They ruined a hi-dollar cut and color, my hair was rooster red/orange whole trying to get dark blond back as it always was. Only covid saved them from filing a complaint

I went a couple of weeks ago to get a hair cut and have it layered.My hair wasnt dry when I left so I wasn’t able to tell how bad the hair cut was.My hair has a mullet shape and it looks chopped and not styled. I hate how it looks. I can’t ever wear my hair down because it looks like a mullet/mushroom shape and I hate it. I will never come here again for a hair cut.

Dad and I both get our hair done here lol! And they always take good care of us.

I have to preface that this place has very nice and friendly staff and if youre looking for anything other than a barber cut, this place may be good for you. You cant find prices anywhere in the store. When I looked online it said $17 for a mens haircut. At checkout it was $25, and thats before tip. The main gripe is that this was an amateur barber cut and yet cost more than my traditional barber. Didnt touch up my hairline or go over my buzz more than a couple times. Im not saying I wouldnt come back for touch-ups, but its criminal to charge $25 for a 10-min buzz cut that goes for $15 anywhere else. Essentially paid $10 for a hot towel.

Thankful this one is still open. The ladies here are super nice. They take safety and distancing seriously. Dont hesitate to go. Lets keep this place going.

It is as though they had no training at all. One stylist was incredibly rude. I had to come home and cut my hair myself. I would never go here again.

I had just driven 10 hours the night before and arrived at 2.a.m. and I had a funeral to go to at 10:30 a.m. I needed a haircut and told the hairstylest about the funeral so she volunteered to wash my hair for no additional charge, did a great cut, and styled it for me. She saved my day. Thank you

Needed to get my hair “Fixed” from the last couple cuts. Wanted a scissor cut and not a buzz cut. Angel listened well and understood what was needed. Seems like they get mostly men because of the military base nearby. I like a mans cut and not a fancy Hollywood styling. I’ll be sure to stop by here again when up here on business.

Dominique executed wonderfully.Before going in I was asked 3 travel and COVID-19 related questions. I was given hand sanitizer and my temperature was checked. I also wore a facemask the entire time. Felt safe!

If youre going to come here for a haircut, you should ask to have Lisette cut your hair. The first time I came, she did an amazing job and even gave me some advice and tips. The second time I came, I didnt get my hair cut by her and it was a mess. I had to come back the next day to get it fixed up. Guess who fixed it? Lisette.

All the leagues are great here. I absolutely LOVE the manager, Angel, here. Wonderful team and great atmosphere.

Employees are nice but no one there knows how to cut hair. Ive had to go back twice now to have them correct my cut after noticing it was terribly uneven. With their cuts being $20 before tip youre better off spending your money somewhere else.

Good local salon with short wait time and friendly staff

If I could give this place no Star I would. I called in advance and they took down my name. When I walked in no one said hi or asked me how I was doing. I thought oh maybe they were just having a bad day so I didn’t make a big deal. I put my name on the list and I sat down. There was another man ahead of me. Another man walks in and he gets greetings. They ask how how he’s doing, did he have an appointment etc. I was shocked because I didn’t get the same treatment. So I wait about 10 more mins and they call the guy who was in front of me. Another stylist becomes free and I’m thinking it’s my turn. I was wrong. She precedes to ask the white man what his name was (his name was underneath my name on the sign in sheet) and says okay have a seat. Me and the man are both sitting there confused because I was next. He tells the lady, “oh no she’s next” and the stylist looks at me like she didn’t want to cut my hair. I am an African American female. My hair is about 20 inches, long and it was bone straight at the time. I just wanted my ends clipped and some layers. That’s all. I honestly think she purposely skipped passed me because I was Black. So the man tells her again I was next and at the point I don’t even want her to cut my hair. I cross my name off the list and start to walk out. Then she says oh are you sure I didn’t know you were next. Which is a lie, because there is a sign in sheet for a reason. If you didn’t want to cut my hair because the color of my skin, then you could have just said it. Anyway I will not be returning and I will make sure I let everyone know about this place. I wish I would have got her name but her chair was the first one on the right. Racism at it finest. Now the lady who chair was the first one of the left genuinely looked concerned so I do appreciate her for that. Glad to know I didn’t give me money this establishment.

Ive had my haircut by all the ladies at Supercuts for the past few years and tell everyone they are great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a superb cut and customer service.

Worst haircut experience! The poor woman is obviously unqualified for the job. I had to request a comb to try to get a decent haircut to get out. But whats pathetic is when I looked around the two other hairdressers, who knew very well probably whats gonna happen, didnt move a finger to help. Miserable and pathetic... Situation where you can get an idea, how low certain human are, can or could go. I paid my due and left to finally get a decent haircut somewhere else. Of course, I would not recommend them! TX.

My family and I have been going here for years. Angel is the best stylist, and is very friendly.

The staff are very polite. I got in really quick. I have a pretty simple haircut and it didnt take long. My stylist was professional and the overall experiance is good. Parking is easy to find and so is the store. If you need a decent cheap haircut this is the plave to go.

Girl was polite but I received my most terrible haircut today. I asked for it not to be cut short and to use clippers and the hair in the back was cut close to the skin. Its still cold weather and this is not what I wanted! I also have a rash now because either she cut too close to the skin or didnt clean the razor properly.

The young lady was so great. She picked a great color when i said that the choice was hers.

Sometimes its OK other times not. Very inconsistent. Its convenient to just walk in but it doesnt seem like the people working there are trained well.....went there recently and got a pretty good cut. still hit and miss

If you go to this location always request Tom. He is the only one there that will listen to you and give you what you want. I gave EVERY woman there a chance before I wrote this review and they all messed up my hair. My cut isnt even a hard one, just layers. Everytime it has been alot shorter than I asked for, lop sided and crooked. They do not listen to you on how you wanted your hair and will do a terrible job. Tom on the other hand WILL listen to you and give you a cut like you wanted. He is a very pleasant gentleman to deal will and I highly recommend him. Id love to give Tom 5 stars but since theres so many bad stylist there I can only give a 2. Thank you Tom for being a breath of fresh air there!
