much nicer but still didnt apologize and actually stood up for the guy. Considering she was on the other side of the room she really couldnt say he wasnt rude but insisted anyways. Long sorry short, I waited and waited. I look young so I was treated like a child who wouldnt tip or something. I am actually a great tipper and am very kind to everyone. I was never rude to this man and he was terrible to me. I wouldnt go back here, nor would I ever recommend anyone else does. Not unless you want to wait vast amounts of time, be treated like garbage, have them do your nails wrong and overpay for your services.
