I’m always surprised by the bad reviews this place gets. They’re always very nice and do a great job anytime I go in. Cindy gives great pedis and always does a great job on my eyebrows (and I am super picky) and her husband always does great on my nails. They’re beautiful! (Especially when I get the cat eye gel polish! 😍) I have no complaints. Fantastic service.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would .My nails look horrible I told the man that my acrylic was too thick and I did not like it he said I messed up my nails. I don’t understand how can I mess up I did not put the acrylic on to thick, I don’t put the polish on blotchy how did I cause it? Very rude. Went to get my eyebrows waxed and she was pushing my head very aggressively when turning it and my eyebrows are so messed up I’m going to have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. Will never go back

Disappointed, I got my nails done at the beginning of December, by the middle, they were lifting. Went in for a fill and mentioned the lifting. My nails were gouged during the fill and the lifting was not fixed. Had to go elsewhere and get an entirely new set. Wasted a lot of money. The pictures are from 4 days after my fill when I went to have them removed.

You pay before they paint your nails, did not give me same service they gave another person. Great paint job but thats it!

She suggested coffin. I said ok but what I got was a mess! Nails were not shaped the same and nor the same length. Also it looked like I needed a fill on on one hand. The paint job was awful! Then charged me 50.00! There was a young man who did a great job on my pedicure. He tried to fix them but it was not fixable. Then he tried to tell owner that the nails were not right. I did not act ridiculous like some folks. But I did feel like it was not a 50.00 nail job! Also Im still pulling the acrylic off my skin!

I felt like a princess yesterday, my nails, brows, and pedicure look fabulous. Oh and my leg massage was so relaxing. It was a great experience!

WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE! Paid for a mani and pedi and they hardly did anything it was mainly just getting them painted. Felt very rushed, dirty and I took all my polish off when I got home. Took me 4 hours to take regular polish off because she put so many layers of clear coat on.

I hadnt been here in 2 years. They greeted me with joy. I live in Greenbrier but it has been hard to find someone to do my nails as they do. I was surprised by the reviews. These are good people that does not talk alot, however, if you show respect you will receive respect. I will continue to support them when I can.

I felt a little rushed

Last time I went I read that they were charging extra $5 for cleaning & stuff for covid but watched them change trash cans and move from one person to the other without even washing their hands so not going back

Great customer service! The price is very reasonable for what you get. I LOVE the massage chairs for the spa pedicures. They accept appointments and are open until 7:30pm and open 7 days a week. Sunday 11-4pm. Very friendly. I recommend this business.

I visited there on a Sunday my visit was not pleasant I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes and no one even said hello then when the gentleman did recognize me he told me that he cannot service me that day because its only by appointment and I asked him where why do you have to sign walk-ins welcome he explained yes normally they do have walk-in but just not that day they were super busy so

Worst nails youll ever get in your life.

Came here and got a full set of gel nails, first time ever being here. The two people on set were incredibly rude & very pushy. Was told to pick a color, tried to and I guess literally a minute was too long bc she took the nail display & said do it later. Nails aren’t straight & the quality is just horrible. Will not be coming back and do not recommend.

Well....I will first say that I am not a frequent nail person so there are some things I don’t know about nails and that’s okay right? I go to get a fill in and I say I want a fill in with the nail polish. We sort of went back and forth for a few minutes until it was understood that I didn’t want the gel nail but the powder gel. Okay my fault that I wasn’t aware of the different types...again I don’t get my nails done all the time. I just don’t like the way the young guy said, “you now know the difference right”? To feel like I was dumb and the man with the white coat...rude. Please note that you never know who your customer is walking through the door. Treat everyone with respect and don’t handle people’s hands roughly as you have an attitude.

When there for a polish change, the older female tech questioned me about other services. When I declined and requested gel polish only she immediately said $25!!! I should’ve known it was a reason the place is always empty! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, RUDE !!

By far the WORST experience Ive ever had!!! Upon entering the place the older woman was extremely rude to my friend and I. The price list stated that a full set is $20, I wanted a little longer so my price went up to $25 and I was ok with that but I told her I was paying no more than $25 for my nails. I also got my eyebrows waxed, now I can say that was pretty good. $25 + $8 = $33 but when the woman saw that I had polish out (regular, NOT gel) she said my total was going to be $40!!! No way my total went up $7 because I wanted the acrylic painted over. Since when do full sets price not include nail polish?? I still ended up paying $35 total.She was MESSY and tried to make more money out of me than what was rightfully hers. Not to mention it wasnt worth it because she sloppily pained my nails and I watched her dip the nails in acetone then glued them on my tips while still wet which Ive never seen done before! Havent had my nails for nothing but a week and 4 of my nails have easily popped off with NO discomfort or pain which is unusual. DO NOT GO TO PRO NAILS IN SUFFOLK VA!!!!

I just left this place there was one employee and two people there and he told me they were busy could I come back. Nope and I pray no one that looks like me will ever give him there business.

Well first of all this was not my first choice of nail salons...but everywhere I went was short handed and the wait was at least an hour. I googled this place and it awful... So I said let me see for my self. And low and behold it was truly Awful... Everything previous customers had said about the staff was true. Mind you they were not rude to me but not pleasant..they gave off a vibe of not caring whether I was there or not.. There was one other customer drying and I was getting a pedicure. A previous customer came in for a polish change and all hell broke loose. The customer wanted a polish change and he said 8 dollars. She said he quoted her 5 dollars the last time she was in the shop and that was right before Christmas. The customer was angry that he was charging a different price than quoted and different that the price list on the wall.. which was 5 dollars. The man told her 8 dollars not 5 dollars and the woman chimed in as well go somewhere else he said ! After she was gone he said there is a nail shop an every corner go there.. then asked me did I agree.. He is as rude as they come.. Suggest thismk is not a good relaxing environment.. Due to his additude and treatment of that customer, I will not be returning. Pedicure not worn 20 dollars

Very rude poor service and Cindy is very unprofessional as result the work they do suck...my daughter got a full set from the man and four of her nails popped off in less than 2 weeks time and the pedicure experience lasted all of 10 minutes she literally scraped no skin although she used the scraper and the polish was running everywhere because she applied too much... this by far has and was one of the worse experiences Ive encountered getting mani/pedi done. Please dont waste your time or money. No stars to be honest.

This is the worst salon.The lady is very rude. When you walk in it seems like she doesnt want to be bothered. I got a fill-in and the gel polish started chipping within a couple of days. I will not be giving them anymore of my money.

This salon doesnt deserve 1 star. My sister & I went in today for pedis and I was getting mani also. 1 client in salon when we go in. I should have not gone in when the door was proped open, owner is walking around no shoes, feet NASTY and the white jacket she had on didnt look like it had ever been washed. She seats us for pedis. 2 guys are standing there. 1 of the guys does both of our pedis. I wont even go into the details, except to say dont waste your time or money. The lady started my mani with her leg proped up on my chair while the guy that doesnt know how to do a pedi was wasting my time. During the time we are there the owner had words with 2 clients and they left. I try to support Suffolk businesses but wasted 32.00 in this one. DONT GO THERE !!!!!!!!

Felt rushed, messy job and paid for a manicure but she really only painted. Also, asked three times to have nails chromed but never did.

RUDE....NASTY...AND RUDE!! I walked in and stood in the door and after about two minutes a older man asked me what I wanted in a nasty tone. I asked how much is it to change the gel polish color on my nails and he replied 20 dollars. So I stated, I only want a polish change no fill in is that 20? He then gave me another nasty look and said no its 25. I walked right out. Just nasty for no reason! Take your business elsewhere.

Went to get a pedi the only reason I went was that they were the only ones open at 9 am and I will NEVER go back. My sister and I sat down at 9:05 and they were finished by 9:20. They were rushing as if the salon was packed they were extremely rude and the end result was not satisfactory at all by far the worse I have ever been to. I tip after any service I receive but I could not bring myself to do it I did not even want to pay asking price. I would advise no one to go to that establishment at least not for a pedi.

They are the worse nail salon I have ever been to. They are rude. My nails are terrible looking. I think they make up a price as they go. They charged me $35 and the lady that came in right behind me got the same thing done (a fill in and gel polish) and they charged her $25. I will NEVER go back there. I advise no one go here until they get friendlier people

RACIST, JUDGMENTAL, AND THE RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET !!!! I got into an argument with the husband who abuses his wife btw in front of the customers, but the argument was he over charged me for fill-in and paint and then lied and said the price was on the board when it wasnt and told me to read before I ask questions, that would make sense if anything that he said was up there ... rude and honestly I wanted to put my hands on him they pick and choose who there friendly with which I think is older women ... they will over charge you so the price list on there wall applies to certain ppl

WORSET PLACE TO GET NAILS DONE!!! Horrible service, the old lady is nasty and rude. My nails were popping off after two days and i was told that was normal and had to argue to get them to fix them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!
